"Really lovely villa, better than the photos, everything you need, very comfy beds and the carpet was so soft and lovely! A home away from home! The arrival
pack was huge - think it needs to be advertised better as I was only aware there would be one from reading someone else's review so you could easily miss it
and stop off at the supermarket before getting to the villa and duplicating a lot of the products! "

"We (two families of 4 adults and two children) stayed in this superb villa for 2 weeks in May 2013 and it cant be faulted. The photos and description dont do it
justice, it has everything you need and more, is ideally situated for both Orlando and Sanford airports, 15 mins from the major parks and attractions and the
owners are very easy to deal with and helpful, as are the onsite management company (we didnt need them except to say we'd arrived and we're leaving). I'd
highly recommend this villa and will definitely stay here again. "

As you walk into our home you cannot fail to be impressed with the bright and airy feel. You’ll notice immediately that this home is different to most others in the
general area with the luxurious furniture really standing out. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of open plan and comfortable living space, a large kitchen /
breakfast area and a fabulous private pool. Located in The Sanctuary at West Haven - a beautiful secluded gated community set against one of the numerous
protected wet lands areas. The Sanctuary has perfectly landscaped grounds which are nestled inside the gated entrance. Situated on one of the highest points
in Central Florida, and just 10 minutes drive from Disney Maingate. On clear nights you might just see the fireworks from Walt Disney World's EPCOT resort!
Disney is only a short 10 minute (genuine) drive away, Seaworld only 20 minutes & Universal studios approximately 25 minutes away. There are ample
restaurants and a supermarket within a short drive at Champions gate with many more restaurants only a few minutes further on the 192. For golf enthusiasts, the
following golf courses are all within 7 miles of the villa: - ChampionsGate Golf Resort: regarded as one of the top golf courses nationwide. - Ridgewood Lakes Golf
Club: listed amongst the top 30 golf courses in Florida. - Mystic Dunes Golf Club: ranked Orlando's number two after ChampionsGate. - Highlands Reserve Golf

Facilities
Open plan living area
The open plan Formal Living Room leads through the dining area which has a large dining table and chairs. This is the
setting for a perfect family meal and the wall and table decorations could give you the feeling that you are sat in a top
quality Restaurant. The open plan Dining Area then leads through into the Kitchen and another seperate dining area.
The kitchen area is absolutely wonderful and is fitted out with everything you will need to cook up a snack or full family
dinner. There is an oven and hot plates as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. We provide all of the
crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as much more. Don’t worry about the dishes either as we also have a
dishwasher. The Kitchen Dining area looks onto the pool and rear of the property which allows the adults to have a
great meal whilst the kids enjoy the pool and spa. The Formal Living Room also opens up into the Family Room and is
overlooked by the Kitchen too.
Bedroom and Bathrooms
We have 4 Wonderfully appointed bedrooms upstairs. All of the rooms have everything you would expect from a home
of this high standard such as Cable TVs, clock radios and plenty of quality storage space and lighting. We have 2
master suites - One with a King sized bed and one with a Queen sized bed - both have en-suite bathrooms and are
beautifully furnished with ample wardrobe and closet space. The rooms have ceiling fans as well as being served by
the air conditioning and heating systems. After a hard day at the theme parks you really need somewhere where you
can sleep in peace and continue with your dreams. We also have 2 other bedrooms that are fitted 4 twin beds and are
furnished to an exceptional standard. Both of these bedrooms are wonderfully decorated with a bright and relaxing
atmosphere. These bedrooms also have ceiling fans and air conditioning and heating. These bedrooms have access
to shared bathroom. We provide all linen and towels, so just bring your clothes, yourselves and be prepared for the
vacation of a lifetime.
Games Room
You'll love our fully converted garage games room. The relaxing environment makes it a great place to enjoy a game of
pool, air hockey, darts, or just sit at the chrome bar table with a drink and watch the action - the choice is yours!
Pool, deck & Lanai
Our home has an absolutely beautifully shaped pool - what a way to relax. You can relax out in the sun and just soak
up the rays on our sun loungers or chairs, or sit under the covered lanai under the ceiling fan to stay cool. The pool
and deck are fully screened with a fine mesh screen which keeps the insects and wildlife out but still provides exposure
to the sun. Our pool is professionally maintained weekly to ensure that the chemical balance is correct and the pool is
safe and clean to swim in and the deck cleaned also. We have a removable safety fence to give you added peace of
mind if you have young children in your party. The pool can be heated at a small additional cost if it is a little cold for
your liking but this is generally only required from October to March. We have also provided a pool blanket which helps
to ensure that your early morning and late night dips in the pool are warm.
