Willkommen bei Fairwerk
Fairwerk – Produkte der Inntal Werkstätten, Stiftung Attl
Der Name Fairwerk steht für ansprechende Designprodukte, die mit
einem hohen Qualitätsstandard in den Inntal-Werkstätten – einer
Einrichtung für Menschen mit Behinderung – hergestellt werden.
Die Stiftung Attl, ein ehemaliges Kloster, liegt auf einem Hügel in der
Nähe von Wasserburg am Inn in Oberbayern. Über 500 Menschen mit
Behinderung leben, lernen und arbeiten hier in einer dorfähnlichen
Gemeinschaft. Die dazugehörigen Inntal-Werkstätten bieten etwa
300 Arbeitsplätze in den Metallwerkstätten, der Holzbearbeitung,
Montage, Weberei, Gärtnerei und Landwirtschaft, sowie in den Regiebetrieben der Stiftung Attl (Kfz-Werkstatt, Maler, Kantine) und auf Außenarbeitsplätzen bei umliegenden Firmen. Die meist körperlich und geistig
behinderten Menschen haben so die Möglichkeit am gesellschaftlichen
Leben teilzunehmen und ihren Platz in der Gemeinschaft zu finden.
Jeder hier in der Gegend kennt natürlich die Produkte von Fairwerk,
aber auch das zur Tradition gewordene, jährlich stattfindende und
immer viel besuchte Attler Herbstfest!
Fairwerk – Products of the Inntal Werkstätten, Stiftung Attl
The name Fairwerk stands for appealing design products, produced
with highest quality standards within the Inntal-Werkstätten, an
institution for handicapped people.
Stiftung Attl, a public trust based in a former monastery, is located on
a hill near Wasserburg am Inn. Over 500 handicapped persons live, learn
and work here in a community with village-character. The associated
Inntal-Werkstätten offer approximately 300 jobs in sheltered workshops
like metal working, joinery, assembling, gardening and agriculture, as
well as in the foundation owned enterprise of Stiftung Attl (garage,
painter, canteen) and in external work places at surrounding companies.
Through this, the mostly mentally and physically challenged persons
have the opportunity to participate in public life and find themselves
a place in society. Of course everybody hereabout knows the Fairwerk
products as well as the annual tradition of the popular Attler Herbstfest.

Our Employees and Products
Die Herstellung jedes Produktes
wird durch Zerlegung komplizierter Arbeitsvorgänge in Einzelschritte und den Einsatz von
geeigneten Vorrichtungen auch
für schwerstbehinderte Menschen
möglich. In dieser fein abgestimmten Produktionsweise schaffen
wir es, auch komplexe Fertigungstechniken zu realisieren und den
geforderten Qualitätsstandard
zu erreichen. Dabei werden die
handwerklichen und kognitiven
Fähigkeiten jedes einzelnen
Beschäftigten von unseren Gruppenleitern und pädagogischen
Fachkräften bestmöglich gefördert
und unterstützt.
Im Metallbereich der Attler Werkstätten verarbeiten wir für unsere Design-Kollektion in erster Linie Edelstahl und Aluminium in
sogenannter zerspanender Bearbeitung, zum Teil mit dem Einsatz
hochmoderner computergesteuerter Fräs- und Drehmaschinen.
Dadurch erreichen wir eine exakte Maßgenauigkeit und rationelle
Serienfertigung. Die Oberflächen werden poliert oder geschliffen.

The manufacturing of each product is made possible by
reducing the extensive production process into simple single
steps and the usage of adequate equipment. With this
smoothly balanced method of production even complex
manufacturing technologies are feasible and required
quality standards are obtainable. Thereby the technical
skills and cognitive abilities of each employee are supported
and encouraged at the best by our team leaders and
qualified pedagogic assistants.
The metal working division of Stiftung Attl processes mostly
stainless steel and aluminium for the design collection
with state-of-the-art computer-controlled milling and turning
machines. Thereby we achieve dimension accuracy and
efficient serial production. The surfaces are polished or
smoothed.

accessories. This amazement pleases us – the sheltered
workshop – each time anew.

n der Fairwerk-Montageabteilung
werden die gefertigten und zugekauften
Einzelteile gereinigt und montiert.
Laufende Qualitätskontrollen der Gruppenleiter und Beschäftigten sind hier nötig.
Anschließend werden die fertigen Produkte
sorgfältig verpackt und gekennzeichnet.
Im Fairwerk-Lager werden die Produkte
für den Versand bereitgestellt. Die eingehenden Bestellungen werden dort
kommissioniert und an die Kunden
in Deutschland und der ganzen Welt
versendet.
