Od roku 2006 sa EUROPERSONAL
špecializuje na jednu z kľúčových
personálnych služieb, a to personálny leasing. Vzhľadom k tomu,
že na pracovnom trhu dlhodobo absentuje subjekt, ktorý by
v segmente rozvíjajúcej sa logistiky poskytoval komplexné služby ktoré sú: súvisiace školenia
a vzdelávanie / rekvalifikácie / vodičov vysokozdvižných, nízkozdvižných a iných zdvíhacích zariadení.
Since 2006, EUROPERSONAL, s.r.o.
has specialized in a key personnel
service: personnel leasing. As the
labour market suffers from a lack
of companies providing complex
services in the areas of developing
logistics and the retraining of forklift truck operators and other lifting
devices, we decided to extend the
portfolio of our services by training and re training workers and
job-seekers in the field of logistics.
Týmto sme sa rozhodli rozšíriť
portfólio našich služieb o školenie
a vzdelávanie pracovníkov aj záujemcov o prácu v logistike. Našim
cieľom je kvalitne vyškoliť pracovníka logistiky, ktorému tiež dokážeme poskytnúť stabilné pracovné
miesto. Preto pozorne sledujeme
najnovšie trendy v oblasti vzdelávania a zvyšovania kvalifikácie na
trhu práce. Ich analýza nám umožňuje flexibilne reagovať na aktuálne
potreby pracovného trhu a aj potreby zamestnávateľov.
We focus on the quality training of
logistics personnel and we can provide stable jobs for such workers.
Therefore, we keep track of the
latest trends in education and qualification improvements wanted on
the labour market. The analysis of
such trends makes it possible for
us to flexibly respond to the labour
market‘s needs, and also on the
needs of employers.
Die Gesellschaft EUROPERSONAL,
s.r.o. spezialisiert sich seit dem
Jahre 2006 auf einen der Schwerpunkte der Personaldienstleistungen, und zwar auf Personalleasing.
Mit Rücksicht darauf, dass auf dem
Arbeitsmarkt langfristig ein Subjekt
fehlt, welches im sich dynamisch
entwickelndem
Logistiksegment
Komplexdienstleistungen
betreffend Schulung und Umschulung
der Fahrer von Hochhub-, Niederhubwagen und anderen Hebevorrichtungen erbringen würde, haben
wir uns entschieden, das Portfolio unserer Dienstleistungen um
Schulung und Umschulung der
Logistikmitarbeiter und Interessenten für Arbeit in der Logistik
zu erweitern.

ktorý rieši zodpovednosť za životné
prostredie, pričom takáto angažovanosť je súčasťou našej firemnej

ktorá združuje personálne agentúry, ktoré sa zaviazali zvyšovať etiku

Absolventi majú v našom tréningovom centre k dispozícií reálne
a v praxi používané regály, konštrukcie, zakladacie systémy Uchádzači pracujú na elektrických vysokozdvižných a nízkozdvižných vozíkov
a regálovom zakladači, ktoré výlučne slúžia iba pre potreby tréningového centra. Takáto praktická
simulácia v značnej miere približuje absolventom prácu v skutočnej
prevádzke, preto je ich následné
zaradenie do pracovného režimu
efektívnejšie.
V tréningovom centre sa im venujú
kvalifikovaný inštruktori s viacročnou praxou.
Veľký dôraz kladieme na predchádzanie vzniku škodových udalostí a dodržiavaniu BOZP. Prevencia
spočíva v tom, že konkrétne škodové udalosti sa analyzujú formou
foto prezentácie a video prezentácie, popritom sa určuje príčina
vzniku a spôsob, ako by bolo možné predísť konkrétnej škodovej udalosti.
V prípade potreby vieme prísť aj
s našou technikou priamo k vám
a školiť tak aby sme neobmedzovali vašu výrobnú činnosť. Dokážeme
školiť aj cez víkend, v nočnom režime, ako aj počas sviatku.
V spolupráci s ALLIANZ, a.s., vieme
zabezpečiť aj rôzne druhy poistenia
pre vás aj vašich zamestnancov.
Zabezpečíme dovoz aj odvoz zo školení, prípadne aj ubytovanie a stravovanie požiadaviek.

Multi-stage tests and practical examinations conducted at our training
centre guarantee the quality of our
course graduates.
At our training centre, we have genuine, used-in-practice shelving, constructions and shelf-storage systems, and also electric fork lift trucks
and low lift trucks, and a shelf storage system exclusively for the purposes of the training centre. To a great
extent, such practical simulation
approximates work in real-life operation. Therefore, the consequent
placement of our course graduates in a work regime proves more
effective.
Competent instructors with longterm work experience attend to the
education and training at our training centre.
We place great emphasis on damage event prevention and observance of Occupational Safety, Hygiene
and Health Protection rules and
regulations. The prevention is based
on concrete damage event analysis
that is implemented during a photo presentation or a video presentation. During the course of such
analysis, the cause and manner of
prevention of such damage event
are determined.
Where necessary, we can bring our
aids and technology to your work
place and train your employees in
such a manner that your production
activities shall not be limited in any
way. We can train your employees
even during a weekend, night or on
a public holiday.
In collaboration with the Allianz,
a.s., insurance company, we can
provide also various types of insurance for you and your employees.
We can provide transport for trainees to/from training sessions and
even board and lodging according
to your requirements.

Die Qualität unserer Absolventen
wird durch mehrstufige Tests und
praktische Prüfungen garantiert.
In unserem Trainingszentrum stehen den Absolventen die real und
in der Praxis verwendeten Regale,
Konstruktionen und Lagersysteme
zur Verfügung. Die Bewerber arbeiten mit elektrischen Hochhub- und
Niederhubwagen und einem Regalbediengerät, die ausschließlich
dem Bedarf des Trainingszentrums
dienen. Diese praktische Simulation
bringt den Absolventen im wesentlichen Maße die Arbeit im realen
Betrieb näher, was ihre nachfolgende Eingliederung ins Arbeitsregime
effektiviert.
Im Trainingszentrum widmen sich
den Absolventen qualifizierte Instruktoren mit langjähriger Praxis.
Großes Gewicht wird auf Prävention von Schadensereignissen und
auf Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit
und des Gesundheitsschutzes gelegt. Die Prävention besteht darin,
dass konkrete Schadensereignisse
in Form von Foto- und Videopräsentationen analysiert werden, wobei
die Ursache ihrer Entstehung und
die Möglichketen der Verhütung
eines konkreten Schadensereignisses bestimmt werden.
Bei Bedarf können wir mit unserer
Technik direkt zu Ihnen zur Schulung
kommen, ohne dabei Ihre Produktionstätigkeit einzuschränken. Wir
können die Schulungen auch am
Wochenende, im Nachtregime als
auch an Feiertagen veranstalten.
In Zusammenarbeit mit der Allianz,
a.s. können wir für Sie und Ihre
Mitarbeiter auch verschiedene Versicherungsarten sicherstellen.
Wir stellen die Beförderung zu/von
den Schulungen bzw. Auch Unterbringung und Verpflegung der
Absolventen genau nach Ihren
Anforderungen sicher.
