Schaltungstyp:
Notleuchten mit Bereitschaftschaltung sowie solche mit Dauerschaltung können mit allen Typen der DUROLIGHT FLC Reihe
ausgerüstet werden. Beim Einsatz der Dauerschaltung in Kombination mit elektronischen Vorschaltgeräten sind FLC-E (bzw.SE,-STE,-SRME) statt FLC (bzw.-S,-ST,-SRM) Notlichtelemente
zu verwenden.

in the maintained mode in combination with electronic ballasts,
the E-option is needed (type FLC-E or -SE, -STE, -SRME) instead

Optische Anzeige:
Bei Standardgeräten werden folgende Zustände mittels einer
optischen Anzeige (grüne LED) angezeigt:
✸ dunkel: nicht vorhandenes Netz oder Netzleistung ist unter
160V, tief entladene Batterie oder Gerät defekt.
✸ blinkend grün: vorhandenes Netz bei nicht angeschlossener Batterie.
✸ dauernd grün: vorhandenes Netz bei richtig angeschlossener Batterie.
Wichtige Hinweise
Zu beachten vor der Inbetriebnahme:
Von uns gelieferte Batterien sind in ungeladenem Zustand. Bei
der Inbetriebnahme der Notleuchte ist es deshalb möglich,
dass die grüne LED ein paar Minuten dunkel bleibt.
Es wird empfohlen, die Notleuchte 48h unter Spannung zu lassen, bevor die notwendigen Tests manuell ausgeführt werden.
Die ausführlichen Anweisungen, welche mit den Notlichtelementen geliefert werden, sind zu beachten.

The following status of standard units are optically shown by a
green LED:
✸ LED off: mains failure (below about 160V) or battery fully
discharged or faulty unit.
✸ LED flashing green: battery disconnected or charger failure
✸ LED green: mains ok and battery connected.
Important notes before putting the safety lighting
into operation:
Uncharged batteries are shipped. It means that they are fully
discharged at the beginning and that it may take a few minutes
until the green LED is on and the mains operation is switched
on.
In order to charge the batteries, it is recommended to have the
unit connected to the mains at least 48h before proceeding to
any long emergency operation test.
The instructions for installation and use of DUROLIGHT emergency lighting units (shipped together with all units) have to be
strictly observed.

Mounting:
The sheet-steel housing (sendzimir galvanised) has a 6x4 mm
fixing slot on each side. Each terminal is sized to connect one
1mm2 wire.
The battery has to be plugged into a housing connected to the
unit with a 300mm long cable (red = +, black = -). The cable
used to connect the LED indicator is also 300mm long (option:
780mm).
The battery should be mounted at the coolest place in the fitting
in order to optimise its capacity and lifetime. The ambient temperature of the battery must not exceed 50°C.
Wichtige Hinweise:
1. Die Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung für FLC-Notelemente, welche mit jedem Notelement mitgeliefert wird, muss
beachtet werden.
2. Die Lichtstrom-Angaben sind nur theoretisch ermittelte
Richtwerte bei 25°C Umgebungstemperatur. Farbwiedergabe
und Lichtstromfaktor im Notbetrieb sind sehr stark von der
Leuchtmittel-Temperatur bzw. der Leuchte-Bauart abhängig.
Dementsprechend ist es empfehlenswert, Lichtmessungen bei
niedrigeren Umgebungstemperaturen pro jedem Leuchte-Typ
auszuführen.
Important notice:
1. The instructions for installation and use of FLC emergency
lighting units which are shipped with each unit have to be followed.
2. The light ouput data only gives theoretical calculated values
at 25°C ambient temperature. The color rending and the light
output under emergency operation is largely depending on the
lamp temperature and hence on the contruction of the light
fitting. It is therefore recommended to proceed to light
measurements for lower ambient temperatures on each type
of light fitting.

Montage:
Das Stahlblechgehäuse (sendzimir-verzinkt) hat seitlich je einen Befestigungsschlitz 6x4mm. Die Klemmen sind für Drahtanschlüsse 1x1mm2 ausgelegt. Der Batterieanschluss erfolgt
mittels Steckverbindung mit einem Kabel von 300mm Länge
(rot = + / schwarz = -). Das Kabel der LED-Anzeige ist ebenfalls
300mm lang. Als Option ist auch eine Länge von 780mm erhältlich.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Batterie im Interesse deren
Kapazität und Lebensdauer am kühlsten Ort der Leuchte montiert wird.
Die Umgebungstemperatur der Batterie darf nicht höher als
50°C sein.
