SINGLE-COMPONENT CONTINUOUS MOLDING
MULTI-COMPONENT CONTINUOUS MOLDING
Single-component injection molding is managed in
all project stages. Furthermore, additional services
are included to provide a comprehensive solution
for our partners. In the process, glass fibres or
additives can be used to the input material to make
the product fire-proof, UV-stable, or heat-resistant.
This is a process during which, in the same tool,
first one part of the product is injected in one mold,
and then after making a transfer into the second
mold or by turning the tool the other component of
the product is made.
It enables a higher quality product range with
better aesthetic and other functions. It also gives
the product more value.

We strive not to burden the environment. Looking to
consolidate the confidence of our customers, we introduced
the environmental management system according to the
international standard ISO 14001:2004 and the IWAY standard.
In order to reduce our environmental impact as much as
possible, we have committed to rational use of electric energy,
noise control, and care for continuous improvement to the
environmental management system.
Special care is paid to raising the awareness of our youngest
as we believe that a keen sense for the preservation of
nature should be nurtured from an early age on. We work with
kindergartens to show the children how care for the nature
and waste separation are essential for preservation of the
environment in which we live.
Wir sind sehr bemüht, die Umwelt mit unserer Tätigkeit
nicht zu belasten. Mit dem Wunsch, das Vertrauen unserer
Kunden zu stärken, haben wir in unser Unternehmen das
Umweltmanagementsystem ISO 14001:2004 eingeführt
und arbeiten intensiv daran. Wir sind bestrebt, die negativen
Einflüsse auf die Umwelt zu minimieren, deswegen haben wir
uns verpflichtet, die elektrische Energie rational zu verwenden,
den Lärm zu minimieren und das Umweltmanagementsystem
optimal anzuwenden.
Besonderes Augenmerk richten wir auf unsere Jüngsten,
da wir fest daran glauben, dass das Bewusstsein für den
Umweltschutz schon von klein auf entwickelt werden muss. Mit
unserer Präsenz in Kindergärten möchten wir auf interessante
Weise den Kindern zeigen, dass der Umweltschutz und die
Abfalltrennung sehr wichtig für die Aufrechterhaltung unserer
Umwelt sind.
