Villa Perola is a modern, spacious townhouse villa in the charming and peaceful residential area of Quinta Dos
Alamos - within a short walk of the shops, restaurants and daily fruit and veg market in Guia, and also a short drive
from many of the area's wonderful beaches, and Albufeira itself.
Beschreibung
The entrance to the villa leads to the open-plan living-dining room with large L-shape leather sofa, flat-screen TV
and DVD player and a wooden dining table and chairs. The decor in this room is beautifully decorated with bright
colours and artwork, and there's lots of natural light thanks to the patio doors which lead to the garden and pool. A
door off the dining area leads to the fully equipped, modern kitchen, with chrome appliances and a breakfast table
and chairs. There's also a colourful double bedroom on the groundfloor with access to the garden, and a shower
bathroom.
Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms - one double and one twin. The master double room has an en-suite
bathroom, a flat-screen TV and patio doors leading to a balcony. The twin bedroom is bright and airy and has an ensuite shower bathroom.
Outside, there is a patio and covered barbecue area with a sink and a wooden dining table and chairs, a lawn
dotted with palm trees surrounding the pool terrace. The pool area is fenced off from the garden which is an
excellent feature for families with young children, the large pool has Roman-style steps, and there's also a
separate, circular children's pool. The enclosed garden is a wonderful space to spend endless days in the sunshine,
and with the superb built-in barbecue, endless evenings as well!
Villa Perola is the perfect base for a villa holiday with friends or family. It's in one of the nicest parts of Guia - Quinta
Dos Alamos - and is within walking distance of the restaurants and minimarket. Algarve shopping is 1km away
which is a great day out for shopaholics and all the family with entertainment including bowling, cinemas and
restaurants. The Blue Flag beaches of Castelo, Galé and Salgados are all within a 10-minute drive and Albufeira is
6km away.
