1 Présentation
La poignée de validation sans fil RADIOSAFE est livrée avec :
Un cordon USB
1 cd-rom comprenant :
o Le logiciel DialogRSP v2.x
o La notice d’utilisation DialogRSP
o La notice d’installation et d’utilisation de la poignée de validation sans fil RADIOSAFE
o La documentation commerciale de la poignée de validation sans fil RADIOSAFE
Le logiciel DialogRSP permet de configurer la poignée de validation sans fil RADIOSAFE.
IMPORTANT :
Il est fortement conseillé d’installer ce logiciel sur un ordinateur PC relié à internet afin d’accéder aux mises à
jour et d’archiver les fichiers de programmation.
2 Installation et démarrage du logiciel DialogRSP
Après avoir inséré le cd-rom dans le lecteur de l’ordinateur, un menu d’accueil démarre automatiquement pour guider
l’utilisateur lors de l’installation (si ce menu n’apparaît pas, naviguer à la racine du cd-rom et lancer le fichier nommé
« start.exe »)
Si une ancienne version a été installée, il n’y aura pas de conflit avec celle-ci.
Pour désinstaller la dernière version DialogRSP, cliquer sur Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Ajouter ou
supprimer des programmes > DialogRSP cliquer sur le bouton « Supprimer »
2.1 Installation du DialogRSP
L’installation démarre automatiquement avec l’écran ci-dessous :

2.2 Installation de la gestion de base de données MySQL
Pour utiliser le logiciel DialogRSP il est nécessaire d'installer l'application « MySQL » (gestion de base de
données).
Cette application permet entre autres d'archiver ou de rappeler des configurations précédemment effectuées.
En outre, MySQL est obligatoire afin de sauvegarder les fichiers sur le serveur FTP JAY Electronique
Si MySQL n’est pas installé sur l’ordinateur, voici le message qui s’affichera :

2.3 Installation du pilote USB de la poignée
Pour installer le pilote de la poignée :
- ouvrir le boitier de la poignée en dévissant ses 4 vis de maintien :
- brancher le câble USB au connecteur interne de la poignée :
- vérifier que le cd-rom soit bien dans le lecteur CD de l’ordinateur.
Le pilote sera trouvé automatiquement su le cd-rom.

2.4 Lancement du DialogRSP
Pour démarrer le logiciel DialogRSP : cliquer sur l’icône présente sur le bureau.
L’écran ci-dessous indique qu’il faut saisir une « clé d’activation ».

Cliquer sur « OK » et aller dans le menu « configuration Dialog RSP ».
Renseigner le numéro de clé d’activation présent sur la jaquette du cd-rom et cliquer sur le bouton
« Enregistrer ».
Information :
Par défaut, la clé d’activation permet d’accéder au « NIVEAU 1 » du logiciel.

3 Descriptif du logiciel DialogRSP
3.1 Configuration générale
Sur la gauche de la fenêtre sont affichées les informations du logiciel ainsi que les boutons de configuration
générale.

3.2 Sauvegardes et archivages des programmations
Le logiciel DialogRSP dispose d’une sauvegarde et d’un archivage automatique des programmations.
Ces sauvegardes sont gérées par indices et sont visibles à l’aide du numéro de série du matériel ainsi que de son
code identité.
Exemple : (accès par l’onglet « Configuration carte SIM » - « Ouverture fichier SIM »)
Ci-dessous une visualisation des programmations de la carte SIM portant le numéro 400002 et le code identité 1234.
Au total 6 programmations sont visibles et portent les indices 000, 001, 002, 004, 006, 007.
Remarque : Les fichiers SIM enregistrent à la fois la configuration de la carte SIM mais aussi les pictogrammes.

Ces éléments sont enregistrés dans une base de données d’où l’obligation d’installer l’application « MySQL ».
Par défaut, une sauvegarde des programmations est effectuée sur l’ordinateur en local.
Si l’ordinateur est connecté à Internet, le logiciel DialogRSP effectue un archivage et une synchronisation des fichiers
de configuration sur le serveur FTP de JAY Electronique.
Un indicateur en bas de la fenêtre du logiciel indique l’état de la connexion et de l’archivage des fichiers de configuration
aussi nommé « indice ».

3.3 Menu « Configuration carte SIM »
L’onglet « Configuration carte SIM » permet de configurer la carte SIM ainsi que les pictogrammes des écrans.
Remarque : la carte SIM doit être insérée dans la poignée et le câble USB doit être connecté.
3.3.1 Onglet configuration
Information sur le mode de fonctionnement :
Verrouillage du mode de configuration : permet de bloquer l’accès à la configuration sur la poignée
(Il est aussi possible d’activer/désactiver cette fonction sur la poignée. Voir documentation d’installation de la poignée)
- Gestion d’accès en zone à risque : Active/désactive la gestion d’un accès en zone sécurisée
(Si il y a un accès en zone à risque, la poignée est en mode de fonctionnement « 4 boutons de commande »)
- Mode de fonctionnement : sélection du mode de fonctionnement « 4 boutons de commande » ou « sélection de
fonction » (Voir la documentation d’installation de la poignée)

Information sur la radio :
Sélectionner la gamme de fréquence
Sélectionner le canal de fonctionnement (de 1 à 64)
Sélectionner le niveau de puissance (attention restriction sur les canaux par
rapport à la puissance)
Activation de la puissance max par rapport au canal sélectionné

Ce champ permet de visualiser la poignée en cours de programmation.
Ce champ est rempli par une lecture de la carte SIM ou une ouverture de fichier
SIM.
Seul le code Identité peut être modifié à la main.
- Le bouton « Lecture carte SIM » permet de lire les paramètres de la carte SIM ainsi que les pictogrammes.
- Le bouton « Programmation carte SIM » permet de lancer la programmation de la carte SIM.
Pour programmer une carte SIM, il est obligatoire :
. d’effectuer une lecture de la configuration de la poignée (Conseillé)
ou
. d’ouvrir un ficher de configuration via le bouton « Ouverture fichier SIM »
- Le bouton « ouverture fichier SIM » permet recharger dans le logiciel une configuration déjà programmée. Pour ceci, il
faut renseigner le numéro de série de la carte SIM ainsi que son code Identité. Une fois ces deux éléments saisis, les
indices/programmations déjà effectués sont automatiquement visualisables.
Il suffit de sélectionner l’indice et cliquer sur OK pour retrouver les paramètres ainsi que les pictogrammes.

3.3.2
Onglet Ecran
Cet onglet permet de visualiser, modifier et créer les pictogrammes des modes de fonctionnement « 4 boutons de
commande » et « sélection de fonction ».
Des pictogrammes par défaut sont chargés lors du choix du mode de fonctionnement.
Le mode « 4 boutons de commande » est géré par un pictogramme unique.
Lorsque le mode « sélection de fonction » est sélectionné, il y a autant de pictogrammes que de nombre de
fonctions sélectionnées.
L’utilisateur a la possibilité de modifier, créer et gérer les pictogrammes.
Le logiciel DialogRSP utilise l’éditeur d’image
pour effectuer les modifications.

Une fois un pictogramme modifié, il est nécessaire d’appuyer sur le bouton

3.4 Menu « Configuration Poignée »
L’onglet « configuration Poignée » permet de vérifier le numéro de série de la poignée et de connaître sa version.
Pour télécharger les mises à jour, il est obligatoire d’avoir une connexion à Internet.
Pour effectuer une « lecture » de la poignée, il est nécessaire d’activer le mode « programmation » de la poignée en suivant la
procédure indiquée ci-dessous :

1 Overview
The RADIOSAFE wireless enabling handle is supplied with :
A USB cable
1 cd-rom containing :
o The DialogRSP v2.x software
o The DialogRSP software user manual
o The installation and user manual for the RADIOSAFE wireless enabling handle
o The sales documentation for the RADIOSAFE wireless enabling handle
The DialogRSP software is used to configure the RADIOSAFE wireless enabling handle.
IMPORTANT :
We strongly recommend that you install your software on a PC computer connected to the internet in order to
access the updates and archive the programming files.
2 Installing and starting up the DialogRSP software
After inserting the CD-rom in the computer drive, an installation menu is automatically launched to guide the user for installing
software (if this page does not appear, go to the root of the cd-rom and launch the « start.exe »)
If an old version had been installed, there will be no conflict with it.
To uninstall the last version of DialogRSP, click Start > Configuration panel > Add or delete programs > DialogRSP then
click the « Delete » button

2.2 Installing the MySQL database manager
To use the DialogRSP software, you must install the « MySQL » application (database manager).
This application is used, among others, to archive and call up earlier configurations.
MySQL is also necessary to save files on the FTP external server.
If MySQL is not installed on the computer, the following message is displayed :

2.3 Installing the enabling handle USB driver
To install the driver :
- open the handle housing by removing the four securing screws :
- connect the USB cable to the internal connector in the handle :
- check that the cd-rom is in your computer drive .
Your computer will automatically find the driver on the cd-rom.
Proceed as instructed by the device installation wizard :

2.4 Launching the DialogRSP software
To start the DialogRSP software : click the icon on your desktop
The following screen indicates that you must enter an « activation key ».
Click « OK » and go to the « Dialog RSP configuration » menu.
Enter the activation key on the cd-rom jacket then click the « Save » button.
Information :
By default, the activation key gives you access to « LEVEL 3 » of the software.
This level gives access to the following menus : : - SIM card configuration
- Handle configuration
- Receiver configuration
- Test

3.2 Saving and archiving programmings
The DialogRSP software has an automatic program save and archive function.
The save operations are managed by indices and can be viewed using the equipment serial number and its identity
code.
Example : (access by tab « SIM card configuration » - « SIM file reading »)
Displayed below is the programming for the SIM card with serial number 400002 and identity code 1234.
In all, 6 programmings are viewable and carry the indices 000, 001, 002, 004, 006, 007.
Note : the SIM files record both the SIM card configuration and the pictograms.

These elements are saved in a database, which is why installation of the « MySQL » application is required.
By default, the programmings are saved locally on the computer.
If the computer is connected to the internet, the DialogRSP software will archive and synchronise the configuration files
on the FTP external server.
An indicator at the bottom of the software window indicates the status of the connection and of the configuration file
archiving, also designated « index ».

3.3 SIM Card configuration » menu
The « SIM card configuration » tab is used to configure the SIM card and the screen pictograms.
Note : The SIM card must be inserted in the handle and the USB cable must be connected.
3.3.1 Configuration tab
Information concerning functioning mode :
Interlocking of configuration mode : blocks access to configuration on handle (this function can also be
enabled/disabled on the handle. See handle installation document )
- Risk zone access monitoring : Enables/Disables secured zone access monitoring function
(When there is access to a risk zone, the handle goes into the « 4 control buttons » functioning mode)
- Functioning mode: used to select functioning mode : « 4 control buttons » or « function selection » (See handle
installation document)
Information concerning radio :
Select frequency range
Select functioning channel (1 to 64)
Select power level (caution, restriction on channels with respect to power)
Activation of max. power level with respect to channel selected

This field is used to display the handle during programming.
This field is filled in by reading the SIM card or by opening a SIM file.
Only the identity code can be modified manually.
- The « SIM card reading » button is used to read the SIM card parameters and the pictograms.
- The « SIM card programming » button is used to launch the SIM card programming operation.
To program a SIM card, you must:
. read the handle configuration (Recommended)
or
. open a configuration file using the « SIM file opening » button
- The «SIM file opening » button enables you to re-load a previously programmed configuration in the software. To do so,
you must enter the SIM card serial number and its identity code. Once these two items have been entered, simply select
the index and click OK to recover the parameters and the pictograms.

Screen tab
This tab is used to display, modify and create the pictograms for the « 4 control buttons » and « function selection
» functioning modes.
Default pictograms are loaded when the functioning mode is selected.
The « 4 control buttons » mode is managed by a single pictogram.
When the « function selection » mode is selected, there will be a unique pictogram for each function selected.
The user can modify, create and manage the pictograms.
The DialogRSP software uses the image editor to make the changes

3.4 « Handle configuration » menu
The «Handle configuration» tab is used to check the handle serial number and to look up its version.
To download the updates, you must be connected to the Internet.
To « read » the handle, you must enable the « programming » mode for the handle as indicated in the procedure below:

Im Lieferumfang des drahtlosen Zustimmtasters RADIOSAFE enthalten :

Die Software DialogRSP ermöglicht die Konfigurierung des drahtlosen Zustimmtasters RADIOSAFE.
WICHTIG :
Es wird geraten, diese Software auf einem PC mit Internetanschluss zu installieren, um Zugriff auf die
Aktualisierungen und die Archivierung der Programmierungs-Dateien zu haben.
2 Installation und Start der Software DialogRSP
Nach Einlegen der CD-ROM in den Computer erscheint automatisch ein Installations-Menü (sollte diesem Menü nicht
erscheinen, so muss die Datei „start.exe" aus der CD-ROM gestartet werden)
Ein Konflikt mit einer früher installierten Version wird nicht auftreten.
Die letzte Version von DialogRSP kann entfernt werden durch Klick auf Start > Einstellungen > Programme hinzufügen
oder löschen > DialogRSP auf das Funktionsfeld „Löschen" klicken

Die Installation startet automatisch mit dem unten abgebildeten Fenster:

2.2 Installation der Datenbankenverwaltung MySQL
Für die Verwendung der Software DialogRSP muss die Anwendung „MySQL" installiert werden
(Datenbankenverwaltung).
Diese Anwendung ermöglicht unter anderem die Archivierung oder das erneute Aufrufen früherer Konfigurationen.
MySQL ist zudem zwingend erforderlich für die Datenspeicherung auf dem FTP-Server.
Sollte MySQL nicht auf Ihrem Computer installiert sein, erscheint folgende Nachricht:

Zur Installation des Piloten des Zustimmtasters :
- Das Gehäuse des Zustimmtasters durch Herausdrehen der 4 Halteschrauben öffnen :
- Das USB-Kabel an den internen Anschluss des Zustimmtasters anschließen :
- Überprüfen, dass die CD-ROM in das CD-Lesegerät des Computers eingelegt ist .
Der Pilot wird automatisch auf der CD-ROM gefunden.

2.4 DialogRSP starten
Start der Software DialogRSP: auf das Symbol auf dem Desktop klicken
Das folgende Fenster verlangt die Eingabe eines „Aktivierungsschlüssels".
Auf „OK" klicken und in das Menü „Konfiguration Dialog RSP" gehen.
Die Nummer des Aktivierungsschlüssels eingeben, die auf der Hülle der CD-ROM steht, und auf das Feld
„Speichern" klicken.
Hinweis :
In Standardeinstellung ermöglicht der Aktivierungsschlüssel Zugang zu „EBENE 3" der Software.
Diese Ebene gibt Zugriff auf folgende Menüs: :
- Konfiguration der SIM-Karte
- Konfiguration des Zustimmtasters
- Konfiguration des Empfangers
- Test

3.2 Speichern und Archivieren der Programmierungen
Die Software DialogRSP verfügt über eine automatische Speicherung und Archivierung der Programmierungen.
Diese Speicherungen werden nach Indizes verwaltet und sind erkennbar an der Seriennummer des Materials und
seines Identitätscodes.
Beispiel: (Zugriff über das Tab „Konfiguration der SIM-Karte" – „Öffnung der SIM-Datei")
Unten abgebildet sind Programmierungen der SIM-Karte mit der Nummer 400002 und dem Identitätscode 1234.
Insgesamt sind 6 Programmierungen sichtbar, welche die Nummern 000, 001, 002, 004, 006, 007 haben.
Hinweis: Die SIM-Dateien speichern die Konfiguration der SIM-Karte und die Bildsymbole.

Die Anwendung „MySQL" muss installiert werden, da diese Elemente in einer Datenbank gespeichert werden.
Standardmäßig erfolgt eine Speicherung der Programmierungen im Computer selbst.
Wenn der Computer mit Internet verbunden ist, führt die Software DialogRSP eine Archivierung und eine
Synchronisierung der Konfigurationsdateien auf dem FTP-Server durch.
Ein auch „Index" genannter Indikator am unteren Teil des Software-Fensters zeigt den Verbindungs- und
Archivierungsstatus der Konfigurationsdateien an.

3.3 Menü „Konfiguration der SIM-Karte“
Das Tab „Konfiguration der SIM-Karte“ ermöglicht die Konfiguration der SIM-Karte und der Bildsymbole der Displays.
Hinweis : Die SIM-Karte muss in den Zustimmtaster eingeführt und das USB-Kabel angeschlossen sein.
3.3.1 Konfigurations-Tab
Information zur Verwendung dieser Betriebsart :
Verriegelung des Konfigurationsmodus : ermöglicht die Blockierung des Zugriffs auf die Konfiguration des Tasters (Es ist
ebenfalls möglich, diese Funktion auf dem Taster zu aktivieren/ zu deaktivieren. Siehe Installationsdokumentation des
Tasters)
Zugangsverwaltung in der Risikozone : Aktiviert/ Deaktiviert die Verwaltung eines Zugangs in der Risikozone
(Bei einem Zugang in der Risikozone ist der Taster im Modus „4 Funktionstasten“)
Funktionsmodus : Auswahl des Funktionsmodus „4 Funktionstasten" oder „Funktionswahl“ (Siehe
Installationsdokumentation des Tasters)

Dieses Feld ermöglicht die Visualisierung des in Programmierung befindlichen Tasters.
Dieses Feld wird ausgefüllt durch ein Ablesen der SIM-Karte oder eine Öffnung der SIM-Datei.
Nur der Identitätscode kann von Hand geändert werden.
- Das Feld „Lesen der SIM-Karte" ermöglicht das Ablesen der Parameter der SIM-Karte und der Bildsymbole.
- Das Feld „Programmierung der SIM-Karte" ermöglicht den Start der Programmierung der SIM-Karte.
Erforderlich für die Programmierung einer SIM-Karte:
. Ausführen einer Konfigurationsablesung des Tasters (empfohlen)
oder
. Öffnung einer Konfigurationsdatei mittels des Felds „Öffnung SIM-Datei"
- Das Feld „Öffnung SIM-Datei" ermöglicht das erneute Laden einer bereits programmierten Konfiguration in die Software.
Dazu müssen die Seriennummer der SIM-Karte und ihr Identitätscode eingegeben werden. Sobald diese beiden Elemente
eingegeben sind, werden die bereits ausgeführten Indizes/ Programmierungen visualisierbar.
Es reicht aus, den Index auszuwählen und auf OK zu klicken, um die Parameter und die Bildsymbole wieder aufzurufen.

Bildschirm-Tab
Dieses Tab ermöglicht die Visualisierung, die Änderung und die Erstellung der Bildsymbole der Betriebsmodi „4
Funktionstasten" und „Funktionsauswahl".
Die Bildsymbole der Standardeinstellung werden bei der Auswahl des Betriebsmodus geladen.
Der Modus „4 Funktionstasten" wird von einem einzigen Bildsymbol verwaltet.
Wenn der Modus „Funktionsauswahl" gewählt ist, gibt es ebenso viele Bildsymbole, wie ausgewählte Funktionen.
Der Nutzer hat die Möglichkeit, die Bildsymbole zu ändern, zu erstellen und zu verwalten.
Die Software DialogRSP verwendet die Bildbearbeitung zur Ausführung der Änderungen

Nach Änderung des Bildsymbols muss das Feld
gedrückt werden für die Aktualisierung des Bildschirms und
um die Änderung auf dem Bildschirm der Software DialogRSP zu sehen.
Hinweis : Die Bildsymbole werden in jeder Programmierung der SIM-Karte gespeichert. Sie werden folglich
entsprechend des wieder aufgerufenen Indizes abgerufen (siehe § 3.4.1).

3.4 Menü „Konfiguration Zustimmtaster"
Das Tab „Konfiguration Zustimmtaster" ermöglicht die Überprüfung der Seriennummer des Zustimmtasters und seiner Version.
Für den Download der Aktualisierung muss eine Internetverbindung bestehen.
Für das „Ablesen" des Zustimmtasters muss der Modus „Programmierung" des Zustimmtasters aktiviert sein gemäß des unten
angegeben Verfahrens :
