Teilnehmer, die ihre Basis im Yachthafen Mittelmole haben:
An der Abfahrt Rostock West (14) die A20 verlassen und auf die
B103 in Richtung Warnemünde abbiegen. In Warnemünde der
Ausschilderung zum Yachthafen Mittelmole folgen.
Alternativ: Anfahrt wie Yachthafen Mittelmole, dann jedoch durch
den Warnow-Tunnel (mautpflichtig) oder in Warnemünde mit der
Autofähre (kostenpflichtig) nach Hohe Düne übersetzen.
By car:
Participants based at Marina Mittelmole:
Arriving on the highway A20 use the exit no. 14 Rostock-West.
Follow the national route B103 to Warnemuende. At Warnemuende you follow the signs leading to “Yachthafen Mittelmole”
(Marina Mittelmole).
Participants based at Marina Hohe Duene:
Arriving on the highway A19 use exit no. 6 Rostock-Ost and continue on the national route B105 towards Stralsund (signposted:
Hohe Düne). At Rövershagen take the first turn left towards the
village of Nienhagen, turn right onto the “Baederstrasse”, turn
left in Hinrichshagen and pass through Markgrafenheide to the
Marina Hohe Düne.
Option: You follow the a.m. direction and continue on B103, then
use the Warnow tunnel (toll) or the car ferry (extra fee) from
Warnemuende to Hohe Düne.

Die Anreise der Klassen für den zweiten Teil der WARNEMÜNDER
WOCHE kann nicht vor Mittwoch, 9. Juli 2014 erfolgen.
Please note: All sailors participating in the second part of the
WARNEMUENDER WOCHE are advised not to arrive before Wednesday 09th July 2014.
Alle Regattateilnehmer werden gebeten, die besonderen
Verkehrsregelungen im und um das Regattagelände auf der
Mittelmole, der Hohen Düne und am Strand zu beachten.
Sie sind notwendig,
a) um die große Zahl von Booten, die zur WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE
kommen, aufzunehmen,
b) um die Verkehrswege für Polizei, Rettungswagen und
Feuerwehr freizuhalten,
c) die besonderen örtlichen Gegebenheiten des Ostseebades zu
berücksichtigen.
All competitors are requested to comply with the special traffic regulations within and around the Marinas Mittelmole, Hohe Duene
and Warnemuende beach.
Compliance is necessary
a) in order to receive the great number of boats coming to the
WARNEMUENDER WOCHE,
b) to keep clear the approaches for ambulances, fire trucks and
police cars,
c) in order to consider the special local circumstances.

Teilnehmer, die ihre Basis im Yachthafen Hohe Düne haben:
An der Abfahrt Rostock Ost (6) die A19 verlassen und auf die
B105 in Richtung Stralsund (Ausschilderung Hohe Düne) abbiegen.
In Rövershagen an der ersten Kreuzung links abbiegen bis
Nienhagen, rechts weiter auf der Bäderstraße, in Hinrichshagen
links abbiegen und über Markgrafenheide nach hohe Düne.

Regeln auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände
- Das Grillen bzw. Anzünden von Lagerfeuern und anderen
offenen Feuerstellen ist strengstens verboten.
- Das Baden und Angeln in allen Hafenanlagen ist
strengstens verboten.
- Das Arbeiten an den Booten inklusive Mast stellen,
Mast legen und Auftakeln ist auf den zugewiesenen
Parkflächen sowie auf dem Camping-, Wohnmobil- und
Trailerplatz ausdrücklich untersagt.
- Bei Nichtbeachtung der Vorschriften können polizeiliche
Maßnahmen nicht vermieden werden.
- Beachten Sie bitte das Merkblatt, das Sie bei der Anreise
am Eingang zu den Yachthäfen oder im Regattabüro
erhalten.
General rules in the harbour area
–
It is strictly forbidden to have a barb or an open fire in
the harbour area.
–
Swimming and fishing are strictly forbidden in all areas
of the Warnemuende harbours.
–
Any duties on the boats including setting the mast or
any procedures of rigging are strictly forbidden on all
parking grounds and on all camping sites or parking
facilities designed for trucks and trailers.
–
Non-compliance may call for enforcement by the police.
Trainer- und Begleitboote
Im Sinne der Sicherheit und eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der
gesamten Regatta sind folgende Grundsätze einzuhalten:
- Vor der Nutzung müssen sich alle Trainer- und
Begleitboote registrieren lassen, die geltenden
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Auflagen sowie die
Regeln für Trainer- und Begleitboote der Veranstaltung
erfüllen. Der Veranstalter kann Registrierungen
zurückweisen und spätere Registrierungen nach eigener
Einschätzung zulassen.
- Es sind pro Boot 35,00 € Hafengebühr zu entrichten
(Nachmeldegebühr ab dem 21. Juni 2014: 50,00 €)
- Jedem registrierten Motorboot wird eine eindeutige
Nummer zugeteilt. Diese muss sichtbar angebracht
werden.
- Die Motorboote dürfen ausschließlich auf den ihnen
zugewiesenen Liegeplätzen liegen.
- Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass Führer von Schlauchoder sonstigen Motorbooten den Sportbootführerschein
See, bei Ausländern den entsprechenden Führerschein
ihres Heimatstaates mitführen müssen.
Coach and support boats
In the interest of safety and a smooth operation of the event,
please follow the following principles:
–
Before using, all coach and support boats shall be
registered online or via fax / letter-mail by the
Organizing Authority and will be required to comply
with local legislation and event support boat regulations.
The Organizing Authority may refuse registrations and
accept later registrations at their sole discretion.
–
Each boat shall pay a harbour fee of € 35.00 (late entry
fee after 21st June 2014: € 50.00).
–
A unique registration number will be assigned to each
support boat which has to be presented clearly visible.
–
Support boats are to be moored only in the allocated
berths in the marinas.
–
The Organizing Authority informs that all helmsmen of
dinghies or other motorboats have to hold the
appropriate German license - e.g. international
certicificate for pleasure boats off shore - foreign
participants shall hold the adequate license of their
home country.
–

distributed receive at the entrance to the marinas or at
the Race Office.

Die gesetzliche Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf der Warnow
beginnend zwischen den Molenköpfen beträgt
6 kn. In den Häfen und im Alten Strom gilt eine
Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 3 kn.
Nur registrierte Trainer- und Begleitboote werden
im Werftbecken Warnemünde gekrant bzw. nach
Aufforderung vom Kran des Warnemünder Segel-Club
e.V. zu Wasser gebracht und wieder an Land genommen.
Die genaue Einteilung erfolgt nach Meldeschluss.
Die jeweiligen Kranzeiten werden ebenfalls nach
Meldeschluss im Internet veröffentlicht.
Trainer- und Begleitboote haben den Anweisungen des
Hafenmeisters, der Wettfahrtleitung bzw. Jury zu folgen.
In Notsituationen ist jedes Trainer- und Begleitboot zur
Hilfeleistung verpflichtet.

Kranen
- Alle Kielboote mit der Basis Yachthafen Mittelmole, die
auf dem Landweg anreisen, werden an den Anreiseund Abreisetagen vom Mobilkran im Werftbecken
Warnemünde bzw. nach Aufforderung vom Kran des
Warnemünder Segel-Club e.V. zu Wasser gebracht und
wieder an Land genommen.
Die
jeweiligen
Kranzeiten
werden
ebenfalls
nach Meldeschluss im Internet veröffentlicht. Die genaue
Einteilung erfolgt nach Meldeschluss. Teilnehmer
werden vor Ort eingewiesen. Den Anweisungen des
Hafen- und Sicherheitspersonals ist Folge zu leisten.
- Entsprechende Ausschilderung zum Werftbecken vor
Ort, Anfahrtbeschreibung und den -plan finden Sie unter
www.warnemuender-woche.com.
- Kranen für Kielboote mit der Basis Yachthafen Hohe
Düne und für Yachten über 6t werden im Yachthafen
Hohe Düne vorgenommen (Anfahrt siehe Ausschreibung
„Anreise“).
- Kranen 1 x zu Wasser und 1 x an Land ist im Meldegeld
enthalten. Eine Ausnahme bilden Seekreuzer: Diese
haben pro Hub eine Krangebühr von 25,00 € zu
entrichten.
The maximum speed on the river Warnow (beginning
between the two pier heads) is limited to 6 kts. Within
the harbours and on the river Alter Strom the maximum
speed is restricted to 3 kts.
Only registered support boats will be craned in the
shipyard basin of Warnemuende or – after request – by
the crane of Warnemuende Segel-Club. The precise
classification and the crane time table will be published
after entry closing date online.
All drivers of support and coach boats have to follow any
instructions given by the Harbourmaster, the Race
Committee or the Jury.
In case of emergency all coach and support boats are
required to help out.
Utility of cranes
–
Keel boats based on Marina Mittelmole arriving by
trailer may be launched and hauled out on the arrival
and on the departure day by either the crane of
Warnemuende Segel-Club or the mobile crane at the
shipyard basin of Warnemuende. The precise
classification and the crane time table will be published
after entry closing date online. Participants are assigned
on-site. Instruction of ports and security staff are to be
followed.

Keel boats based on Marina Hohe Duene and yachts
witch a weight exceeding 6 tons shall only be launched
and hauled out by the crane at marina Hohe Duene
(arrival see NOR “Arrival”).
During the event a craning fee for one launching an one
haul-out is included in the entry fee. Exception: Sea
cruisers. Those have to pay a fee of 25,00 € per single
launching / hauling.

Alter Strom, Warnemünde Strand und im Yachthafen

Fährverbindung Warnemünde <=> Hohe Düne
Die Teilnehmer mit Basis Hohe Düne werden an den Regattatagen
gebeten, die Fährverbindung zwischen Warnemünde und der
Hohen Düne zu nutzen.
Ferry Warnemuende <=>Hohe Duene
Participants based at Hohe Duene are asked to use the local ferry
from Warnemuende to Hohe Duene for transportation issues.
Parken
Parkplätze in den Bereichen Marina Mittelmole und Marina Hohe
Düne sind nur im begrenzten Umfang auf den ausgewiesenen
öffentlichen Flächen vorhanden und kostenpflichtig. Der
Veranstalter bietet für Trailer und Fahrzeuge der Teilnehmer einen
Parkplatz auf dem Gelände der Warnow Werft an. Zwischen dem
Parkplatz der Warnow Werft vor Warnemünde, für Trailer und
Fahrzeuge der Teilnehmer, wird an den An- und Abreisetagen ein
Shuttleverkehr in Warnemünde eingerichtet. Start- und Endpunkt
ist der Yachthafen Mittelmole. Bitte folgen Sie der Ausschilderung
Mobilkran zum Werftbecken.
Parking
Parking lots at Marina Mittelmole and Marina Hohe Düne are
available at the indicated areas and subject to charge. The Organizing Authority offers parking lots for trailers and vehicles for the
participants on the parking lot of Warnow Werft.

WARNEMUENDER WOCHE. Participants are requested
only to use the marked pontoon bridges and areas.

Moorings and areas for boats are free of charge for
participants within the period from 5th to 13th July
2014.
Between the parking lot Warnow Werft a shuttle service is set up
on the arrival and on the departure days. Starting place and destination is the marina Mittelmole. Please follow the signs to the
mobile crane at the shipyard basin.

Campsite for participants based at Marina Mittelmole, Marina
Hohe Duene and Warnemuende beach (next to lighthouse) are
on the premises of WIRO GmbH / former Scandlines AG nest to
Marina Mittelmole, Warnemuende. Campsites are considered to
be fenced. Within these boundaries, entry and unloading is possible. Tickets for camping are directly available at the respective
parking attendant. Please notice that parking and camping space
is limited. You can find additional space at Technologiezentrum
Warnemuende (camping site of beach handball participants) and
at Werftparkplatz.

Der kostenpflichtige Campingplatz für die Teilnehmer mit Basis
Yachthafen Mittelmole, Basis Hohe Düne und Basis Warnemünde
Strand (Höhe Leuchtturm) befindet sich auf dem Gelände der WIRO
GmbH / ehemals Scandlines AG direkt neben dem Yachthafen
Warnemünde. Als Campingplätze gelten die eingezäunten
Bereiche. Innerhalb
dieser Grenzen kann das Abladen erfolgen.

Campingplatzkarten für die Mittelmole können direkt beim
Parkplatzwächter erworben werden. Die Park- und Campingfläche
ist begrenzt, Ausweichflächen stehen am Technologiezentrum
(Handballcampingplatz) und am Werftparkplatz zur Verfügung.

Bis Meldeschluss am 21. Juni 2014 ist pro Boot eine Hafengebühr in Höhe von 35,00 € zu entrichten, ab dem 21. Juni 2014 fallen 50,00 € Gebühr pro Boot an. Die Bezahlung erfolgt

Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Registrierungen zurückzuweisen und spätere Registrierungen nach eigener Einschätzung zuzulassen.
Alle Trainer- und Begleitboote haben die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Auflagen sowie die Coachbootregelungen der Veranstaltung zu erfüllen.

The Organizing Authority may refuse registrations and accept later registrations at their sole discretion.

1. Regeln
1.1.
Die Regatta unterliegt den Regeln, wie sie in den Wettfahrtregeln - Segeln - definiert sind.
1.2.
Es gelten die Wettsegelordnung, Ranglistenordnung sowie die Zusätze des DSV zu den Wettfahrtregeln. Bei den
Deutschen Meisterschaften gilt zusätzlich die Meisterschaftsordnung des DSV. Diese sind auf der Internetseite
des DSV und im Wettfahrtbüro einsehbar.
1. Rules
1.1.
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in
the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
1.2.
The racing prescriptions (WO), ranking list prescriptions
(RO) as well as the Addenda to the RRS of the DSV apply. For the German Championship the championship
prescriptions (MO) apply also. English versions of these
prescriptions are available at www.dsv.org and in the
race office.
1.3.
The skipper should hold a valid DSV sailing license,
youngest sailing license, sport sailing license or a
prescribed and by DSV recognized sailing license. Members of other national associations should hold a ade
quate license of their country.

Boote sind verpflichtet, vom Veranstalter gewählte und
gestellte Werbung anzubringen und Werbung für andere
Veranstaltungen zu entfernen.

Boats are committed to display advertising chosen and
supplied by the organizing authority and remove advertising of other events.
3. Teilnahmeberechtigung und Meldung
3.1
Die Internationalen Deutschen Meisterschaften, German
Opens und der Gold-Cup sind offen für die in folgender
Tabelle aufgeführten Klassen. Die deutschen Teilnehmer
müssen die Qualifikationskriterien der Meisterschaftsordnung Punkt 8.1.1 bis 8.1.5 erfüllen.

organizers shall be authorized to collect the entry fee

Poststempel bzw. die Eingangszeit des Faxes. In diesem
Falle ist es möglich die Zahlung des Meldegeldes bar bei

Meldungen, die nicht die offiziellen Meldeformulare der
WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE nutzen, werden nicht akzeptiert.
Meldeschluss ist am 21. Juni 2014.

4. Sicherheitsbestimmungen
4.1.
Jeder Steuermann bzw. jede Steuerfrau ist für die seemännische Führung seines bzw. ihres Bootes in jeder
Hinsicht selbst verantwortlich.
4.2.
Jedes Boot muss gemäß WR 1.2 angemessene Rettungsausrüstung und jeder Teilnehmer persönliche Auftriebsmittel mitführen.

5. Anmeldung und Segelanweisungen
5.1
Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Regattabüro Yachthafen
Warnemünde Mittelmole ab Freitag, den 4. Juli 2014,
9.00 Uhr. Für Drachen und X-99 erfolgt die Anmeldung
im Yachthafen Hohe Düne am Vortag der 1.Wettfahrt ab
11.00 Uhr.
5.2.
Die Teilnehmer erhalten dort die Segelanweisungen
und das Programm.
5.3.
Teilnehmer, die nicht bis eine Stunde vor dem Start ihrer
ersten Wettfahrt ordnungsgemäß registriert wurden,
sind nicht startberechtigt.
5.4.
Bei der Anmeldung zu den Wettfahrten im Regattabüro
hat jedes Crewmitglied die unten stehende Haftungsausschlusserklärung zu unterschreiben (siehe 17 dieser
Ausschreibung).
5. Registration and sailing instructions
5.1.
Registration shall be made at the Race Office located at
Marina Mittelmole beginning on Friday, 2014 July 4th at
9.00 h. For Dragon Class and X99 the registration shall
be made at Hohe Düne the day before the first race be
ginning 11.00 h.
5.2.
The Sailing Instructions and the programme will be
available at registration.
5.3.
Participants who are not registered properly at least one
hour before their first start are not allowed to start in
any case.
5.4.
During registration in the Race Office each
crew

exclusion of liability (see 17 of this Notice
of Race).

There will be no make first control of equipment.
Boats may be subject to inspection at any time during the
event. The procedures for inspections will be specified
in the Sailing Instructions.
7. Kurse und Wettfahrtgebiete
7.1
Die Wettfahrtgebiete und die zu segelnden Kurse werden in der Segelanweisung dargestellt.
7.2
Für die O-Jollen-Klasse gilt: Bei Windgeschwindigkeiten über 20kn werden keine Wettfahrten gestartet und
laufende Wettfahrten abgebrochen.

Sailing Areas and Courses will be published in the
Sailing Instructions.

For the O-Jollen class applies: If the windspeed exceeds
20 knots, no races will be started and running races will

8. Straf-System
Für Drachen, H-Boote und X99 wird Regel 44.1 so geändert, dass die Zwei-Drehungen Strafe durch die Ein-Drehung Strafe ersetzt wird.
8. Penalty-System
For the Dragon, H-Boat and X99 rule 44.1 is changed, so
that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by the One-Turn
Penalty.
9. Internationale Jury
Ein Schiedsgericht oder eine Internationale Jury gemäß
WR Anhang N wird eingesetzt. Entscheidungen der Internationalen Jury sind gemäß WR 70.5 nicht berufungsfähig.

A protest committee or an International Jury may be ap
pointed in accordance with appendix N of the RRS. In
accordance with RRS 70.5, there shall be no right of appeal concerning the decisions of the International Jury.
10. Zusätzliche Ausrüstung
Boote können verpflichtet werden vom Veranstalter gestellte On-Board-Kameras, GPS-Geräte oder ähnliche
Ausrüstung in der vom Veranstalter festgelegten Form
mitführen.
10. Additional Equipment
Boat shall be required to carry on-board-cameras, GPS
navigators or similar equipment provided by the organizer as specified by the organizer.
11. Wertung
11.1
Werden 4 oder weniger Wettfahrten gewertet, ist die
Wertung der Serie eines Bootes gleich der Summe aller
Wertungen

Werden 5 oder mehr gültige Wettfahrten gewertet,
wird die schlechteste Wertung gestrichen.
11. Scoring
11.1
In case that four or fewer races are scored, the score of
a boat series equals the amount of all race score.
12. Trainer- und Begleitboote
12.1.
Trainerboote müssen sich über das Onlinemeldeportal
bis zum Meldeschluss anmelden und die Hafengebühr
bezahlen (Frühbuchermeldegebühr – bis 21.06.2014:
35 €, bei späterer Anmeldung 50 €)
12.2.
Jedem registrierten Motorboot wird bei der Anmeldung
eine eindeutige Nummer zugeteilt. Diese muss sichtbar
angebracht werden.
12.3.
Die Motorboote dürfen ausschließlich auf den ihnen zugewiesenen Liegeplätzen liegen.
12.4.
Die Veranstalter weisen darauf hin, dass Führer von
Schlauch- oder sonstigen Motorbooten den Sportbootführerschein See - bei Ausländern den entsprechenden
Führerschein ihres Heimatstaates - besitzen müssen.
12.5.

heads of the two moles) is limited to 6 kts. Within the
harbours and on the river Alter Strom the civil speed is

the Jury.

15. Funkverbindung
Wenn sich ein Boot in einer Wettfahrt befindet, darf es
keine Funkübertragungen durchführen und auch keine
Funksprüche empfangen, die nicht auch alle anderen
Boote empfangen können. Dies betrifft auch Mobiltelefone.
16 Preise
16.1.
Für die ersten drei Plätze einer jeden Klasse werden
Preise und Titel durch den DSV vergeben. Zusätzlich werden Sachpreise vergeben.
16.2.
Die Plätze 1-6 erhalten Urkunden durch den DSV.
16.3.
Für den Sieger der H-Boote Klasse wird ein Wanderpokal
vergeben:

16.4.
Jeder Gewinner von Wanderpreisen hat diese spätestens bis 1. Juni eines Jahres an den Veranstalter zurückzusenden.
16.5.
Preise, die auf der Siegerehrung nicht abgeholt werden,
fallen an die Veranstalter zurück.
15. Radio communication
A boat shall neither use radio transmission while racing
nor receive radio communication not available to all
boats. This restriction also applies to mobile phones.
17. Haftungsausschluss
17.1.
Die Verantwortung für die Entscheidung eines Bootsführers, an einer Wettfahrt teilzunehmen oder sie fortzusetzen, liegt allein bei ihm, er übernimmt insoweit
auch die Verantwortung für seine Mannschaft. Der
Bootsführer ist für die Eignung und das richtige seemännische Verhalten seiner Crew sowie für die Eignung und den verkehrssicheren Zustand des gemel
deten Bootes verantwortlich. Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt, in Fällen höherer Gewalt oder aufgrund behördlicher Anordnungen oder aus Sicherheitsgründen,
Änderungen in der Durchführung der Veranstaltung vorzunehmen oder die Veranstaltung abzusagen. In diesen
Fällen besteht keine Schadenersatzverpflichtung des
Veranstalters gegenüber dem Teilnehmer. Eine Haftung
des Veranstalters, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund,
für Sach- und Vermögensschäden jeder Art und deren
Folgen, die dem Teilnehmer während oder im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung durch
ein Verhalten des Veranstalters, seiner Vertreter, Erfüllungsgehilfen oder Beauftragten entstehen, ist bei der
Verletzung von Pflichten, die nicht Haupt-/bzw. vertragswesentliche Pflichten (Kardinalpflichten) sind, beschränkt auf Schäden, die vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht wurden. Bei der Verletzung von Kardinalpflichten ist die Haftung des Veranstalters in Fällen
einfacher Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt auf vorhersehbare,
typischerweise eintretende Schäden. Soweit die Schadenersatzhaftung des Veranstalters ausgeschlossen
oder eingeschränkt ist, befreit der Teilnehmer von der
persönlichen Schadenersatzhaftung auch die Angestellten – Arbeitnehmer und Mitarbeiter – Vertreter Erfüllungsgehilfen, Sponsoren und Personen, die Schlepp-,
Sicherungs-, oder Bergungsfahrzeuge bereitstellen, führen oder bei deren Einsatz behilflich sind, sowie auch
alle anderen Personen, denen im Zusammenhang mit
17. Disclaimer of liability
17.1.
The responsibility for the decision of the person in charge to participate in a race or to continue with it is solely with him, to that extent he also takes the responsibility for his crew. The skipper is responsible for the qualification and the correct nautical conduct of his crew as
well as for the suitability and the transport-safe condition of the registered boat. In cases of Force Majeure
or on grounds of administrative orders or for safety reasons the organizer is entitled to make changes in the
realisation of the event or to cancel the event. In these
cases there does not exist any liability for compensation of the organizer to the participant.
In case of a violation of obligations that do not constitute
primary respectively material contractual duties (cardi
nal obligations), the liability of the organizer, no matter
because
of
which
cause
in
law,
for
material
and
property
damages of all kinds and their consequences that arise to
the participant during or in connection with the participation in the event resulting from a conduct of the organizer, his representatives, servants or agents, is restricted to damages that were caused wilfully or grossly
negligent.
When a violation of cardinal obligations occurs, in cases of simple negligence the liability of the
organizer is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring
damages. To the extent that the liability for damages of
the organizer is excluded or restricted, the participant
also relieves the staff – employees and representatives,
agents, servants, sponsors and individuals who provide or drive salvage, safety or rescue vessels or assist
with their use - from the individual liability for damages, as well as also all other individuals who were instructed to act in connection with the realisation of the
event.
16. Prizes
16.1.
The best three boats of each class will be awarded prizes
and titel of DSV. Additionally gifts will be donated by the
organizer.
16.2.
The DSV will be awarded to the best six scored boats of
each class.
16.3.
The perpetual trophies for H-Boat class will be awarded:
Cup donated by Berliner Yacht-Club
16.4.
All winners of perpetual trophies are requested to send
back those trophies to the organizer until June 1st of the
year.
16.5.
Prizes which are not claimed during the prize giving ceremony will be collected by the organizer.

The German law shall apply.
18. Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with a valid (and
for the racing area suitable) casualty insurance with a
minimum coverage of 3.000.000,00 € per event or the
equivalent.
19. Urheber- und Bildrechte
Der (die) Teilnehmer(in) überlässt den Veranstaltern,
ihren Agenturen und Sponsoren entschädigungslos dauerhaft sämtliche Rechte an Foto- und Filmaufnahmen
aller Art von dieser Regatta und ihren Sportlern für die
sportliche und kommerzielle Auswertung.
19. Copyright and digital copyright
Each participant automatically grants the organizer, their
agencies and the sponsors of this regatta the right in
perpetuity to use at their discretion any pictures taken
during the period of competition in which the competitor participates without compensation.

1. Regeln
1.1.
Die Regatta unterliegt den Regeln, wie sie in den Wettfahrtregeln- Segeln - definiert sind.
1.2.
Es gelten die Wettsegelordnung des DSV sowie die Zusätze des DSV zu den Wettfahrtregeln. Diese sind auf der
Internetseite des DSV und im Wettfahrtbüro einsehbar.
1.3.
Der Schiffsführer muss entweder einen gültigen DSV
Führerschein, Jüngstensegelschein, Sportsegelschein
1.4.
Bei einem Sprachkonflikt ist der englische Text maßgebend, außer bei den Ordnungsvorschriften des DSV, bei
denen der Deutsche Text maßgebend ist.

4.2
Der Schiffsführer muss entweder einen für das Fahrtgebiet vorgeschriebenen gültigen DSV-Führerschein oder
empfohlenen amtlichen, auch vom DSV im Auftrage des
Bundesministeriums für Verkehr, Bau- und Wohnungswesen ausgestellten und gültigen Führerschein besitzen. Bei Mitgliedern anderer nationaler Verbände gilt
ein entsprechender Befähigungsnachweis ihres Landes.
4.3
Jeder Schiffsführer muss Mitglied eines Vereins seines
nationalen Verbandes sein.
4.4.
Zulassungsberechtigte Boote können melden:

The entry fee shall be paid even if the entry is cancelled
later on or the boat does not show up. Entry fees will not
be refunded.
The entry fee of the hanseboot Rund Bornholm includes
the number of event-tickets shown in the table. The
event ticket entitles the person to take place on the
event party on 7th July and for the memory gift. Further
event-tickets are available at the registration for 20 €
for crewmembers and 25 € for other guests.

11. Strafen
11.1
Ein Boot kann eine Eine-Drehung-Strafe durchführen,
wenn es möglicherweise gegen eine Regel von Teil 2,
Regel 31 oder Regel 42 verstoßen hat. Wenn es jedoch
möglicherweise gegen eine Regel von Teil 2 innerhalb
der Zone einer zu rundenden Bahnmarke oder Zielbahnmarke verstoßen hat, ist die anzuwendende Strafe die
Zwei-Drehungen-Strafe. Dieses ändert WR 44.1.
11.2
Ein Schiedsgericht oder eine Internationale Jury gemäß WR
Anhang N wird eingesetzt. Die Entscheidungen der Internationalen Jury sind gemäß WR 70.5 nicht berufungs
fähig.
11. Penalty System
11.1
A boat may take a One-Turn Penalty when she may
have broken a rule of Part 2, Rule 31 or Rule 42 while
Racing. However, if a boat may have broken a rule of
Part 2 within the zone of a rounding mark or finishing
mark, the penalty that may be taken is a Two-Turn Penalty. This changes RRS 44.1.
12. Einteilung und Einzelwertung
12.1.
Boote die nach ORC gemeldet haben, werden außer für
den Kyria-Pokal nicht nach Yardstick gewertet und umgekehrt.
12.2.
Bei zu geringer Anzahl an ORC International Meldungen,
werden diese Boote nach ORC Club in den ORC Club
Gruppen gewertet.
12.3.
ORC International und ORC Club Boote werden nach
ihrem festen TOT-Offshore-Wert (time on time), bei den
Up ans Downs TOT-Inshore gewertet.
12.4.
Bei der Yardstickwertung wird die Yardsticktabelle des
Segler-Verbands Mecklenburg-Vorpommern zu Grunde
gelegt.
12.5
Weicht ein Boot von der beim Yardstickausschuss hinterlegten Deklaration oder dem Klassen-Standard ab,
muss es die Abweichung im Einzelnen mit der Meldung
beschreiben.
12.6
Änderungen in der Yardstickzahl zu Gunsten des Teilnehmers (z.B. Vergütung für Segeln ohne Spinnaker)
werden nach Meldeschluss nicht mehr angenommen.
Das gleiche gilt für Nachmeldungen.
12.7.
Die Aufteilung in Gruppen erfolgt durch die Wettfahrtleitung.
12.8
Soll das Boot in die Wertung „schnellstes Charterschiff“
gehen, ist dies bei der Meldung anzugeben und der
Chartervertrag bei der Anmeldung vorzulegen.
12.9
Für die Wertung „Beste Jugendmannschaft“ bei Rund
Bornholm darf die Hälfte der Mannschaft das 21. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben. (Mannschaftsliste
ist bei der Anmeldung einzureichen).
12. Grouping and Race score
12.1
Except of the Kyria-Cup Boats entered with ORC shall not
be scored with Yardstick and vice versa.

ORC International boats and ORC Club will be scored according their fixed TOT-Offshore (time on time) aan at
the Up and Downs TOT-Inshore.
For Yardstick the yardstick table of the Segler-Verband
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will be used.

Boats differing from the declaration at the yardstickcommittee or the class standard shall specify the change
with her entry.
12.6
Changes of the yardstick factor in favour of the boat (for
example for sailing without spinnaker) are not accepted
after entry closing date. The same applies for late entries.
The nomination of race groups will be organized by the
Race Committee.
For “charter” boat scoring, please mention “charter” on
the entry form and show your charter contract at registration.
For scoring for the “Youth cup”: Half of the crew shall be
younger than 21 years.

1. Regeln
1.1.
Die Regatta unterliegt den Regeln, wie sie in den Wettfahrtregeln - Segeln - definiert sind.

Es gelten die Wettsegelordnung, Ranglistenordnung so
wie die Zusätze des DSV zu den Wettfahrtregeln.

2. Werbung
2.1.
Boote sind verpflichtet, vom Veranstalter gewählte und
gestellte Werbung anzubringen und Werbung für andere
Veranstaltungen zu entfernen.
3.1
Die Regatten der WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE sind offen für
die in folgender Tabelle aufgeführten Klassen.

dann zum Einziehen des Meldegeldes ermächtigt werden. Erfolgt die Meldung und Bezahlung auf diese Weise

Preferably using the online entry form at www.warnemuender-woche.com . Entry fees shall be paid using the
encrypted page of our Partner PAYONE (EC-direct debit
or credit card). The organizers shall be authorized to collect the entry fee electronically. For an entry done and
paid in that way earlier than 2014 June 21st only the early
bird entry fee is necessary.
Entry is also possible by paper mail or fax message, but

Entry fee
An entry obligates the payyment of the entry fee. The

4. Vermessung
Jedes Boot muss einen gültigen Messbrief vorweisen.
5. Sicherheitsbestimmungen
5.1.
Jeder Steuermann bzw. jede Steuerfrau ist für die seemännische Führung seines bzw. ihres Bootes in jeder
Hinsicht selbst verantwortlich.
5.2.
Jedes Boot muss gemäß WR 1.2 angemessene Rettungsausrüstung und jeder Teilnehmer persönliche Auftriebsmittel mitführen.
6. Anmeldung und Segelanweisungen
6.1.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Regattabüro Yachthafen
Warnemünde Mittelmole ab Freitag, den 4. Juli 2014,
9.00 Uhr. Für 2.4mR, A-Cat und J/24 , Skippi 650 erfolgt
die Anmeldung im Yachthafen Hohe Düne am Vortag
der 1.Wettfahrt ab 11.00 Uhr.
6.2.
Die Teilnehmer erhalten dort die Segelanweisungen
und das Programm.
6.3.
Teilnehmer, die nicht bis eine Stunde vor dem Start ihrer
ersten Wettfahrt ordnungsgemäß registriert wurden,
sind nicht startberechtigt.
6.4.
Bei der Anmeldung zu den Wettfahrten im Regattabüro
hat jedes Crewmitglied die unten stehende Haftungsausschlusserklärung zu unterschreiben (siehe 16 dieser
Ausschreibung).
6.5.
Minderjährige Teilnehmer müssen den Haftungsausschluss von einem Erziehungsberechtigten unterschreiben lassen und spätestens bei der Registrierung abgeben. In jedem Fall haben sie eine Ausweiskopie eines
Erziehungsberechtigten vorzulegen.
4. Measurement
Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate.
5. Safety regulations
5.1.
Every helmsmen or -woman is responsible in every respect for the way in which he or she sails his or her boat.
5.2.
In accordance with RRS 1.2 each boat shall carry adequate life-saving equipment and each competitor personal flotation device.
6. Registration and sailing instructions
6.1.
Registration shall be made at the Race Office located at
Marina Mittelmole beginning on Friday, 2014 July 4th at
9.00 h. For 2.4mR, A-Cat and J/24, Skippi 650 the registration shall be made at Hohe Düne the day before the
first race beginning 11.00 h.
6.2
The Sailing Instructions and the programme will be
available at registration.
6.3.
Participants who are not registered properly at least one
hour before their first start are not allowed to start in
any case.
6.4.
During registration in the Race Office each crew member
shall sign the exclusion of liability (see 16 of this Notice
of Race).
6.5.
Parents must sign the declaration for minor participants.
This parental consent form has to be presented at registration.
Additionally a copy of parents ID is necessary.

7. Kurse und Wettfahrtgebiete
Die Wettfahrtgebiete und die zu segelnden Kurse werden in der Segelanweisung dargestellt.
8. Straf-System
Für 29er, Kielboot und Katamaran-Klassen wird Regel 44.1 geändert, so dass die Zwei-Drehungen Strafe
durch die Eindrehung Strafe ersetzt wird.
9. Internationale Jury
Ein Schiedsgericht oder eine Internationale Jury gemäß
WR Anhang N wird eingesetzt. Entscheidungen der Internationalen Jury sind gemäß WR 70.5 nicht berufungsfähig.
10 Zusätzliche Ausrüstung
Boote können verpflichtet werden vom Veranstalter gestellte On-Board-Kameras, GPS-Geräte oder ähnliche
mitführen.
11. Wertung
11.1
Werden 4 oder weniger Wettfahrten gewertet, ist die
Wertung der Serie eines Bootes gleich der Summe aller
Wertungen
11.2
Werden 5 oder mehr gültige Wettfahrten gewertet,
wird die schlechteste Wertung gestrichen.
12. Trainer- und Begleitboote
12.1.
Coachboote müssen sich über das Onlinemeldeportal
bis zum Meldeschluss anmelden und die Hafengebühr
bezahlen (Frühbuchermeldegebühr – bis 21.06.2014:
35 €, bei späterer Anmeldung 50 €)
12.2.
Jedem registrierten Motorboot wird bei der Anmeldung
eine eindeutige Nummer zugeteilt. Diese muss sichtbar
angebracht werden.
12.3.
Die Motorboote dürfen ausschließlich auf den ihnen zu
gewiesenen Liegeplätzen liegen.
12.4.
Die Veranstalter weisen darauf hin, dass Führer von
Schlauch- oder sonstigen Motorbooten den Sportbootführerschein See - bei Ausländern den entsprechenden
Führerschein ihres Heimatstaates - besitzen müssen.
12.5.

15. Funkverbindung
Wenn sich ein Boot in einer Wettfahrt befindet, darf es
keine Funkübertragungen durchführen und auch keine
Funksprüche empfangen, die nicht auch alle anderen
Boote empfangen können. Dies betrifft auch Mobiltelefone.
16 Preise
16.1.
Für die ersten drei Plätze einer jeden Klasse werden Ehrenpreise vergeben. Zusätzlich werden Sachpreise vergeben.

Die Plätze 1-6 erhalten Ehrenurkunden.

8. Penalty-System
For the 29er, keelboat and catamaran classes rule 44.1 is
changed, so that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by
the One-Turn Penalty.
9. International Jury
A protest committee or an International Jury may be appointed in accordance with appendix N of the RRS. In
accordance with RRS 70.5, there shall be no right of appeal concerning the decisions of the International Jury.
10 Additional Equipment
11. Scoring
11.1
In case that four or fewer races are scored, the score of
a boat series equals the amount of all race score.
11.2
If five or more races are scored, the worst score is cancelled.
12. Support boats
12.1.
Coach boats shall be entered by internet until entry closing date and pay a harbour fee (early entry fee up to
2014 June 21: 35,00 € per boat, later entry 50 €).

13. Haul-out restrictions
Keel boats shall not be hauled out during the regatta
except with and according to the terms of prior written
permission of the Race Committee.

15. Radio communication
A boat shall neither use radio transmission while racing
nor receive radio communication not available to all
boats. This restriction also applies to mobile phones.
16. Prizes
16.1.
The best three boats of each class will be awarded prizes
of honour. Additionally gifts will be donated by the organizer.
16.2.
Charters of honour will be awarded to the best six scored
boats of each class.

2. RULES

The regatta will be governed by the Rules as defined in
the Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016.

No National Authority prescriptions will apply.

ISAF National Authority of the country, where the sailor
normally sails, even though such place may not be his
permanent residence; however, such member, for any
valid reason and with the approval of both District Chairmen, may select instead the Fleet/District and the ISAF
National Authority in which he has permanent residence
in accordance with the ILCA constitution article 10 (3)
and ILCA rule part two article 9. The sailor can only be
member of one Laser Fleet/District Association.

The sailor will be scored as member of the District to
pertain and normally is reflected in his/her ISAF Sailor
ID as of 4.1.a.
If a sailor is unable to present the membership card, he
/ she will be charged a fee of € 70 (payable in local currency), € 10 of which will be retained by the collecting
club, and €10 will be retained by ILCA to cover administrative costs. €50 will be passed on by ILCA to the sailor‘s
district, which may refund it to the sailor if he/she is already a current member, or may put it towards that
sailor‘s membership fee if he/she is not a member.
Age Eligibility
The Laser Standard Europa Cup is restricted to sailors
who are born in 1997 or earlier.
The Laser Radial Europa Cup is restricted to sailors who
are born in 1999 or earlier.
The Laser 4.7 Europa Cup is restricted to sailors who are
born in 2002 or earlier having his/her 12th birthday before the first day of the race. Male sailors are not eligible
if born in 1996 or earlier.
Proof of age can be required at registration.
5. ENTRY PROCEDURES
5.1
Entries will open 30 days before the first day of each
race.
5.2
To enter an Europa Cup regatta a sailor needs to be
registered at the Eurilca website. The entries will be collected through the private area of each Eurilca registered
member.

Application of entries must be submitted until the entry
closing date as shown in table 1.1.

Sailors who arrive at the venue asking to enter the
event without having previously registered completed

This also applies to sailors who have complied with all
other entry requirements.
After the closure of the entries, crew substitution of the
registered sailor is not permitted.

Scoring penalties will be applied as specified in Sailing
Instructions (SI 16).
To encourage boats to take penalties afloat, jury members may blow a whistle when they see what they believe to be a breach of a rule. If no boat takes a penalty,
the jury may lodge a protest.
12. SCORING

Competitors are divided and scored in the following categories:

• Laser Radial Rig Female: Overall, Girls under 21 (born

6. SCHEDULE
6.1
There are two races a day for a 4 day racing series and
three races a day on the first two days of a 3 day series
with 2 races on the last day.
6.2
The race committee may decide to split some or all of
the classes into groups where each class has more than
80 entries. This split is mandatory if the entries of a single class are more than 85. A grouping system will be
used and the colours will be re-assigned every day as
specified in the sailing instructions.
6.3
If the fleet is split as per 6.2 above, and at least 4 races
were sailed, the last day the fleet will be divided in Gold
and Silver fleets ( and bronze and emerald if in case )
and raced in “finals” format.

7. BOATS AND EQUIPMENT
7.1
All competitors shall use only one hull, sail, mast, boom,
centreboard and rudder.
7.2
Sails shall have the full sail number and NATIONAL LETTERS in accordance with the Class Rules and the RRS.
The national letters shall denote the National Authority
of which the sailor is a member in accordance with RRS
75.2 and with the Notice of Race clause 4.1 Eligibility
and Entry Regulations. This changes RRS Appendix G 1.1.
7.3
Women competitors shall place a red diamond on each
side of their sail (back to back) in compliance with class
rule 4(g).

Scoring for series results in any of these categories shall
be made by extraction from the overall series results
without rescoring.
The individual regattas
For all classes, 2 races (completed by all groups) are
required to constitute a series. When only one race is
sailed, the regatta will be counted for the Europa
Cup Trophy, but the score point generating from the final result will be calculated with a one step downgraded Grade factor (F).
The Europa Cup Trophy
The single event score will be collected and scored in
the EurILCA ranking list, therefore the final position in
the results list will be a part of a formula constituting
the final score. Ranking Points (P) are calculated using
the following method

8. MEASUREMENTS
8.1
Boat and equipment may be inspected at any time for
compliance with the class rules, wet clothing rules and
sailing instructions at the discretion of, race committee
(including the class measurer and the class representative) or the international jury.
9. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
9.1
The approved Sailing instructions for the Laser Europa
Cup 2014 will be posted on the Official Notice Board and
the ILCA website. Sailing Instructions will be available
from the on-site Race Office on the day before the start
of each regatta.

EurILCA Grade
Every calculated point (P) will be rounded up 1/1000.
The Europa Cup Trophy will include all the events of
Europa Cup, the Euromaster series events, the European
championships, each District championship, the major
regattas of each district.
The general score will add the seven highest values of
P over the last two years to determine the competitor‘s
total ranking score. No more than the 4 best values of P
over the last two years, related to the Europa Cup Races,
will be counted.
The sum of the general scores (as per item 12.4 c) of the
best 3 scored sailors of each Sailing Club will constitute
12.4.e
the sailing club score. It will be made counting the best
3 independently from the fleet and per each single fleet
(Standard, Radial F, Radial M, Laser 4.7 M and Laser 4.7 F)
The EurILCA Ranking list, including Europa Cup Trophy
will be available at www.eurilca.org.

race or to continue racing.
18. INSURANCE
18.1
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid thirdparty liability insurance with a minimum cover of
3.000.000 € per event or the equivalent.
13. PRIZES
13.1
INDIVIDUAL REGATTA PRIZES
13.1.a Prizes for each regatta will be awarded in conformity of
the categories listed as at item 12.1 above
13.2
OVERALL EUROPA CUP TROPHY
13.2.a The winner of each category (15) noted in item 12.1
above will be awarded with a wild card for the next
European championship of his or her choice.
13.2.b ILCA prizes (cubes and plaques) will be awarded for at
least the first 3 places in each category noted in item 12
above subject to ILCA Honour Awards By Law.
13.2.c
Additional prizes may be added like an „overall youth
prize“ recognizing a prize to the best sailors through all
youth categories.
13.3
SAILING CLUBS EUROPA CUP TROPHY.
13.3.a The best club, scored as per 12.4.d, in the European Region will receive a special plaque.
13.3.b The best club, scored as per 12.4.d for each fleet, in the
European Region will receive a special plaque.
19. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
19.1
Additional information will be notified either from the
International Office or from individual organising clubs.
20. VENUE INFORMATION
All available information will be on the EURILCA Website
in the regatta – Events to count page. http://www.eurilca.org/index.php/european-races
Every race will be described with all the local links and
main information.
14. SAFETY
14.1
Competitors shall wear personal flotation devices at all
times when afloat, except briefly when changing or adjusting clothing or personal equipment. Wet suits and
dry suits are not personal flotation devices. This changes
rule 40.
14.2
Each event may introduce a Check-in and Check-out system, which will be detailed in the Sailing Instructions for
each relevant event.
15. TEAM AND SUPPORT BOATS
15.1
Team and support boats shall, at all times when afloat,
be conspicuously identified by the country name, natio
nal letters or national flag of the team they represent.
16. RIGHTS TO USE NAME AND LIKENESS
16.1
By participating in this event, competitors automatically grant to the organizing authority and the event
sponsors the right, in perpetuity, to make, use, and
show at their discretion, any photographs, audio and
video recordings, and other reproductions of them made
at the venue or on the water from the time of their
arrival at the venue, until their final departure, without
compensation.
17. LIABILITY
17.1
The sailing clubs, national authorities and the International Laser Class Association, their officers, members and
volunteers do not accept liability for loss of life or property, personal injury or damage caused by, or arising
out of, the Europa Cup regattas, and competitors take
part in the regattas entirely at their own risk.
17.2
The establishment of the Notice of Race and the Sailing
Instructions in no way limits or reduces the complete
and unlimited responsibilities of a competitor being solely and entirely responsible for the management of a
boat he or she is sailing.
17.3
A competitor must be of good health and a competent
