The ComDat Peaker is an extremely small, one input, one buffered output VGA-UXGA line driver.
The peaker drives a high resolution computer-video signal up to 250 feet (76 meters) through high
quality cable, such as ComDat VGA cable. The Peaker provides amplification and peaking, allowing
the video signal to be run long distances to produce a brighter and sharper image. This is especially
useful with laptops, which often output a low power video signal. The Peaker also restores low level
sync voltages found on many laptops (as low as two volts) to normal TTL levels. This allows a laptop
to function with display devices and cable types it would normally not work with. The display's ID
bits are passed through to the laptop. The Peaker is housed in an adapter-sized enclosure, which
allows for direct connection to a laptop.

VGA and Audio Distributor 2-fach
The VP-2xl is a high performance 1:2 distribution amplifier for VGA and stereo audio signals.
It accepts one set of inputs, provides proper buffering and isolation, then distributes the signal to two
identical outputs using 15 pin HD connectors for VGA and dual RCAs for stereo audio. The VS-2xl is
idealfor dual monitor applications, or presentation systems requiring a local monitor and a large screen
displayDevice. Video bandwidth of 340MHz ensures that the VP-2xl remains transparent even at highresolutionVGA modes such as XGA. Separate audio and VGA gain controls are provided to adjust the
audio outputlevel, and to compensate for video signal loss inherent with long cable runs. A 12V power
supply is needed for typical operation but the optional model VA-50P is a rack mountable power supply

The ComDat unit is a high performance line amplifier for VGA/XGA signals. It accepts one input, provides correct
buffering and isolation, loops it out to a local monitor or another acceptor, and outputs an amplified and equalized signal
to a remote acceptor. Due to its large bandwidth and driving power, the machine can drive very long high-resolution
lines, (up to 100 meters (300ft.) using good quality cable). The machine provides cable equalization control using a
recessed trimmer on the back panel; has a switch on the front-panel for input signal termination, and a switch on its
underside for ID bit control. Video bandwidth exceeding 480 MHz ensures that the unit remains transparent even at the

DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIERS

input, provides correct buffering and isolation, and then distributes the signal to two identi-cal outputs on high-density 15
pin “D” connectors. The machine has two rotary controls on the front panel for output level control and cable
equalization. Video bandwidth exceeding 370MHz ensures that the unit remains transparent even at the highest
resolution UXGA modes (1600x1200). The unit uses special differential amplifying circuitry, which eliminates noise and
hum problems commonly found in long VGA/XGA lines. The unit is ideal for dual monitor applications, or presentation
systems requiring a local monitor and a large screen display such as a projector, at close or remote locations. A 12V
power supply is included. The unit is part of the ComDat TOOLS family of compact, high quality, and cost effective
solutions for a variety of applications.
VGA Amplifier 2-fach
Mittels des VGA - AMPLIFIER von ComDat Electronic können analoge VGA Signale verstärkt und auf bis zu 2 entfernte
Monitore verteilt werden. Durch den Loop Ausgang mit
schaltbarem Abschlußwiderstand kann das unveränderte
Eingangssignal weiter verwendet werden.
Der Verteiler wird einfach in die vorhandene Anlage zwischen geschaltet, der Abgleich und die Einstellungen erfolgen an den frontseitigen Reglern und Schaltern.
Die Bandbreite von 350 MHz unterstützt Auflösungen über
1600 x 1200 Pixel und genügt somit auch höchsten
Anforderungen.
Ein 19”-Gehäuse aus Ganzmetall ermöglicht den Einsatz
auch unter kritischen Bedingungen und erlaubt den Einbau
in ein Rack.
Der Verteilereingang wird mit einem möglichst kurzen
Multikoaxialkabel direkt an die Grafikkarte angeschlossen.
Die weiter entfernten Monitore werden dann mit den 2
Ausgängen verbunden und das Gerät entsprechend abge-

glichen. Ein Ausgang besitzt BNC-Buchsen, so daß hier mit
einzelnen RG-59 Kabeln gearbeitet werden kann um die
Verluste nochmals zu minimieren.
Bei Verwendung unseres Multikoax- oder RG-Kabels
berechnen wir Ihnen auch die Dämfung und die erforderlichen Einstellungen für ein optimales Bild. Am Loop Ausgang
steht Ihnen zusätzlich das unveränderte Eingangssignal für
einen Kontrollmonitor oder weiter Verteilung zur Verfügung.
Sollte der Loop-Ausgang nicht benötigt werden, ist am
Terminate-Schalter die Position IN=75 Ohm zu wählen.
Für die Verteilung ist die Verwendung eines Multikoaxialkabels oder einzelnen RG 59 Kabeln unbedingt erforderlich,
um Schattenbilder und andere Störungen zu vermeiden und
die Verluste zu minimieren.
Dieses Kabel können Sie in jeder beliebigen Länge, auch fertig konfektioniert, von uns beziehen.

The
VP-242 is a high performance, highresolution, 2x1 switcher and a 1:4 distribution amplifier
for VGA through UXGA signals. The machine includes ID
bit control for both inputs, as well as LEVEL and EQ.
controls for the outputs. Video bandwidth exceeds 400
MHz ensuring transparent operation in all graphics and
presentation applications. The machine is housed in the
new, enlarged TOOLS enclosure, its width that
of a desktop PC cover, thus occupying very little space.
A 12V power supply is included but the optional VA-50P
can power up to six devices requiring 12VDC.
The VP-242 is part of the Kramer TOOLS family of

Mittels des VGA - DISTRIBUTOR von ComDat
Electronic können analoge VGA Signale verlustfrei auf
bis zu fünf Monitore verteilt werden. Durch Kaskadierung
mehrerer Geräte sind über 50 Ausgänge realisierbar.
Der Verteiler wird einfach in die vorhandene Anlage zwischen geschaltet, es ist keinerlei Abgleich notwendig.
Ein Tischgehäuse aus Ganzmetall macht den Einsatz
auch unter kritischen Bedingungen möglich.
Die Bandbreite von 70 MHz unterstützt eine Auflösung
bis 1024 x 768 non interlaced und genügt somit höchsten Anforderungen.
Durch ändern der Verstärkung im Gerät, besteht die
Möglichkeit die Leitungsverluste bei größeren Distanzen
für mehrere Ausgänge zu kompensieren.
Der Verteilereingang wird mit einem möglichst kurzen
Kabel direkt an die Grafikkarte angeschlossen. Die
Monitore werden dann entsprechend mit den fünf
Ausgängen verbunden, wobei Ausgang 1 für den
Hauptmonitor vorgesehen ist. Erfolgt die Verteilung über
größere Distanzen, ist die Verwendung eines Multikoaxialkabels unbedingt erforderlich, um Schattenbilder
und andere Störungen zu vermeiden.

1:8 VGA/XGA Audio Distribution Amplifier with Disable
The ComDat machine is a high-performance 8-channel distribution amplifier for VGA/XGA and stereo audio (balanced or
unbalanced). The machine uses 15-pin HD connectors for the VGA-type signals, and detachable terminal block
connectors for the audio. The unit is unique in that each of the 8 VGA outputs, and each of the 8 stereo audio outputs,
may be individually enabled or disabled, replacing a switcher which would typically be used in such setups. RS-232
and/or RS-485 may be used for control (switching) of the outputs, and the output con-figuration is stored in non-volatile memory so that the machine will restore its power-down status when power is returned. Solid-state electronic switching,
and low-noise amplifying circuitry are used throughout the unit, and the sync pulses are detected and reconstructed
before amplifying and buffering to the outputs. The high video band-width ensures that the unit remains transparent evenat the highest resolution VGA modes such as XGA. The machine is housed in a rugged, professional enclosure requiringone vertical rack space in a standard 19” rack.

The ComDat DVI Distributor is a one input, four output distribution amplifier for DVI digital video signals.
It accepts DVI signals from a computer and distributes up to four identical, independently buffered
outputs. The DVI digital output signal can be run up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) using standard DVI patch
cables. For applications requiring longer cable runs, Inline has developed the IN9700 Series High
Performance Digital Video Cables which employ a proprietary design that allows DVI signals to be
transmitted up to 75 feet (22.9 meters). IN9700 Series cables are available in lengths from 25 feet (7.6
meters) to 75 feet, and feature a DVI-D male connector on each end. The DVI Distributor accepts
transition minimized differential signaling (TMDS) DVI signals at a bit rate of up to 1.6 gigabits/sec/color.
It is equipped with DVI-D connectors for a single link of DVI-D.

Der Monitor-, Tastatur und Mausausgang des Rechners
werden einfach mit dem Umschalter verbunden. An den
Umschalter werden nun die beiden Arbeitsplätze angeschlossen.
Beim Einschalten des Rechners ist automatisch Arbeitsplatz 1 (vorzugsweise am Rechner) aktiv. Wird nun an dem
zweiten Arbeitsplatz irgendeine Taste der Tastatur gedrückt, wird sofort auf den zweiten Arbeitsplatz umgeschaltet und die gedrückte Taste übernommen. Die
erneute Umschaltung auf Arbeitsplatz 1 funktioniert in
gleicher Weise.
Eine Verriegelung der einzelnen Arbeitsplätze ist über
einen Drehschalter ebenfalls möglich.

The ComDat Switcher is a high quality, micro-sized 2x1 mechanical switcher designed for VGA/XGA/UXGA signals using
high-density 15 pin HD connectors. It accepts two inputs and allows the user to select either input using a switch located
on the front panel. High quality switching components and careful circuit design are used to ensure very high bandwidth
and minimal crosstalk. The Switcher PCB is strip line designed, ensuring minimal cross talk and signal bandwidth
exceeding 1200MHz (1.2GHz!). The passive design of the Switcher eliminates the need for a power supply, and makes it
possible to operate "backwards" by taking a single input and toggling between two displays. Note that it cannot route the
signal to two ports simultaneously. The Switcher is part of the new ComDat Micro TOOLS family of products for
applications requiring uncompromising quality and compact size at an affordable price

The ComDat Dual-Switch-Double-Distributor (DSDD) AF R, DSDD A, and DSDD AF are combination
active switchers and distribution amplifiers with stereo audio. Each switcher in this family provides
two inputs and dual, independently buffered outputs. These mountable combination
switchers/distribution amplifiers provide 300 MHz (-3dB) RGB video bandwidth. All three switchers
are compatible with VGA—UXGA signals, as well as Macs with 15-pin HD outputs.
The DSDD AF R is a one box solution for professional presentation environments. It has two female
15-pin HD connectors for computer-video and audio inputs—one on the front panel for easy laptop
hookup and one on the rear panel for PCs installed in a fixed location. Two female 15-pin HD
outputs and one balanced/unbalanced stereo audio output on a captive screw connector are located
on the back panel for connection to display devices such as a preview monitor and a projector. In
addition, the DSDD AF R can be both rack-mounted and furniture-mounted. The 1U metal enclosure
ships with detachable ears for rack mounting. This switcher also features an internal international
power supply with an unswitched power connector, eliminating the need for costly electrical wiring
to podiums, tables, and other installation surfaces. In addition, two spaces for Architectural Adapter
Plates (AAPs) provide optional connection access for most peripheral equipment, including RJ-45
and RJ-11 phone and data jacks. The DSDD AF R also features tactile switch buttons with LEDs, and
can be remotely controlled via contact closure. This model offers both a manual and an
autoswitching mode.
For presentation environments that do not require rack mounting or an additional power source, the
DSDD A and DSDD AF are the ideal solutions. Both are furniture-mountable, feature autoswitching,
and are powered by 12VDC through jack or captive screw connectors. An external international
power supply is included. The difference between the two is in input connector locations. The DSDD
A offers all input connections on the back panel. The DSDD AF offers one female 15-pin HD
connector and one 3.5 mm mini jack for audio through the front panel. All other connectors are on
the back panel. Front panel access makes the DSDD AF an ideal solution for use in applications
where one computer-video source is in a fixed location, and the second source is a portable laptop.

The ComDat 3 models are 8x1/16x1/32x1 switchers for VGA/XGA and balanced stereo audio signals. They are
designed to route one of up to 8/16/32 inputs using 15pin HD female connectors for the VGA/XGA signals, and
detachable terminal block connectors for the audio. Inputs and outputs are DC coupled, and up to seven units can
be cascaded to efficiently increase the number of inputs. Bandwidth exceeding 400MHz ensures transparent
VGA/XGA performance. There are many methods of switching the 3 models : they can be controlled via their
front-panel switches, an IR remote controller, and via remote contactclosure switches. In addition, RS-232/RS-485
serial control can be used, such as that transmitted by a touch screen system, PC or other serial control device.

The 804-V-TS "MegaTouch"™ Touch Screen Monitor Switch allows one or two touch screen monitors to be
switched between four PCs. It is the ideal solution for touch technology switching applications where
recovering valuable desk / rack space and reducing the clutter and expense of redundant monitors is
desired. The 804-V-TS utilizes ComDat's unique electronic switching circuitry which supports full touch
technology functionality while providing crisp, clear video resolutions of up to 1600 by 1200 at 75Hz.
Inexpensive touch screen switches may use mechanical switches to switch video signals and touch screen
data, which over time and repeated usage can result in signal degradation or signal loss due to mechanical
fatique or oxidation of contacts. The 804-V-TS Touch Screen Monitor Switch is a fully integrated electronic
switch and can be counted on to provide years of dependable, uninterrupted service.
The 804-V-TS Touch Screen Monitor Switch comes in two standard configurations, is compact in design,
easy to install and operate, and is ideally suited for desktop use, however, for applications requiring rack
mounting, an optional 2U height rack mount tray is available (see Accessories ). The 804-V-TS is also
available as a Dual-Head Touch Screen Monitor Switch (2 touch screens per PC) on a custom order basis.

OPERATION:
The active PC is selected by either front panel switches or remotely via RS-232 serial commands.
The 804-V-TS-DE (Direct Entry model) has individual push button switches on the front panel for each
selectable PC channel. Depressing a push button switches the connected touch screen monitor to the
corresponding PC. The 804-V-TS has a single push button (NEXT PC) which provides manual sequential
switching through all selectable PC channels. Each time the "NEXT PC" button is depressed it switches the
connected touch screen monitor to the next PC channel in the cycle. Both models can be switched, via RS232 serial commands, using the remote control connector (DB9 male) located on the back panel of the unit
(see connections and specifications below).
In all cases and on both models, when the unit is powered, the PWR ON indicator on the front panel
illuminates to indicate the unit is powered. When a PC channel is selected, a MONITOR STATUS LED on
the front panel illuminates to indicate the currently selected PC.

Connections:
Standard HDD15 Male-female video cables are used to connect to the video ports of the PC's. Standard
DB9 male-female cables are used to connect to the serial ports (for touch screen data) of the PC's. You
may use your cables, or purchase them directly from ComDat Systems (see Accessories ). The captive
cables that are part of, or provided with, the touch screen monitor are used to connect it to the MegaTouch.
The Remote Control (RS-232 control) connector is a DB9 male with serial data transmitted to pin-2 (pin-5
is gnd) @ 9600 baud. Data format is: one start bit, eight data bits (LSB first), one stop bit, no parity.
Selection codes are: Hex 31 = PC#1, Hex 32 = PC#2, Hex 33 = PC#3, Hex 34 = PC#4.
Specifications:
Dimensions for both models of the 804-V-TS Touch Screen KVM Switch are 3.38 in (8.59 cm) H x 8.08 in
W x 6.32 in D (6.68 cm x 20.52 cm x 16.05 cm). The housing is molded of black GE Cycolac-T, a high
impact ABS material, and is internally shielded with an acrylic base nickel coating for RFI attenuation. Front
and rear panels are fabricated from .062 in thick aluminium and finished with low gloss paint. All 804-TS
Touch Screen KVM switch models are powered from the connected PC's keyboard and mouse ports, so no

The VP-101 is a full bandwidth VGA to RGBS Converter designed for computer, workstation and
presentation applications. The KR-1 converts a VGA/Super-VGA/XGA graphics card output to Red,

The
VP-103 is a high performance
VGA/XGA/UXGA-to-BNC line amplifier converter which
allows a single VGA/XGA/UXGA source to
simultaneously drive a local monitor and up to two
compatible large display devices. Many projectors and
large monitors use BNC connectors rather than multipin HD connectors found on computers. The VP-103
solves this physical incompatibility, and also provides
local monitor loop-through, and the necessary buffering,
amplification, and sync processing for remote acceptor
applications. Note that the VP-103 does not perform
any scan rate conversion.

The VP-800 is a simple, compact, and affordable VGA/XGA color bar generator. It is auniquely practical product
for testing and adjusting VGA/XGA display devices such as monitors,projectors, etc. in the four most common
VGA resolution modes - 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 and1280x1024. Whenever power is applied, and one of
the resolution select buttons is pressed, itoutputs a color bar pattern through the high-density 15 pin D connector.

Der VGA-Winkeladapter ermöglicht endlich den
Anschluß eines VGA-Kabels an Stellen mit
engen Platzverhältnissen. Der 30 cm Adapter
wird einfach an ein vorhandenes VGA-Kabel
angeschlossen. Aus den üblichen Steckertiefen
von ca. 60 mm (mit Kabelabgang im
eingestecktem Zustand) haben Sie mit dem
Winkelstecker nur noch ca. 33 mm und wenn Sie
die Rändelschrauben entfernen, sogar nur 22
mm !
Das Kabel ist hochwertig aufgebaut und besitzt
für die Rot-, Grün- und Blau-Signale Koaxadern.
Die restlichen Adern sind in AWG24 (0,2 mm²)
ausgeführt. Der Adapter unterstützt vollwertig
DDC, die entsprechenden Pins sind
durchverbunden. Auf der Winkelseite befindet
sich zur EMV Verbesserung ein Ferritkern. Die
Kupplungsseite ist bereits mit UNC4-40
Befestigungsbolzen ausgestattet, um eine
Verriegelung mit den Befestigungsschrauben
des vorhandenen VGA-Kabels zu ermöglichen.
Selbstverständlich können wir Ihnen auch ein
individuelles Kabel, in jeder beliebigen Länge mit
Winkelstecker von Hand konfektionieren. Hierzu
verwenden wir unser Multikoax mit 5 Koaxadern
& 3 Steuerleitungen, unser Superflexkabel oder
wenn besondere Anforderungen an den
Brandschutz bestehen, unser halogenfreies
VGA-Kabel LS0H (Low Smoke 0 Halogene) oder
FRNC (Flame Retardant Non Corrosive) sowie
ein Winkelstecker mit ca. 40 mm Tiefe im
eingesteckten Zustand.
Fordern Sie hierzu einfach ein Angebot an.
Beachten Sie auch, dass bei größeren
Kabellängen eventuell ein Verstärker notwendig

Im Genlock Modus wird das in Videosignal gewandelte Computerbild auf den Eingang gerastet
und synchron ausgegeben. Dabei wird sowohl
auf den Sync, als auch auf den Farbträger synchronisiert. Dadurch ist eine Umschaltung ohne
Synchronisationsverlust oder der Einsatz in der
Studioumgebung möglich.

Hier die gute Neuigkeit: Der ProV+ verarbeitet Rundfunk Fernsehsignale und Videosignale
von Satellitenreceivern, DVD, VCR, Video Game
etc. unabhängig vom Computer. Zwar kann man
nach Bedarf immer noch ein Computersignal
durch den VGA und Stereo Eingang und Ausgang
des Geräts durchschleifen und dabei sogar den
Ton des Fernsehsignals einschalten während man
am PC arbeitet, jedoch wird weder Bild noch Ton
vom Computer verarbeitet. Alles geschieht im
ProV+ Gerät.
Das Gerät kann natürlich ebenfalls DIREKT an
VGA Monitore, Projektoren oder HiFi Geräte angeschlossen werden: Keine Softwareinstallationsoder Softwareupgradeprobleme, keine Abstürze,
keine der üblichen mit dem Computer zusammenhängenden Wehwehchen! Damit kann keine der

Allgemeine Lieferungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen
1.
Geltung und Vertragsschluß
1.1 Unsere Allgemeinen Verkaufs- und Lieferungsbedingungen gelten für alle unsere
Lieferungen und Leistungen einschließlich aller Neben- und Ersatzleistungen.
1.2 Abweichende Einkaufsbedingungen unserer Kunden bedürfen zu Ihrer Wirksamkeit
unserer schriftlicher Bestätigung. Gleiches gilt für mündlichen Nebenabreden und
Zusicherungen.
1.3 In Angeboten und in Werbematerial enthaltene Zeichnungen, Abbildungen, Gewichts-, Maß-, Farbangaben und dergl. sowie alle techn. Angaben sind nur
annähernd maßgebend.
1.4 Unsere Angebote sind grundsätzlich unverbindlich. Ein Vertrag kommt i. Zw. erst
durch unsere schriftliche Bestätigung und nach deren Maßgabe zustande, jedenfalls aber mit Entgegennahme unserer Leistung.
2.
Lieferfristen und -termine; Teillieferungen
2.1 Eine Lieferfrist beginnt nicht vor Abklärung sämtlicher Details und Vorlage aller
vom Kunden beizubringender Unterlagen.
2.2 Lieferfristen verstehen sich i. Zw. als Richtzeiten. Eine Lieferfrist ist eingehalten,
wenn sich die Ware im Zeitpunkt Ihres Ablaufs auf dem Wege zum Kunden
befindet oder wir die Versandbereitschaft mitgeteilt haben.
2.3 Halten unsere Zulieferer ihre Lieferpflichten nicht vollständig oder nicht pünktlich
ein, verlängern sich unsere Lieferfristen um die Zeit der Verzögerung unserer
Selbstbelieferung, jedoch nicht über die Dauer von 3 Wochen hinaus; wir bleiben
berechtigt, binnen dieser Frist vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.
2.4 Bei ohne grobes Verschulden von uns nicht vorhergesehenen Lieferungshindernissen, insbesondere als Folge von Arbeitskampfmaßnahmen, behördlichen Eingriffen
usw. sowie in allen Fällen höherer Gewalt verlängern sich unsere Lieferfristen um
die Dauer der Störung, höchstens jedoch um 6 Wochen; bei einer Überschreitung
dieser Frist Können beide Vertragspartner vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Diese Regelungen gelten auch dann, wenn Ihre Voraussetzungen während eines bereits
bestehenden Lieferverzugs eintreten.
2.5 Geraten wir in Verzug, kann der Kunde nach näherer Maßgabe des § 326 BGB
nach Setzung einer Nachfrist von mindestens 3 Wochen vom Vertrage zurücktreten.
2.6 Für Liefertermine gelten die vorstehenden Regelungen entsprechend.
Teillieferungen sind zulässig
3.
Versand; Gefahrenübergang
3.1 Der Versand erfolgt auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Kunden ohne Gewähr für
billigste Versandart. Transportversicherungen sind vom Kunden abzuschließen.
3.2 Mit der Übergabe der Ware an eine Transportperson geht die Gefahr des
zufälligen Untergangs auf den Kunden über. Dies gilt auch beim Transport mit
unseren eigenen Fahrzeugen. Die Gefahr geht auch über, wenn sich der Versand
aus Gründen verzögert, die der Kunde zu vertreten hat.
4.
Preise und Zahlung
4.1 Unsere Preise verstehen sich ab Lager bzw. ab Werk zuzüglich MWSt., Verpackungs- und Versandkosten.
4.2 Wird unsere Lieferung vereinbarungsgemäß oder aus vom Kunden zu vertretenden
Gründen erst nach Ablauf von 4 Monaten ab Vertragsabschluß möglich, Können
wir statt der Vertragspreise unsere am Tag der Lieferung geltenden Preisen
berechnen.
4.3 Lieferrechnungen sind zahlbar innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum mit 2
% Skonto, innerhalb von 20 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum rein netto. Abweichungen
hiervon behalten wir uns jederzeit vor. Es gelten jeweils die auf der Rechnung
genannten Zahlungsziele. Bei Neukunden erfolgt die Erstlieferung i.d. Regel per
Nachnahme (Post/German Parcel). Reparatur- und Montagerechnungen sind sofort
netto zahlbar.
4.4 Im Falle des Zahlungsverzugs schuldet der Kunde Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 5
% über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz zzgl. MWSt.
4.5 Bei Zahlungsverzugs des Kunden oder wesentlicher Verschlechterung seiner
Vermögensverhältnisse können wir sofortige Barzahlung sämtlicher offener Forderungen verlangen, auch soweit sie gestundet sind.
4.6 Wir sind nicht verpflichtet, Wechsel und Schecks in Zahlung zunehmen. Die
Hereinnahme erfolgt in jedem Falle nur erfüllungshalber. Evtl. Prolongationsabreden
bedürfen der Schriftform. Wechselakzepte müssen diskontfähig sein. Wechselkosten
und Spesen gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.
5.
Aufrechnung, Zurückbehaltung
5.1 Mit anderen als unbestrittenen oder rechtskräftig festgestellten Gegenforderungen
darf der Kunde nicht aufrechnen.
5.2 Ein Zurückbehaltungsrecht darf der Kunde nur insoweit ausüben, als es dem
Sicherungszweck entspricht.

Lieferwert unsere Ware hinausgehende Forderung entsteht, gilt die Abtretung des
Zahlungsanspruchs des Kunden gegen seinen Abnehmer an uns nur in Höhe des
Rechnungswertes der Vorbehaltsware zuzüglich Nebenkosten und eines 10%igen
Sicherheitszuschlags auf den Rechnungswert als erfolgt.
6.8 Solange der Kunde seine Zahlungsverpflichtungen ordungsgemäß nachkommt, ist er
ermächtigt, die Forderungen gegen seine Abnehmer für unsere Rechnung einzuziehen; er ist aber nicht berechtigt, über die Forderungen in anderer Weise, z. B.
durch Abtretung zu verfügen. Wir können die Einziehungsermächtigung widerrufen
und die Forderung selbst einziehen, wenn der Kunde in Zahlungsverzug kommt.
6.9 Wir sind berechtigt, die Vorbehaltsware in Besitz zu nehmen, wenn der Kunde mit
der Erfüllung von Ansprüchen aus der Geschäftsverbindung mit uns in Verzug
gerät. Das Herausgabebegehren gilt nicht nur als Rücktritt vom Vertrag. Wir sind
berechtigt, die Vorbehaltsware zu verwerten und uns unter Anrechnung auf die
offenen Ansprüche aus deren Erlös zu befriedigen.
Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, uns sämtliche Auskünfte unentgeltlich zu erteilen, die
6.10 zur Durchsetzung unserer Rechte aus diesem Abschnitt erforderlich sind.

Gewährleistung

Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 24 Monate.
Verschleißerscheinungen und die Folgen unsachgemäßer Lagerung oder Benutzung
der Ware seitens des Kunden sind von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Unsere Gewährleistungspflicht erlischt, wenn der Kunde offensichtliche Mängel oder
Mengenabweichungen uns nicht innerhalb einer Woche nach Eintreffen der Ware
bei ihm schriftlich anzeigt, wenn der Kunde - außer zur Abwehr unverhältnismäßiger Schäden Eingriffe an der Ware vornimmt oder vornehmen läßt.
Im Rahmen unserer Gewährleistungspflicht bessern wir mangelhafte Ware nach
oder liefern nach unserer Wahl statt dessen Ersatz. Ersetzte Gegenstände und
Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über. Durch die Gewähr- oder Ersatzleistung treten
keine neuen Gewährfristen in Lauf. Bei Fehlschlagen der Nachbesserung oder
Ersatzlieferung kann der Kunde Minderung oder, wenn nicht eine Bauleistung
Gegenstand der Gewährleistung ist, Wandlung verlangen.
Wir sind berechtigt, Zug um Zug gegen Auslieferung nachgebesserter Ware die
Bezahlung des offenen (Rest-) Kaufpreises zu fordern, falls wir zuvor dem Kunden
Gelegenheit gegeben haben, sich in zumutbarer Weise vom Erfolg der Nachbesserung zu überzeugen.

Rücktritt
8.1
Zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag sind wir außer den unter 2.3 und 2.4 erwähnten und
den im Gesetz geregelten Fällen berechtigt, wenn in den Vermögensverhältnissen
des Kunden eine wesentliche, die Bezahlung unserer Lieferung gefährdende
Verschlechterung eintritt und der Kunde nicht binnen Wochenfrist ab unserer
Aufforderung nach seiner Wahl entweder Zug-um-Zug-Leistung oder Sicherheitsleistung anbietet.
Hat der Kunde den Rücktritt verschuldet, ist er zu Ersatz des gesamten bei uns
entstandenen Schadens verpflichtet.

Sonderbedingungen für Reparaturaufträge
9.1
Reparaturaufträge führen wir nach Maßgabe nachstehender Sonderbedingungen aus.
Kostenvoranschläge erstellen wir nur auf Anfrage. Der Kunde trägt in jedem Falle
sämtliche Kosten des An- und Abtransport. Wir sind berechtigt, reparierte Ware in
neuer Verpackung, für die wir unsere Selbstkostenpreise verrechnen, zurückzuliefern.
Reparaturrechnungen sind sofort rein netto zahlbar. Wir sind berechtigt, reparierte
Geräte nur Zug um Zug gegen vollständige Bezahlung unserer Reparaturrechnung
auszuliefern.
Wir haften nur für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Reparaturarbeiten als
solcher, nicht für die Freiheit der Sache von sonstigen Mängeln.
Reparaturen an anderen als von uns gelieferten Geräten lehnen wir grundsätzlich
ab.
Sämtliche Reparaturaufträge stehen unter der auflösenden Bedingung, daß wir die
erforderlichen Ersatzteile vom Hersteller zu angemessenen Preisen beschaffen
können.

Eigentumsvorbehalt
6.1 Unsere sämtlichen Lieferungen erfolgen unter Eigentumsvorbehalt
6.2 Der Kunde erwirbt Eigentum an der gelieferten Ware (Vorbehaltsware) erst mit
der Erfüllung aller seiner früheren und künftigen Verbindlichkeiten aus einer
Geschäftsverbindung mit uns.
6.3 Pfändungen hat der Kunde uns unverzüglich anzuzeigen. Rechtsverfolgungskosten,
die uns durch die Notwendigkeit eines Vorgehens gegen Pfändungspfandgläubiger
oder sonstige Personen entstehen, die sich eines Rechts an der Ware berühmen,
gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.
6.4 Wir gestatten dem Kunden stets widerruflich, nicht (vollständig) bezahlte Ware im
ordentlichen Geschäftsgang zu veräußern, jedoch nur wieder unter Eigentumsvorbehalt. Die ihm aus der Weiterveräußerung entstehenden Ansprüche auf Zahlung
und aus der Eigentumsvorbehaltsklausel tritt er schon heute im voraus an uns
ab. Der Verkauf der Ware an Abnehmer, die eine Abtretbarkeit ausschließen oder
von Ihrer erst noch einzuholenden Genehmigung abhängig machen, ist dem
Kunden nicht gestattet.
6.5 Eine Be- und Verarbeitung der Vorbehaltsware durch den Kunden erfolgt für uns
als Hersteller i. S. des § 950 BGB, ohne daß uns hieraus irgendwelche Verpflichtungen erwachsen.
6.6 Geht unser Eigentum kraft gesetzlicher Vorschrift oder auf andere Weise unter,
sind alle Rechte an uns abgetreten, die den Kunden in Zusammenhang mit dem
den Rechtsverlust auslösenden Vorgang entstehen. Erwirbt der Kunde Miteigentum
an einer neuen Sache, gilt auch dieses schon heute als auf uns übertragen mit
der Maßgabe, daß der Kunde für uns die neue Sache verwahrt.
6.7 In allen Fällen, in denen dem Kunden infolge einer Verbindung oder Vermischung
unserer Ware mit anderen Sachen gegen seinen Abnehmer eine über den reinen
Haftung
10.1 Für die Verletzung gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Pflichten aller Art, einschließlich
vor- oder nebenvertraglicher Pflichten haften wir nur, wenn den zu unserer
Vertretung berufenen Personen oder Erfüllungsgehilfen Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit zur Last fällt.
10.2 Weitergehende Ansprüche, gleich aus welchen Rechtsgründen, sind ausgeschlossen.
Wir haften deshalb nicht für Schäden, die nicht am Liefergegenstand selbst
entstanden sind, insbesondere haften wir nicht für entgangenen Gewinn oder
sonstige Vermögensschäden.
Erfüllungsort
Erfüllungsort für unsere Leistungen ist Talheim.
12.
Gerichtsstand
Ist unser Kunde Vollkaufmann, eine juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder
ein öffentlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen, ist Gerichtsstand nach unserer Wahl
Heilbronn oder der allgemeine Gerichtsstand unseres Kunden.
13.
Auslandsgeschäfte
13.1 Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Heilbronn.
13.2 Preisangaben verstehen sich i. Zw. in Deutscher Mark.
14.
Schlußbestimmung
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages unwirksam sein oder werden, so
bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Die Parteien
sind in einem solchen Fall verpflichtet, an der Schaffung von Bestimmungen
mitzuwirken, durch die ein der unwirksamen Bestimmung w i r t s c h a f t l i c h m ö g l i c h s t
nahekommendes Ergebnis rechtswirksamerzielt wird.
