To redeem funds currently held at FXDD Malta Limited, please fill out this form in its entirety, have all authorized persons sign below, and
return via email to [email protected] or via fax to +356 2138 3307. By signing this form, the customer acknowledges that upon receipt,
FXDD Malta reserves the right to request the Customer to close out existing positions and/or will liquidate all open positions on behalf of
the customer. Customer also acknowledges that FXDD Malta is not responsible for delays caused by unclear fields or errors in any of the
entered information. FXDD MALTA LTD is prohibited from accepting funds from or wiring funds to accounts whose owner names do
not appear on the Customer Account application. All redemption requests will be returned the way they will be received or by bank
wire to the bank account holders stated on application.

[email protected]. Mit der Unterzeichnung dieses Formulars erklärt der Kunde, dass nach Eingang behält FXDD Malta sich das Recht,
Kunden darum zu bitten, offene Positionen zu schliessen und / oder alle offenen Positionen im Namen des Kunden zu liquidieren. Kunden
ist es auch bekannt, dass FXDD Malta für Verzögerungen, die durch unklare Felder oder Fehler in einer der eingegebenen Informationen
verursacht werden, nicht verantwortlich ist. FXDD MALTA ist verbietet Geld von Konten zu akzeptieren oder telegraphisch an Konten
deren Eigentümer nicht auf dem Kunden Kontoantrag erscheinen, Geld zu überweisen. Alle Auszahlungen werden durch die
gleiche Methode, wie sie empfangen worden, gesendet oder auf ein Bankkonto geschickt, das bei der Eröffnung des Kontos
angegeben wurde.

*Please note: a $50 USD transfer charge will be applied when sending funds to another Forex broker, which will be deducted
from the amount being transferred.

Funds redeemed by Credit or Debit card will be returned to the card used for the initial deposit.
