Your guide will walk along with you explaining all the aspects of the biology of this ecosystem and its diverse wildlife. Responsibility: We, as the principal, are responsible to you for arranging and providing all the
services and accommodations; provided however, that in the absence of negligence on our
part, we are not responsible for personal injury or property damage caused by the air carrier, hotel or
other supplier of any of the services being offered in connection with the carrier.
Deposits
A $300 deposit, ($150 Non-Refundable) is required to reserve your spot. **
Balance for the trip is due on July 15th, 2017
** This deposit will be refundable only if organizers suspend the retreat**
Cancellation & Refund for land portion:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received up to 90 days prior
departure will be refunded all funds less an administrative cost of $150 per person.
Cancellations between 90 and 31 days prior to departure
Thereafter, all refunds are limited to amounts recoverable from the hotels and
land operators. No refunds will be given for unused accommodations, meals, or services for any
reason whatsoever, unless arranged in ample time prior to departure, as all land arrangements are
quoted as a package. The package is transferable to another person.
Insurance: Personal trip cancellation, travel accident, and baggage insurance is highly recommended
and available at an additional cost.
Tour price does not include: Passport or visa fees, all items of personal nature including phone
and laundry, wine or liquor, tips and charges to room service, items not on regular menu, meals
not included in itinerary, excess baggage and insurance.
Exit tax is not included: $29 per person paid at the airport prior to check-in with your airline. Note:
many airlines are now including this tax in the ticket price, so this may not be necessary. Check
with your airline.
