Wettkampfbelastung vorzubereiten. Ich hoffe, dass ihr im Laufe der Zeit viele Übungen in der Video oder Bilder Rubrik wiederfinden werdet. Natürlich habe ich diese Übungen NICHT selber entwickelt.
