roccia ad alta densità. La lana di roccia, a fibre orientate disposte ortogonalmente rispetto al piano delle

The rock wool, with the fibres laying orthogonal to the
surface of the sheets, is placed in strips and joined
lengthways in a staggered fashion and compacted
crosswise, making the panel perfectly monolithic. These

resistance to fire and acoustic insulation and soundproofing properties, are available for walls and roofing.

Lamiere grecate sulle quali viene gettata una caldana
di calcestruzzo. Le lamiere sono rese collaboranti con
il calcestruzzo mediante delle impronte che ne impediscono lo scorrimento. In fase di getto l’azione di
sostegno dei mezzi e del personale è svolto unicamente
dalle lamiere. Successivamente, le lamiere diventano
un’armatura metallica costituendo con il calcestruzzo
un solaio tradizionale in cemento armato. Questo sistema
innovativo consente: disponibilità quasi immediata
dei piani di lavoro transitabili, impiego ridotto di
mezzi di sollevamento e riduzione dei mezzi
di trasporto che transitano in cantiere (visto il grande
quantitativo di lamiere che possono trasportare).
Fretted sheets for cement surface floors: Fretted sheets
on which a thin layer of concrete is cast. The sheets are rendered cement surfaces with concrete by means of the raised
marks that prevent sliding. When casting, it is only the
sheets that support means and people. Subsequently the
sheets become a metal reinforcement and, together with
the concrete, form a traditional reinforced concrete floor.
With this innovative system the work surfaces can be
transited over almost immediately, very few lifting means
have to be used and not so many vehicles transit on the
worksite (in fact huge quantities of sheets can be transported).
Wellbleche für Dachböden: Wellbleche auf die eine
Schicht Beton geschüttet wird. Die Anhaftung der
Bleche am Beton erfolgt durch Eindrücke, durch die
ein Fließen des Betons verhindert wird. Während der
Schüttung werden sowohl die Ausrüstungen als auch
das Personal einzig und allein durch die Bleche
sichergestellt. Nach der Aushärtung des Betons stellen
die Bleche eine metallische Bewehrung dar und bilden
somit einen traditionellen Dachboden aus Stahlbeton.
Dank dieses innovativen Systems stehen nicht nur
fast sofort begehbare Arbeitsflächen zur Verfügung,
es kommen auch weniger Hebemittel sowie weniger
Transportmittel auf der Baustelle (in der Tat kann eine große
Menge Bleche transportiert werden) zur Anwendung.

di colori e profili. L’estrema varietà ne consente l’utilizzo, oltre che per le tradizionali coperture, anche per il
rivestimento di facciate esistenti, permettendo così di rinnovare gli edifici a prezzi contenuti. È anche
disponibile la lamiera grecata accoppiata ad un feltro assorbente in fibra poliestere che elimina il problema
della formazione di condensa sulla superficie interna.
Fretted sheets: The steel, aluminium or natural copper
fretted sheets are available in a wide range of colours and
profiles. Besides being used for traditional roofing, these
sheets are excellent also for covering existing façades to
renovate buildings at a low cost. The problem of condensation
forming on the inner surface of some types of fretted sheets
is eliminated by applying a polyester fibre absorbing felt.

Auswahl an Farben und Profilen erhältlich, wodurch diese
nicht nur für traditionelle Abdeckungen, sondern auch für

Gebäude können somit zu erschwinglichen Preisen modernisiert
werden. Dank der auf einigen Wellblechen angebrachten
schalldämmenden Filzmatte aus Polyesterfaser wird eine
Bildung von Kondenswasser auf der Innenfläche verhindert.
