The "fourme of Montbrison" has a characteristic orange-brown rind with a creamy-coloured pâte, speckled
with gentle streaks of blue mould with pasteurized and unpasteurized cow milk. It has the Appellation d’Originie
Controlée status (protected designation of origin). The area of production of the Fourme of Montbrison is
"Remarkable site of taste" approved. In the agricultural production,the cheese production is always processed
with pasteurized milk.
Fourme de Montbrison ist ein Blauschimmelkäse aus roher oder pasteurisierter Kuhmilch, seit 9/2010 mit
dem Prädikat (AOP) versehen. Seine Herstelluns-Gegend wird als "bemerkenswerter Ort des Geschmacks"
ausgezeichnet. Dieser Käse wird ausschließlich mit Roh- und Vollmilch gemacht.

LES CÔTES DU FOREZ
The wine from the Côtes du Forez is a red or rosé wine produced at the foot of the Forez Mount, and it has the
Appellation d’Origine Controlée status (protected designation of origin). The only variety of vine permitted is
the gamay. The wine growers vary their range by producing other varieties like the pinot noir, the syrah, the
chardonnay or the viognier. These wines are ranked as Wine from the Pays d’Urfé (IGP).
Der Wein des Forez ist ein Rot- oder Roséwein mit geschützter Ursprungsbezeichnung (AOC), hergestellt am Fuße
