Sehr geehrte Kundin,
sehr geehrter Kunde,
Ihre Fenster und Türen wurden mit großer Sorgfalt und Fachkenntnis aus getrockneter, feinjähriger, nordischer Fichte aus kontrolliertem Holzanbau
gefertigt. Bei Holz handelt es sich um einen natürlichen Werkstoff der lebt und trotz technischer Trocknung, bei unterschiedlichen Witterungseinflüssen,
arbeitet. Daher ist ein Verzug, Harzaustritt sowie Rissbildung nie ganz auszuschließen. Dieses kann jedoch durch eine Behandlung mit einem
pigmentierten Anstrich von Osmo.color verhindert werden. Die Fenster und Türen müssen nach dem beidseitigen Anstrich im Brüstungsbereich
zwischen Glas und Holz mit einer Acryl-Dichtungsmasse von innen und außen abgespritzt werden.

Ces fenêtres et portes ont été fabriquées avec beaucoup de soin. L’épicéa utilisé est un épicéa du nord, à la croissance lente et provenant d’une
exploitation contrôlée Le bois est un matériau vivant. Il n’est donc pas exclu, malgré un séchage professionnel, que celui-ci, compte-tenu des
changements de température, qu’il «bouge», que de la résinge apparaisse, ou encore que des fissures se forment. Vous pourrez éviter ce genre de
désagrément en utilisant une peinture pgimentée Osmo. Après avoir peint vos portes et fenêtres des deux côtés, il vous faut passer une pâte acrylique
entre le verre et le bois côté extérieur (voir croquis).

[D] Trennen Sie den Schubriegel an seiner Sollbruchstelle. Mit einem Metallbohrer bohren Sie in die Metallleiste der Doppeltür eine 10mm große Bohrung. (Im Bereich
der Flügeltür, die kein Schlossmechanismus aufweist. / Schubriegel zur Festliegung der Bohrung benutzen). Nun fixieren Sie den Schubriegel an der Flügeltür.
[GB] Break up the slide bolt at the predetermined breaking point. Use a drill fitting for metal to drill a 10mm hole into the metal bead of the door (on the wing of the door
which does not feature a closing device / Use the slide bolt to determine where the drill hole has to be).
Now assemble the slide bolt to the door.
[F] Coupez la targette au point de rupture prévu. Faites un percage de 10mm avec un foret en métal dans la plinthe métallique au seuil de la porte double. (En bas de la
porte sans serrure) Fixez ensuite la targette à la porte.

Dear Customer,
A great deal of care and experience has gone into manufacturing your windows and doors out of dried, closely ringed Nordic spruce from managed
forests. Despite undergoing technical drying processes, wood is a natural living material that shrinks and expands according to varying atmospheric
exposure. For this reason, warping, resin discharge and crack formation can never be entirely ruled out. However, treating wood with one of the
pigmented finishes from the Osmo Color range can help to prevent this. After applying the finish on both sides of your windows and doors, you need to
use an acrylic sealant on the inside and outside of the frame area, where the glass touches the wood.

And afterwards screw it to the door.
[F] Installez la targete horizontale pour la fermeture de la porte. Fermez la porte pendant que vous fixiez la targete pour que l’installation soit parfaite.

[D] Offensichtliche Mängel an der Ware sind vor Aufbau/Einbau Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns bekannt zu geben. Folgen Sie der Montageanleitung
Schritt für Schritt. Gibt es dennoch zu dem einen oder anderen Punkt Fragen oder Unklarheiten, oder fehlt ausnahmsweise ein Teil, wird Ihnen Ihr
Fachhändler oder auch unser Team in Warendorf weiterhelfen. Da der Hauskorpus durch Feuchtigkeit und Trockenheit arbeitet, kann es vorkommen,
dass sich zwischen einzelnen Bohlen Fugen bilden bzw. die Fenster und Türen nicht mehr einwandfrei schließen. Durch Lösen der Schrauben, die
die Halteleisten mit den Bohlen verbinden, können Sie die Fenster und Türen wieder ausrichten und die Gängigkeit wiederherstellen. Anschließend
wieder festschrauben.

assembly instructions step by step. Should you have any questions or uncertainties about any of the steps, or in the unlikely event that a piece is
missing, please contact your specialist retailer or our team in Warendorf who will be pleased to assist you further. Since the house structure shrinks
and expands according to the influence of moisture and dryness, gaps may appear between individual planks or doors and windows may no longer
close properly. Loosening the screws that connect the support battens to the planks will enable you to re-align doors and windows and regain
mobility. Fasten screws again after re-alignment. We wish you a successful installation.

chalet de jardin. Suivez svp à la lettre la notice de montage. Si vous deviez rencontrer des difficultés, ou si une pièce devait s’avérer manquante,
appelez votre revendeur qui saura vous aider. Compte-tenu du fait que le corps de ce chalet de jardin « travaille » avec l’huimidité et le temps sec, il
se peut que les madriers des murs s’écartent un peu et donc que fenêtre(s) et porte(s) ferme(nt) mal : il suffit alors de dévisser un peu les vis qui sont
entre barres de fixation et madriers (voir croquis), de redresser le tuot et de revisser. Nous restons à votre disposition et vous remercions d’avoir

[GB] The two ready-made vertical bars and the tranversal upper bar are assembled and screwed in the
grooved corners.Take note that the slit-and-tongue joint and the mortise joint are well and tight joined.
Measure then the total width of the frame at the top. Adopt the same dimension for the metal bar that
you screw up on the floor ( see the drawing above).

[F] Les deux barres verticales coupées sur mesure et la barre transversale supérieure sont assemblées
et vissées dans les coins fraisés. Veillez à ce que les assemblages à mortaise et tenon soient
correctement et solidement réalisés. Mesurez alors la largeur du cadre au niveau de la partie supérieure.

[D] Die Einbauhöhe der einzelnen Fensterelemente ist so gewählt, dass 2 senkrechte Schnitte in der entsprechenden Breite ausreichen, um das Loch mit
der Stichsäge freizuschneiden. Wichtig:
Ausschnitte für zusätzlich eingebaute Fenster- und Türelemente sollten aus statischen Gründen einen Abstand von mindestens 30 cm zur Hausecke
aufweisen.
[GB] For structural reasons, the extra windows and extra doors must not be placed nearer than 30 cm from the corners of the summer house.
Use the same method to assemble the conservatory window. Because of its height, this door must be placed onto the third plank with the deep
groove at the top.
[F] Pour des raisons statiques, les fenêtres et les portes supplémentaires doivent être placées à plus de 30 cm des coins du pavillon.
Le procédé à suivre est le même pour le montage des fenêtres d’hiver. Veillez cependant à ce que cet élément soit inséré au niveau du troisième
madrier en partant du bas, en raison de sa hauteur.

[D] Schieben Sie das Fenster einfach in den Ausschnitt
der Bohlen. Zusätzlich werden die Halteleisten mit jeder
dritten Wandbohle verschraubt (Abb. 1+2). Montieren Sie
sofort bei den Doppeltüren die Feststeller, damit ein
Verziehen vermieden wird. Bei nachträglichem Einbau:
Lösen Sie außen am Blendrahmen des Fensters die
Schrauben und entfernen Sie die Abdeckleisten. Das
Fenster wird von innen in den Ausschnitt eingesetzt
(breite Leiste oben). Schrauben Sie nun die entfernten
Leisten in gleicher Weise wieder an.

[GB] Simply place the window into the opening that has
been cut out of the planks. The support battens are then
screwed onto every third wall plank (pic. 1 & 2). Immediately install door locks onto double doors to avoid any
buckling. Subsequent installation: loosen the screws on
the exterior of the window frame and remove the cover
strips. The window is fitted into the opening from the
inside (wide side up). Now replace the removed cover
strips as originally fixed.
[F] Glissez la fenêtre dans la fente du madrier. Il vous
faut visser les barres de fixation à chaque 3e madrier (sur
les 3e, 6e, 9e, etc… voir croquis 1 et 2). Si vous avez des
doubles-portes, montez de suite les manettes de blocage
afin d’éviter un écartement. Si vous faites le montage
après : dévissez côté extérieur, sur le cadre de la fenêtre,
les vis et sortez la barre de fixation. Vous montez la
fenêtre par l’intérieur en la plaçant dans la fente (barre
large en haut). Vissez ensuite les autres barres de la
même façon.

Alle Türelemente sind grundsätzlich nach außen aufgehend konstruiert. Die Einzeltüren rechts angeschlagen und im unteren
Bereich mit einem Metallquerprofil ausgestattet, welches direkt auf den Hausfußboden aufsetzt. Die angegebenen Einbaumaße
gehen immer von der absolut untersten Blockbohle der Hauswand aus.

[GB] All doors definitely open outwards. The door opens on the right side, with a metal bar on the floor. The assembly dimensions correspond to the exact dimensions of the opening to cut in the wall.

Toutes les portes sont définitivement conçues pour s’ouvrir sur l’extérieur. Les portes simples s’ouvrent à droite et sont agencées au sol avec une barre métallique transversale. Les dimensions données partent toujours du dernier madrier du mur.

[D] Auch hier lösen Sie die Halteleisten am Türrahmen und schieben das ganze
Rahmenelement in das ausgeschnittene Türloch. Das unten querlaufende
Metallprofil legt sich direkt auf den Fußboden und wird dort mit dem Bodenholz
an zwei bis drei Punkten verschraubt.
[GB] For the mounting of this doorset, loosen the cappings like for the windows
and insert the whole door frame in the hole. Put the metal bar onto the floor and
fix it with 3 screws.

[F] Dans ce cas, dévissez les baguettes et introduisez le cadre entier dans
l’ouverture. La barre métallique tranversale se pose directement sur le sol et
doit être vissée à deux ou trois emplacements du sol.

check that it opens well.
