Sat Sept 3
Arrive in San Jose (SJO) Overnight at the Bougainvillea Hotel
Departure for Arenal area at 8
a.m. This morning you will

enjoy the beautiful tour
through the Waterfall Gardens, which feature a
fantastic butterfly garden, hummingbird garden,
frog house, & magnificent waterfalls. Your guide
will walk with you, describing the plants and
animals that thrive in this rich ecosystem. Delicious
and generous lunch buffet provided along with
entrance fee.
Stop in the town of Venecia for a volunteer project
and small reception in your honor.
After lunch you will travel to the small town of Venecia to help with a re-forestation project,
interact with the community, and enjoy authentic food & culture. Dinner provided.
Early evening departure to Arenal Volcano and lake. Check-in at hotel, Arenal Observatory
Lodge. Evening Yoga offered.
Sun Sept 4
Breakfast provided at hotel.
Depart for Mistico Bridges at
(B,L,D,EG)
800 a.m. Gorgeous nature hike
at Mistico Bridges Park. Enjoy the famous Arenal
Hanging Bridges!
Lunch at La Fortuna. Afternoon visit to Asisi Project to assist at the Wildlife Rescue Center.
Mon Sept 5
Travel to relax and soak at Ecotermales, a locally owned hot spring center with an impressive
sustainability program. Dinner and entrance fee included. Overnight at Arenal Observatory
Lodge.
Tue Sept 6

Wed Sept 7
Depart hotel at 8:30 a.m. for private guided tour to Rio Celeste. Inspiring
yoga practice by brilliant turquoise waterfalls. Box lunch included. Return to
hotel around 6 p.m. Dinner on your own at the hotel or in town. Overnight at
the Arenal Observatory Lodge.
Breakfast provided at Hotel. Depart hotel at 8:30 a.m. for Manuel Antonio
with stops along the way to have lunch, shop, and enjoy local culture. Drive

is approximately 5 hours. Check-in to Karahe Hotel around 4
p.m. Enjoy a serene, relaxing evening with sunset Yoga. Dinner
provided at the Hotel at 7 p.m. Overnight at Hotel. Karahe
Thu Sept 8
Open day to enjoy the beach and tune in the
tranquil beauty of Manuel Antonio. Enjoy

morning and/or evening yoga +meditation at
the beach. Optional surfing, paddle boarding, parasailing, or
kayaking may be arranged for you. Overnight at Karahe Hotel.
Fri Sept 9
Breakfast included at the hotel. Morning eco-tour in Manuel Antonio
National Park (optional) at 8 a.m. with Lloyd Martinez. Yoga at MANP
(B, D, EG, Y)
beach mid-morning with Ruby Hernandez. Open day to relax & book
optional activities. Farewell dinner and overnight at Karahe Hotel.
Sat Sept 10

Flight home. Plan to take a flight in the sometime after 1 p.m. The shuttle
ride from Manuel Antonio to San Jose Airport is about 3 hours.
