Du telefonierst leidenschaftlich gerne? Wir suchen derzeit
hochmotivierte Studenten, die unser internationales Team in Berlin als
Kundenbetreuer/in unterstützen.
DEINE ROLLE
In unserem Inbound Kundenservice Center betreust Du unsere Kunden
freundlich und serviceorientiert via Telefon, Email und Chat. Nach einem
intensiven, bezahlten Training bist Du erster, kompetenter
Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Neben der Beratung beim Erstellen
unserer Print-Produkte und Websites unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei
der Bestellung, beschreibst unser Produktportfolio und den
Produktionsprozess. Dein Ziel ist es, die Kundenerwartungen zu
übertreffen, indem Du professionelle, kundenfokussierte Beratung
anbietest.
DEIN PROFIL






Erfahrung in der Service-Branche wünschenswert
Deutsch-Kenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
Großes Interesse und Begeisterung für eCommerce und Design
Excellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Serviceorientierte Mentalität
Sehr gute Stressresistenz und Problemlösungskompetenz
