Terus è un centro di fresatura
orizzontale a montante mobile,
caratterizzato da morfologia a T.
Grazie all’ampia disponibilità di
opzioni e accessori e alla particolare
flessibilità di configurazione, Terus è
in grado di rispondere alle particolari
esigenze di asportazione di truciolo,
sia nel settore aeronautico che
nei settori dello stampo e della
meccanica di precisione.
Il livello di automazione del centro di
lavoro Terus può essere adattato alle
moderne esigenze di produzione ,
prevedendo l’adozione di modalità di
cambio automatico degli accessori di
fresatura e degli utensili.

Terus is a horizontal milling centre
with moving column characterized
by a special T-shaped morphology.
Thanks to the wide range of
available options, accessories and
to the configuration flexibility, Terus
meets the particular machining
requirements in the aerospace, as
well as in the mould and precision
mechanics sectors.
The automation level of the
machining centre Terus can be
adjusted to the modern production
requirements by the use of the
automatic milling accessory change
and tool change device.

Fahrständerfräswerk, welches
sich durch seinen Querfahrständer
auszeichnet und so eine T-Baustruktur
bildet. Dank der vielfältigen
Ve r f ü g b a r k e i t v o n O p t i o n e n ,
zusätzlichen Aggregaten und der sehr
flexiblen Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten
ist Terus in der Lage, den speziellen
Zerspanungsanforderungen, sowohl
in den Bereichen der Luftfahrt,
als auch des Formenbaus und der
Präzisionsmechanik Genüge zu leisten.
Der Automationslevel des
B e a r b e i t u n g s z e n t r u m s Te r u s
kann durch den automatischen
Fräsaggregate- und Werkzeugwechsel
an modernste Produktionsansprüche
angepasst werden.

protezione dell’operatore, incluse
soluzioni di cabinatura integrale che
permettono il perfetto contenimento
di trucioli e lubrorefrigerante e
l’abbattimento delle emissioni
acustiche.

Various solutions for the limitation
of the working area and the
operator protection are provided,
including integral enclosures which
allow a perfect chip and coolant
containment as well as the damping
of the noise emissions.
Es sind verschiedene Lösungen zur
Begrenzung des Arbeitsbereiches und
der Bedienersicherheit vorgesehen.
Dazu gehören eine Vollumhausung,
die einen peferkten Schutz gegen
Späneflug und KSS-Mittel bietet,
sowie die Reduzierung des Lärmpegels
ermöglicht.
Il y a plusieures solutions pour
la limitation de la zone de travail
et la protection de l’opérateur, y
inclues des solutions pour une
cabine integrale qui permettent une
parfaite cloison contre copeaux ,
liquide d’arrosage et l’abattage des
émissions acoustiques.

Il montante monolitico e simmetrico
garantisce performance di
rigidezza uniche per la categoria,
al suo interno è alloggiato il carro
portatesta tramite 4 guide lineari e
pattini a ricircolo di rulli.
Il cinematismo verticale, in
analogia alle soluzioni già adottate
per Ronin e Verus è caratterizzato
dalla doppia vite e dal doppio
sistema di bilanciamento, soluzione
completamente simmetrica che
garantisce precisione e ripetibilità di
posizionamento.
La tavola portapezzo, disponibile in
diverse configurazioni e capacita di
carico, è sempre caratterizzata dal
sostentamento idrostatico del piatto
rotante, in linea con le soluzioni
tecnologiche della gamma di grandi
alesatrici realizzate da FPT.
The monolithic and symmetric
column guarantees high rigidity
performances, unique for this
machine category. The headstock
saddle is housed in the column and
moves on 4 linear guideways and
roller sliding blocks.
The vertical kinematic motion, by
analogy with the technical solutions
already used for Ronin and Verus, is
characterized by a double ballscrew
and double balancing system. A
completely symmetric solution which
ensures accuracy and positioning
repeatability.
The rotating table is available in
different configurations and with
various payloads. It is always typified
by the hydrostatic support of the
table plate, in line with the technical
solutions of the big-sized milling
machine range manufactured by FPT.

Ständerbauform garantiert eine
für diese Maschinenkategorie
einzigartige Steifigkeit. Im Inneren
des Ständers befindet sich der
Fräskopfschlitten, der sich auf
4 Linearführungen und RollenGeitschuhen bewegt.
Analog zu den bereits bei den
M o d e l l e n R o n i n u n d Ve r u s
verwendeten Lösungen zeichnet sich
der vertikale Kinematismus durch die
doppelte Spindelschraube und das
dopplete Gewichtsausgleichssystem
aus. Diese komplett symmetrische
Ausführung garantiert hohe Präzision
und Positionierwiederholgenauigkeit.
Der verschieden konfigurierbare und
mit diversen Traglasten erhältliche
Tisch zeichnet sich stets duch
die hydrostatische Führung der
Drehtischplatte aus, wie sie auch bei
den technischen Lösungen der großen
FPT-Fräsmaschinen vorzufinden ist.

Le moteur de la broche est à
transmission directe sans emploi
de boite de vitesse mecanique. Les
performances en fraisage sont un
point de repère pour cette classe de
machines, avec une puissance jusqu’à
49 Kw et couple jusqu’à 1180 Nm.
