17 Formularanhang
17.1 Einführung
Im Anhang finden Sie einen Großteil der Formulare zur Ansicht, die im Verlauf
dieses Buches besprochen bzw. erwähnt worden sind. Welches Formular für
welches Antragsverfahren verwendet werden muss, ist im jeweiligen Kapitel
ausführlich beschrieben.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Antragsformulare der US-Behörden regelmäßigen
Veränderungen unterliegen. Vergewissern Sie sich deshalb vor der Einreichung Ihrer Unterlagen stets, ob Ihnen die aktuelle Version des Formulars
vorliegt. Sollten Sie ein „veraltetes“ Formular nutzen, kann Ihr Antrag von der
zuständigen Behörde unbearbeitet zurückgewiesen werden.
Viele Formulare sind mit einem festen Gebührensatz verbunden, der bei der
Antragstellung zu entrichten ist. Auch diese Gebühren werden regelmäßig
angepasst.
Nahezu alle Formulare stehen auf den jeweiligen Webseiten der US-Behörden
in einer aktualisierten Form zum Download bereit.
Wo finde ich welches Formular?
Die sogenannten „DS“-Formulare des U.S. Departments of State für konsularische Verfahren finden Sie unter folgendem Link:

Dort wird auch das Standardantragsformular DS-160 für alle Nichteinwanderungsvisa angeboten.

Insbesondere finden Sie hier alle Anträge für arbeitsplatzbezogene Nichteinwanderungsvisakategorien sowie für Einwanderungsverfahren.
Das U.S. Department of Labor stellt auf folgender Webseite die Formulare
für Labor Certification Verfahren (H-2B, arbeitsplatzbezogene GreenCard)
zur Verfügung:
