PiezoMotor stellt die Galil Einzelachsensteuerung DMC-30019 vor Kompatibel
mit der Piezo LEGS® Produktlinie

kündigt seine neueste Antriebsoption für die Piezo LEGS Motorenserie an. Die neue DMC-30019 ist eine
Einzelachsensteuerung, basierend auf der Konstruktion des renommierten Unternehmens Galil Motion Control,
Inc.

Der Motion Controller arbeitet autark oder kann per Ethernet mit dem PC verbunden werden. Zur Ausstattung
gehören PID Regler mit Geschwindigkeits- und Beschleunigungsvorsteuerung, Programmspeicher mit
Multitaskfunktion für eine gleichzeitige Ausführung von vier Programmen und flexible, optisch isolierte Ein- und
Ausgänge für die Synchronisation von Bewegungen mit externen Ereignissen. Betriebsarten sind: Punkt zu Punkt
Positionierung, Jogging, Konturierung, PVT, elektronische Getriebe und elektronische Kurvenscheibe.
Wie alle Galil Motion Controller, verwenden diese Controller eine einfache Befehlssprache, mit dieser ist eine
einfache Programmierung möglich. Die „Galil Tool Software“ vereinfacht den Systemaufbau, mit "grafischer
Bedienoberfläche und Echtzeitdisplay für Positionierungs- und Geschwindigkeitsinformationen.

PiezoMotor Introduces the Galil Single-Axis Controller
DMC-30019, Compatible with Piezo LEGS® Product Line
PiezoMotor Uppsala AB, leading provider of linear and rotary high end positioning systems, is announcing their

latest drive option for the Piezo LEGS motor series. The new DMC-30019 is a single-axis controller based on
architecture from well renowned company Galil Motion Control, Inc.
“Galil makes high end controllers that are widely used within areas like semiconductor, medtech, automation,
and research” says Olle Lindkvist, Marketing Manager. “Engineers worldwide can now benefit from familiarity of

the Galil control interface when they design systems using piezoelectric motors. The Piezo LEGS together with
the new DMC-30019 gives outstanding performance in high precision applications.”
The motion controller operates stand-alone or can be networked to a PC via Ethernet. Features include PID
compensation with velocity and acceleration feed forward, program memory with multitasking for concurrent
execution of four programs, and uncommitted optically isolated inputs and outputs for synchronizing motion
with external events. Modes of motion include point-to-point positioning, jogging, contouring, PVT, electronic
gearing and electronic cam.
Like all Galil motion controllers, these controllers use a simple, English-like command language which makes
them very easy to program. GalilTools software further simplifies system set-up with “one button” servo tuning
and real-time display of position and velocity information.

contrôleur monoaxe, basé sur une architecture de la société de renom Galil Motion Control, Inc.

Le contrôleur de mouvement peut fonctionner de manière autonome ou être mis en réseau avec un ordinateur
PC via Ethernet. Il inclut les fonctions suivantes : compensation PID avec anticipation de la vitesse et de
l'accélération, mémoire programme avec fonctionnalité multitâche pour l'exécution simultanée de quatre
programmes, entrées et sorties opto-isolées non assignées pour la synchronisation du mouvement avec les
événements externes. Les modes de mouvement comprennent le positionnement point par point, le mouvement
par impulsions, le contournage, le PVT (position, vitesse, temps) ainsi que l'engrenage et la came électroniques.
Comme tous les contrôleurs de mouvement Galil, ces contrôleurs utilisent un langage de commande simple et
similaire à l'anglais qui rend leur programmation très facile. Le logiciel GalilTools simplifie davantage la
configuration système avec un servo-réglage « un bouton » et un affichage en temps réel des informations de
position et de vitesse.
