"Fantastic 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with it's own pool and two car garage, less than 30 minutes from Orlando's theme parks and little over an hour to Cocoa
Beach. The house has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and great bedrooms. This place is a great home away from home. Situated in
a quiet gated subdivision so if you want to escape the touristy areas you can relax like a local. You get all this space, wifi, cable TV, and all the home comforts for
less than the nightly rate of a mid range hotel. I'll definitely be back!"

About The Daffodil Villa
The villa is fully furnished & well equipped with all of the requirements for a comfortable holiday. As this is our Florida home you will find a few home touches here
& there to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 plus baby travel cots. The villa has Internet Access installed bring your own
laptop or WiFi device to access the Internet so you won't miss those important emails while you're away. The pool is 15 x 30 and is fully screened. The decking
plenty of pool furniture for our guests to make the most of the Florida sunshine and on an evening simply turn on the lights to enjoy the warm Florida breeze and
pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned with a brand new system and has an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer along with Ironing facilities - allowing you to
take fewer clothes & leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to the Florida shopping malls. The villa is beautifully newly furnished . Everything you
might need is included. All bed linen, including nursery, towels & pool towels are provided and both bathrooms have hairdryers. Large fun games room to
entertain all of the family. We are just 15 minutes from Disney and all highways are within an easy 5 -10 minutes drive. St Petersburg & Clearwater are both an

Living Area
The light bright and spacious living area offers traditional open plan Florida living. With cathedral ceilings and air
conditioning as well as additional ceiling fans, you'll find Daffodil villa has everything you will need. There's large comfy
sofas with views over the pool and lanai and cable TV. A dining are with seating for up to 8 guests and there's a quiet
are too. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need including sterilizing equipment and bottle
warmer for the babies of your party. From the large American Freezer right down to the Mickey Mouse Plug - every little
attention to detail has been thought of. There is also a separate laundry area with washer and dryer as well as ironing
facilities.
Master with Ensuite
The Master bedroom enjoys a sumptuous King size bed and with TV and direct access to the pool. The en-suite
bathroom has bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom Two enjoys a beautiful Queen size bed again with TV and shares the family bathroom
Two Twin Bedrooms
Both the twins are again beautifully decorated and enjoy sumptuous twin beds with luxurious linens. The twin rooms
also share the Family Bathroom
South West Facing Pool
The fabulous South West Facing Pool enjoys the Floridian sunshine from morning til night and with Covered lanai
there's plenty of space to relax in or out of the sunshine. Plenty of chairs and loungers for all and pool tools for
everyone to enjoy.
