A VIV Csoport fôvállalkozási, generál kivitelezési, tervezési,
gyártási, kivitelezési és karbantartási tevékenységet folytat
Magyarországon és az Európai Unió országaiban az ipar,

The VIV Group’s greatest assets are chief contracting, general
implementation, planning, manufacturing, development and
maintenance in Hungary, and countries of the European Union.
We focus on industrial power engineering, systems of sanitation
and implement projects at airports, public transport and in the

Our primary goal is the flawless execution of projects that come

Das Elektroinstallationsunternehmen VIV (Villanyszerelőipari
Vállalat) entstand im Jahre 1963 mit dem Zusammenschluss
von vier Firmen. Das erwünschte Ziel war, mit Hilfe eines
höheren technischen Niveaus die Qualität zu verbessern, die
Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produktion zu erhöhen und die Dauer der
Ausführung der Anlagen zu reduzieren.

A cégcsoport a megtermelt eredmény tudatos visszaforgatásával, korszerû technológiák és termelési folyamatok bevezetésé­
vel, alkalmazásával valamint a munkatársak folyamatos és

A csoport jelen van nagyvárosaink tömegközlekedési hálózatainak rekonstrukciós munkáiban, az országos és nemzetközi
közlekedés csomópontjait képezô repülôterek kivitelezésében
akár csak ipari létesítményeink fejlesztésében.
A csoporton belül folytatott gyártási tevékenység a 60-as évek
óta Bicskéhez köti a VIV nevet. A ma már több milliárd forintos
árbevétellel rendelkezô korszerû üzem négy önálló, jelentôs
mértékben exportra termelô – villamos berendezés gyártó, ká­
belkonfekcionáló, lemez és fémszerkezet gyártó, felületkezelés
végzô – üzletága nyújt biztos mûszaki hátteret a VIV csoport
számára.

The activity of VIV Group is hallmarked by numerous outstanding
building projects such as the BS Arena in Budapest, represen­
tative office blocks (IBM, RTL, OTP Bank, etc.), shopping malls
(Lurdy-house, Mamut, Asia Center etc.), the Főnix Hall in Deb­
recen, the Study and Information Centre of Szeged, academic
colleges in Veszprém and Miskolc, or the terminal building in
the airport of Pécs, etc...
VIV Group is also present in the utility network reconstruction
of major Hungarian cities, as well as the junctions for international traffic – the airports, and also in all around industrial site

The history of manufacturing activity within the VIV Group goes
back into the 60’s, and to the city of Bicske. By now, the factory
yields several billion HUF of income, and acts as the quintes­
sential technical background of the VIV Group. It constitutes of
four separate (and independent) parts – electrical equipment
manufacturer, cable confectioner, manufacturer of sheets and
metal structures and surface treatment – and mainly produces
for export.

Dank der Produktionstätigkeit innerhalb der Gruppe steht der
Name VIV schon seit den 60-er Jahren in engem Zusammenhang
mit Bicske. Das moderne Werk, das heute schon über 12
Millionen Euro Umsatz verfügt, besteht aus vier selbständigen
Branchen, die in bedeutendem Maße für den Export produzi­
eren: in den Bereichen elektronische Einrichtungen (Schaltsch­
rankbau, Steuerungen), Kabelkonfektionierung, Blech- und
Metallkonstruktionen, Oberflächenbehandlung (Pulverlackie­
rung, Nasslackierung). Das Werk dient als sicherer technischer
Hintergrund für die VIV Gruppe.

Wir unternehmen die Produktion von Außen chaltanlagen,

We have been working in the field of cable confection since 1984.
At first we concentrated our efforts as suppliers of the car
industry, later becoming manufacturers of general industrial
cable bundles, from small to medium serials.
These products are mainly intended for integration in machinetool control, general control devices, and switching boards.
We manufacture near 800 types of cables, ranging from simple
cable bridges (0.14–6 mm2) to the most complicated cable
bundles (ribbon cables with 10–64 poles), including the cable
channels that constitute the Metro underground electricity
network.
Unsere gegenwärtige Produktion umfasst zirka 3500 Typen, von

Produktion von Blechund Metallkonstruktionen
Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Produktion von verschiedenen Me­
tallkonstruktionen aus Aluminium, Edelstahl und Schwarzstahl.
Lemez és fémszerkezetek gyártása
Unsere CNC gesteuerte Maschinen sind für die präzise Bear­
beitung (Lasern von 1 bis 20 mm) von Aluminium, Stahl und
rostfreien Materialen geeignet, sowie für die Biegung dieser
Materialen in maximal 3 Meter Länge (bei einer Plattenstärke
von 5 mm).
Acéllemez, rozsdamentes és alumínium lemez alkalmazásával
különféle fémszerkezetek gyártásával foglalkozunk.
CNC vezérlésû gépeink alumínium, réz, acél és rozsdamentes
anyagok nagy pontosságú megmunkálására (kivágás 1–20 mm)
és max. 3 m-es hosszban (5 mm lemezvastagság esetén) történô hajlításra alkalmasak.
Termékeink jelentôs részét teszik ki a külföldi megrendelôink
részére gyártott fémszerkezeti és részben elektromosan
is komplettre szerelt klíma szekrények, villamosipari elosztó
szekrények, egyedi lemezalkatrészek és kábellétrák.
Az általunk gyártott szerkezetek többségében festve kerülnek továbbgyártásra vagy eladásra, amelyek festését 2006-ban
üzembe helyezett korszerû festôüzemünkben végezzük.

A hegesztés technológia területén dolgozó szakembereink TÜV
minôsítéssel rendelkeznek, amely alapján vékony és vastag
lemezek, védôgázas AFI és AWI hegesztésre egyaránt vállalko­
zunk.
Rendelkezünk SLV Berlin- Brandenburg sínjármüvek, alkatrész
gyártására jogosító „DIN 6700-2” tanúsításával. Ennek az okmánynak a birtokában válhattunk többek között – ha közvetve is –
a német vasutak beszállítójává.

Structures
Bedeutender Teil unserer Produkte sind die teilweise auch
elektronisch komplett angefertigten Metallkonstruktionen von
Klimaanlagen, elektroindustriellen Verteilerkasten, individuellen Blech bestandteilen und Kabelleitern, die wir an unseren
ausländischen Auftraggebern liefern.
We manufacture steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheets
and produce various metal structures.
Die von uns hergestellten Konstruktionen werden zum großen
Teil beschichtet weiterverwendet oder verkauft. Die Beschich­
tung erfolgt in unserem modernen, im Jahr 2006 eröffneten
Lackierbetrieb.
Our CNC controlled machinery is capable of high precision
(1–20mm in cutting) manipulation of steel, stainless steel
and aluminium sheets, with a maximum bending length of
3 meters (using 5mm gauge).
Alle unserer Fachleute im Bereich der Schweißtechnologie ver­
fügen über die TÜV Qualifikation. Aufgrund dessen unterneh­
men wir auch Schweißaufgaben an dünnen und dicken Blechen,
sowie AFI und AWI Schweißen mit Schutzgas.
Most of our products are made for foreign clients, who we
supply with various metal structures, even those partly electronic. Air conditioner boxes, electrical terminal boxes,
exclusive sheet-parts and cable ladders, to name just a few.
Wir verfügen über das Zertifikat „DIN 6700-2“ für die Produkti­
on von SLV Berlin- Brandenburg Bahnfahrzeugen und Bestand­
teilen. Im Besitz dieser Bescheinigung konnten wir – wenn
auch indirekt – unter anderen zum Zulieferer der Deutschen
Bahn werden.
The structures we produce are mostly ready-painted before
distribution, and are all prepared in our complex painting workshop, which was built in 2006.
Our welding specialists have all obtained the TÜV certification,
making them proficient in all welding techniques, from handling
thin to thick gauge sheets, to AFI and AWI shielded-arc welding.
We have also obtained the SLV Berlin–Brandenburg certifica­
tion „DIN 6700-2”, which enables the production rail vehicles
and accessory parts. It is due to this fact, that we have become
– though indirectly – suppliers of the German Railways.

2006-ban épült, 400 000 négyzetméter éves kapacitással ren­
delkezô festôüzemünk különféle fémfelületek (alumínium, acél,
rozsdamentes acél) elektrosztatikus porfestésére alkalmas,
olyan felület elôkészítési technológia alkalmazása mellett,
amely minden esetben biztosítja a festés megfelelô minôségét.
Unser im Jahr 2006 erbauter Beschichtungsbetrieb verfügt
über eine Kapazität von 400.000 Quadratmeter pro Jahr, und ist
dafür geeignet, verschiedene Metalloberflächen (Aluminium,
Stahl, Rostfreier Stahl) mit elektrostatischer Pulvertechnologie
zu bemalen. Die für die OberFlächenvorbereitung verwendete
Technologie gewährleistet in jedem Fall die richtige Qualität der
Bemalung.
Az EU-s normák szerint épült és azoknak megfelelô üzemben
zárt rendszerû, szórásos elôkezelô rendszer mûködik, amely­
hez a környezet-és egészségvédelem szempontjainak figyelem­
bevételével krómmentes vegyszerek kerülnek felhasználásra.
Az elôkezelt alkatrészek festése a megrendelô igényeinek megfelelôen egyaránt történhet oldószeres, vízbázisú vagy porfes­
téses technológiával.
Az üzemben a felületkezelésre és festésre kerülô alkatrészek
illetve munkadarabok súlya lehet akár 700 kg, mérete elérheti a
7,0 x 1,4 x 2,5 métert, ami Magyarországon egyedülálló.

Our painting workshop was built in 2006. With 400 000 m2
annual capacity, it is capable of electrostatic dry painting,
on various metal surfaces, including steel, stainless steel and
aluminium. The pre-treating technique which we apply to all
surfaces prior to the painting itself guarantees a lasting, high
quality finish.
In dem nach EU-Normen erbauten und denen entsprechenden
Betrieb funktioniert ein geschlossenes, Vorbehandlungssystem
(Sprühvorverfahren), wobei – mit Berücksichtigung auf den
Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz – chromfreie Chemikalien
verwendet werden. Die Bemalung der vorbehandelten Bes­
tandteile kann nach dem Bedarf des Auftraggebers sowohl
mit Lösungsmittel-, als auch mit Wasserbasis- oder Pulver­
beschichtungstechnologie vorgehen.
Die zur Vorbehandlung und Beschichtung gebrachte Bauteile
können bis zu 700 Kilogramm wiegen, und ihre Größe kann
7,0 x 1,4 x 2,5 Meter erreichen, was in Ungarn einzigartig ist.
According to standards set by the EU, our isolated pre-conditioning system only uses environmentally friendly chrome-free
solvents. The pre-treated parts may then, by client’s choice,
be made with solvent based, water based or dry painting tech­
nique.
The parts that undergo surface treatment and painting may be
700 kg in weight, and 7,0 x 1,4 x 2,5 meters in size, which is abso­
lutely exclusive in Hungary.
