Das Grass Valley Kamerasystem LDX
Première basiert auf dem modernen
Xensium-FT-CMOS. Die Key Features der

The Grass Valley Camera system LDX
Première is based on the modern
Xensium-FT-CMOS. The key features of
the camera involve iris level F12 for
50 Hz frame rate as well as iris level
F11 for 59.94 Hz frame rate at a
brightness of 2.000 Lux. The transmission occurs fully compatible via the 3G
TRIAX-adapter. Moreover, a 2.7” LCD
viewfinder or a 7.4” OLED colour screen
is available for the cameraman. The LDX
Première can be extended by means of

Die LDX XtremeSpeed ist eine optimale
Ergänzung für die Live-Produktion. Sie
ist mit der neusten 6-fach Slow MotionOption ausgestattet und voll integriert
in das LDX-Kamerasystem und dessen
Zubehör. Mit dem XtremeSpeed XF Fiber
kann die maximale Distanz zwischen
Kamera und XCU bis 3.000 m via
SMPTE Hybrid-Glasfaserkabel und bis
zu 40.000 m via „dark fiber“ mit lokaler
Kamerastromversorgung betragen. Die
XCU-Basisstationen werden mit einem
sehr betriebssicheren und patentierten
Rack-Adapter, z.B. im Ü-Wagen, gehandhabt. Auch bei der LDX XtremeSpeed
werden ein 2,7“ LCD-Farbsucher oder
ein 7,4“ OLED Farbmonitor genutzt.
The LDX XtremeSpeed is an ideal
solution/addition for live productions
and is equipped with the latest 6x slow
motion option. Moreover, it is fully
integrated in the LDX-camera system
and its accessories. With the
XtremeSpeed XF Fiber, the maximum
distance between camera and XCU can
be up to 3,000 m via SMPTE hybrid optical fibre and up to 40,000m via “dark
fiber” at local camera-electrical power
supply. The XCU-base stations are managed with a very reliable and patented
rack-adapter, e.g. in an ob-van. There is
a choice between a 2.7“ LCD viewfinder
or 7.4“ OLED colour display.

The Sony HDC-2500 is equipped with a

16-bit-A/D-converter, the camera
provides an excellent image quality with
very low noise and a large dynamic
range. The camera is 3G capable and
can be used for various formats up to
“double speed”. The 7.4“ viewfinder
HDVF-EL75 has a very high contrast
range and because of its OLED displays
also a very quick response time.

29.97 p (59.94 i-Modus) wiedergeben
werden. Die europäische P-Version ist
jedoch genau auf die analoge PAL-BandWiedergabe abgestimmt.
Simultane Auf- und Abwärts-Konverter
sind standardmäßig eingebaut, so dass
ein HDCAM-Band das Original-HD-Signal
sowie eine abwärtskonvertierte Ausgabe
liefert und ein Band im SD-Format ein
SD-Signal sowie eine aufwärtskonvertierte HD-Ausgabe.
The VTR of the HDW-M2000P series
mainly operates with frame rates
50 i and 59.94 i used in worldwide TV
distribution. Nevertheless, the HDCAM
material can be reproduced with 25 p
(50 i mode) and 29.97 p (59.94 i
mode). However, the European P-version
is accurately synchronised to the
analogue PAL band reproduction.
Simultaneous up- and down converters
are embedded by default, so that the
HDCAM band delivers the original HD
signal as well as a down converted
emission. Moreover, it delivers an SD
tape in SD format as an SD signal as
well as an up-converted HD version.
