12. Kein Teilnahmerecht
12. No right to participation
a) Wenn der nationale Verband, der die Klubmannschaft
gemeldet hat, Rückstände an fälligen Beiträgen, Gebühren
oder sonstigen Zahlungen an die FIQ, WNBA und/oder an die
NBC oder eine andere Sektion hat und/oder die Meldegebühr
nicht auf ein Konto der NBC bis zum vorgegebenen Termin
überwiesen wurde. Die Prüfung erfolgt im Einzelfall durch das
Office der NBC.
a) If the national federation, which has signed in the club team,
be in arrears of payable dues, fees or other payments to the
FIQ, WNBA and/or to the NBC or a other - section and/or the
entry fee has not remitted on an account of the NBC until to
the named deadline. The review is made through the Office of
NBC in a given case.
b) Die Meldebögen A und B einschließlich der von allen
Delegationsmitgliedern zu unterzeichnenden Anerkennungen
und Vereinbarungen (Athleten und Funktionäre) nicht
vollständig und eindeutig ausgefüllt sind und / oder nicht mit
allen geforderten Unterlagen beim Office der NBC vor Ablauf
der festgelegten Termine eingegangen sind.
b) The registration form A and B including the acknow
ledgements and agreements signed bx all members of the delegation are not filled out completely and clearly and / or are
not coming in with all required documents at the Office of NBC
before lapse of the fixed deadline.
c) Bei unvollständiger oder verspäteter Abgabe – Meldebogen
A / Meldebogen B / Anerkennung und Vereinbarung /
Meldegebühr - ist eine Teilnahme nur dann möglich, wenn der
Präsident der NBC zustimmt und vor Beginn der Veranstaltung
eine Strafgebühr von Euro 130 für jede einzelne
unvollständige oder verspätete Abgabe an die NBC bezahlt
wurde.
c) By incomplete or delayed submition – registration form A /
registration form B / Acknowledgement and Agreement / entry
fee - a participation is only then possible, if the president of the
NBC agrees and before beginning of the event a penalty of
Euro 130 is paid to NBC for every single incomplete or
delayed submition.
d) Es ist nicht möglich, die Anerkennung und Vereinbarung vor
Ort abzugeben!
