Kinder unter 16 Jahren dürfen den ARABELLA SPA nur in
Begleitung Erziehungsberechtigter besuchen und den Fitnessbereich generell nicht nutzen. Da wir unseren erwachsenen
Gästen ab 20.00 Uhr Ruhe und Entspannung bieten möchten,
bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis, dass Kinder unter 14 Jahren
dann keinen Zutritt mehr haben.
Gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen:
Sollten Sie gesundheitliche Beschwerden haben, informieren
Sie uns bitte bei der Buchung Ihrer Anwendung darüber.
Gerne beraten wir Sie individuell. Bei Ihrem ersten Besuch
haben Sie die Möglichkeit, diesbezüglich einen Fragebogen
auszufüllen. Die Informationen fügen wir Ihrem Gastkonto
bei, so dass wir uns bei zukünftigen Besuchen individuell
um Ihr Wohlbefinden kümmern können.
Bekleidung:
Für den Fitnessbereich ist geeignete Bekleidung (z.B. T-Shirt,
Sporthose, Sportschuhe) erforderlich. Wir bitten Sie, im
Pool Badekleidung zu tragen. Der Saunabereich ist textilfrei. Aus hygienischen Gründen verzichten Sie daher bitte
auf Badekleidung und verwenden ein Handtuch als Sitzunterlage.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, ungefähr zehn Minuten vor Ihrem Termin zu erscheinen, um einen Moment Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Die anschließende Behandlung genießen
Sie dann umso mehr. Sollten Sie verspätet erscheinen, wird
Ihre Behandlung dementsprechend verkürzt. Bei einer mehr
als 20-minütigen Verspätung können wir die Behandlung
nicht mehr durchführen und berechnen diese voll.
Ihre Behandlung soll ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sein. Wir
freuen uns daher, auf Ihre Wünsche bezüglich Musik, Licht
und Temperatur einzugehen. Die Behandlungen können individuell Ihren Bedürfnissen angepasst werden. Falls Sie eine
sanftere oder intensivere Massage wünschen, teilen Sie dies
bitte Ihrem Wellness-Therapeuten mit.

Bis vier Stunden vor Ihrer Behandlung kann diese kostenfrei
storniert werden. Bei einer späteren Absage berechnen wir
den halben Behandlungspreis. Wenn Sie ohne Absage
nicht erscheinen, berechnen wir den vollen Preis.
Unsere Spa-Leistungen buchen wir auf Wunsch auf Ihre
Zimmerrechnung. Gerne können Sie Ihre Rechnung auch
bar, mit EC-Karte oder allen gängigen Kreditkarten bezahlen.

Der ARABELLA SPA ist ein Ort der Ruhe und der Regeneration. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie dies und schalten Ihre

In order to ensure that we can confirm an appointment at
the time you prefer, we kindly request that you make your
appointment approximately one week in advance. Simply

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the ARABELLA
SPA without adult supervision and are generally not allowed
to use the gym and its equipment. Since we wish to offer
our adult guests an experience of total peace and relaxation from 8.00 p.m. onward, we ask for your understanding
that minors under the age of 14 will not be allowed in after
this time.
Health Requirements:
If you suffer from any health complaints, please mention
these when making the appointment for your treatment or
application. We are also happy to consult you on an
individual basis. At your first visit, you will be requested to
fill out a health questionnaire. The information you provide
will be stored in your guest account to enable us to ensure
your well-being on each of your following visits with us.
Appropriate dress (e.g. t-shirt, sport pants, sport shoes)
is required in the gym. We ask that you are appropriately
clothed in the pool. The sauna area is a clothing-free zone.
For hygienic reasons we ask that you refrain from wearing
textiles in this area and use a towel to sit on.

We recommend that you arrive approximately ten minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment in order to have a
moment to relax and get centered before you enjoy your
treatment. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, your treatment will be cut short. Should you be
more than 20 minutes late, we will unfortunately no longer
be able to carry out your treatment, and you will be charged in full.
We want your time with us to be an unforgettable experience.
Therefore, we are happy to meet your requests regarding
music, lighting and temperature wherever possible. Our
treatments and applications can be tailored to meet your
preferences and needs. Please inform your wellness
therapist if you wish your massage to be either lighter or
more intense.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your treatment up to four hours ahead of
time without being charged. A 50 % charge will apply for
later cancellations. If you fail to arrive for a scheduled
appointment without canceling ahead of time, you will be
charged in full.
We are happy to add our spa services to your room bill. In
addition, we accept all common credit cards, cash and ECcards.
