Aufbaubeginn. 25 % Aufschlag bei später eingehenden Bestellungen.
앫Koelnmesse ist berechtigt, die bestellten Leistungen durch Servicepartner durchführen zu lassen. Diese handeln im Namen und im
Auftrag der Koelnmesse.
앫Die genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. Zusätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer mit dem jeweils gültigen Satz berechnet.
앫Die genannten Preise verstehen sich für die betriebsfertige Montage
und Demontage sowie der Sicherheitsabnahme, Leihgebühr für Material und Beleuchtungskörper.
앫Die Installation der Hauptzuleitung vom Hauptverteiler zum Stand
ist ausschließlich von der Koelnmesse und der zuständigen FachVertragsfirma auszuführen.
앫Um die von Ihnen gewünschte Installation ordnungsgemäß durchführen zu können, ist die Beifügung einer Standskizze mit den eingezeichneten Anschlusswünschen (Unterverteilung, Steckdosen, Licht)
oder die Erstellung einer Skizze unbedingt erforderlich.
앫Für jegliche Arbeiten, die über die genannten Positionen im
Servicekatalog hinausgehen, werden Stundensätze (Arbeitsstunde
63,50 EUR) in Rechnung gestellt. Falls erforderlich (z. B. bei Systemständen) muss ein Potentialausgleich/Schutzleiteranschluss
vorgenommen werden zum Preis von 17,10 EUR.
앫Beanstandungen sind nur während der Veranstaltung möglich.
앫 Deadline for placing your order: 4 weeks before the start of official
assembling. Orders received after the deadline will incur a surcharge
of 25%.
앫 Koelnmesse is entitled to contract a partner company to perform the
services ordered. Such companies act in the name and on behalf of
Koelnmesse.
앫 All prices given are net prices. The VAT applicable in each case will be
added to the price.
앫 The prices given include the provision of turnkey installations, technical
inspection and security approval, rental of lighting and other materials,
and assembly and disassembly services.
앫Only Koelnmesse and its contractor are permitted to install the main
cable from the junction box to the stand.
앫To enable the installations you require to be carried out correctly, please
ensure that you enclose or arrange for a stand sketch that includes
your requested connection points (sub-distribution, electric sockets,
lighting).
앫 Any work going beyond the items shown in the service catalogue
will be charged at an hourly rate (one working hour = 63.50 EUR).
If necessary, (e.g. for system stands) the stand has to have an earth
conductor at a cost of 17.10 EUR.
앫Complaints may only be made during the event.
