Was sind die Eigenschaften?
Spülmaschine:
Geeignet für Haushaltspülmaschinen, bei Echtgold, Platin,
True colours und Glow Handwäsche empfohlen. Fertigung für
Gastro und Hotelbedarf auf Anfrage möglich.
Mikrowelle:
Geeignet, ausgenommen Echtgold oder Echtplatin.
Unterschied Keramik, Bone China, Porzellan:
Verwendung natürlicher Rohstoffe in anderer Zusammensetzung
und Fertigungstemperatur.
Keramik: Hält länger die Wärme, Vorteile bei farbigen Glasuren.
Bone China: Enthält Knochenmehl, das den warmen sandigen Farbton ergibt.
Porzellan: Höchste Brenntemperatur, am schlagfestesten.
Lebensmitteleignung:
Fertigung erfolgt gem. EU-Richtlinien, oder individuell spezifiziert.
Regelmäßig werden Überprüfungen durchgeführt.

Wie wird produziert?
Drucktechnik:
Per Hand dekoriertes eingebranntes Schiebebild,
Vorteil: Riesige Bedruckungsvielfalt und fotorealistische Drucke.
Raster:
Mehrere Faktoren entscheidend: Siebart, Öle, Druck-know-how. Nur
die Rasterzahl ist kein ausreichender Hinweis. Die meisten unserer
hochqualitativen Rasterdrucke können wir schon mit 54er Raster
(137 lpi) umsetzen.
Umsetzung im Farbsatz:
Das Farbspektrum ist eingeschränkter als im Paperprint-Bereich.
Für technisch optimalste Ergebnisse häufiger zusätzliche Farben
notwendig.
Standorte:
Wir fertigen vernetzt an unseren Standorten, auch Made in Germany. Grundsätzlich finden Entwicklung und Druck in unseren Stammhäusern in Deutschland statt.
Herkunftsbezeichnung:
Laut dem Produktsicherheitsgesetz vom Dezember 2011, sind wir
verpflichtet, alle Artikel mit einer postzustellfähigen Herkunftsbezeichnung zu versehen. Das bedeutet, dass unser Porzellan eine
Bodenmarke mit unserer vollständigen Adresse erhält. Sollten Sie
alternative Lösungen wünschen, mit denen die Gesetzeskonformität
ebenfalls gewährleistet ist, beraten wir Sie auf Anfrage gerne.

Computergrafiken:
Farb-u. Graustufen-Bitmaps sollten ohne Komprimierung mit eingebetteten ICC-Profil gespeichert werden. Die Bildauflösung bei Farbund Graustufen-Bitmaps sollte nicht unter 300 dpi (Ausgabegröße)
aufweisen. Bei Schwarz / Weiß-Bitmaps sollte die Bildauflösung
(Ausgabegröße) mindestens 1200 dpi betragen. Die Linien- und
Strichstärken müssen in den Motiven mindestens 0,15 mm betragen.
Schriften / Fonts:
Im Motiv verwendete Schriften sind als Dateien mitzuliefern oder
in Vektorgrafiken umzuwandeln. Die Schriftgröße sollte auch bei
hohem Gesamtfarbauftrag nicht unter 5 Pt. liegen.
Keramische Farben:
Keramische Farben weisen Unterschiede zur Vierfarbsatz-Euroskala
auf. Deshalb sind beim geplanten Vierfarbdruck verbindliche Farbvorlagen erforderlich.
Sonderfarben:
Jede Farbe wird mit Keramik-/ Porzellanfarben speziell angemischt,
dennoch sind nicht alle HKS-, Pantone- und RAL-Farben 100%ig
umsetzbar.
Formenabwicklungen:
Ihr Motiv sollte proportional auf die Druckfläche des entsprechenden Bechers angepasst sein. Unsere Formenabwicklungen können

Druckvorlagen:

Differences between Porcelain, Bone China and Ceramics:
All three content natural materials with small differences and other
firing temperatures which create different advantages.

Porcelain: High resistance to heat and chipping.

Colour and grey-scales bitmaps should not be compressed and have
an embedded ICC profile. The resolution of the graphic should be
at least 300 dpi. The resolution of black / white bitmaps should be

fonts:
Special fonts used within the motif should be sent to us separately
or transferred into a vector graphic. The font size should not be less
than 5 points.
ceramic colours:
Ceramic colours do show differences in 4-colour print (Euroskala).
Therefore, we ask you to supply colour samples if using the 4-colour
print.
special colours:
Each colour is mixed with ceramic/ porcelain colours, meaning not
all HKS, Pantone and RAL colours are always 100% realizable.
4 colour process:
The colour range of 4 colour process for porcelain is not large as on
paper and might require additional colours.
shape templates:
Your motif should be proportional to the printed area of the mug.
You can download our shape templates easily via the internet and
receive all usable formats. Please contact us! We will happily send
you the templates also via E-mail.

Production is spread through our companies worldwide. All products can be also Made in Germany.
