Welle House Zusammenfassung A spacious home from home in East Prawle, within walking distance of the breathtaking South West Coast Path, and easy distance from beautiful sandy beaches,the perfect place to get away from it all. Beschreibung The self catering holiday accommodation comprises about one half of the original house but has it's own front door and is completely self contained. It is very spacious, light and airy, retaining many of it's original features. The upstairs consists of three large bedrooms, two twins and one double, together with a bathroom. Downstairs is a further bathroom, with a washing machine, and an approx 30' through lounge/diner kitchen, both accessed through an imposing entrance hall. There is also a double bed-settee, allowing accommodation for an additional two adults if required. The lounge has a colour television with satellite, video and DVD player, and French windows opening on to a south facing patio with picnic table and barbeque, and access to a large lawn and garden area. The kitchen has double aspect windows and is fully equipped, with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Karte Wegbeschreibung From the A38 Devon Expressway, take the turnoff at Buckfastleigh for the A384 towards Totnes. In Dartington, join the A385, and continue towards Totnes. At the traffic lights as you enter Totnes, take the filter lane to turn right, onto the A381 towards Kingsbridge. Continue into the very centre of Kingsbridge, and from there take the A379 towards Dartmouth, until you reach the village of Stokenham. In Stokenham, turn right at the mini-roundabout at Carehouse Cross, and follow the signs to East Prawle. As you approach East Prawle, you will pass a farm yard to your right, and as you do so, Welle House is the big yellow house you will see in front of you across the field. Continue past the duck pond, and take the next right turn. Continue for about 100 yards, and the gates to the house will be on the left. Ring the bell at the side door.
