Mein Hut, der hat drei Ecken,

Der Inhalt des Liedes wird durch folgende Gesten untermalt:






Ecken - den Ellenbogen mit der Hand berühren

Das Singspiel gehört zur Gruppe der Lückentext-Lieder, bei denen mit jeder Strophe ein
weiteres Schlüsselwort ausgelassen und nur noch gestisch dargestellt wird. Wer versehentlich
in eine Lücke hinein singt, muss in der Regel ausscheiden oder ein Pfand abgeben.

Plätzchen - Mein Hut der hat drei Ecken /
Cookies - My hat it has three corners
Zutaten / Ingredients
250 g Dinkelmehl (Vollkorn) / Spelt flour (wholemeal)
50 g brauner Rohrzucker / brown sugar
100 g Marzipan - Rohmasse / marzipan - gross mass
150 g Butter / butter
1
Eigelb / egg yolk
evtl. Backpulver / possibly baking soda
50g Schokoladenglasur / chocolate glaze
Zubereitung:
Arbeitszeit: ca. 30 Min. Ruhezeit: ca. 1 Std. / Schwierigkeitsgrad: normal Die Zutaten zu
einem Teig kneten und min. 30 Minuten kühl stellen.
Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
Den Teig 0,5 cm dick ausrollen und Dreiecke ausrollen oder ausstechen. Man kann auch noch
etwas Backpulver unter den Teig kneten.
Die Plätzchen 12 Minuten backen lassen.
Nach dem Abkühlen die Ecken mit Schokoladenglasur bestreichen.
Sie sind nicht sehr süß und schmecken am besten wenn sie ein paar Tage in der Dose
durchgezogen sind.
