Die Kilbi ist unabsichtlich banal wie
ein Festival, beliebt und speziell, in
Hochform im Dämmerlicht, am See
und auf den Feldern auch kuschelig,
und immer ein bisschen schemenhaft und unklar. Die Popmusik treibt
im Mittelpunkt, in frohen Farben
oder in verzerrtem Kleid. Es wird ge­rühmt, wir sind rücksichtslos und
bleiben uns treu. Doch man weiss
nicht viel und genau, es ist ein Geheimnis, auch für unsereins. Vielleicht ist es die Altmodigkeit, oder
wir drehen uns um und sagen: Hast
du Feuer? So ist Glamour, und wir
mögen das mit Humor.
Das Programm ist frisch, gross
und erweckt bei näherem Reinhören das Gefühl der Direktor sei
zurückgetreten. Es wirkt friedlich,
wird begeistern und hat was Bewegliches. Die Musik der programmierten Artisten hat die Qualität das
Publikum mit zunehmender Länge
der Nächte in Tanz- und Festlaune
zu versetzen. Der Tradition zuliebe
und der Langeweile zum Trotz, hat
ein Grossteil der geladenen und
musiziernden KünstlerInnen noch
nie in der Gegend gespielt.

KünstlerInnen aus vielen Nationen.

noch Bäuche tanzen!
Von Musik aus begeistert, wir
machen es so gerne, und das geht.
Es ist nicht ausschlaggebend über
schlechte Musik zu urteilen, sondern
sie nicht anzuhören. Falls in diesem
24. Programm trotzdem was hängen
blieb, geht spazieren, individuell
oder geführt.
Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle an die ganze freiwillige und immer
freundliche Helferschaft. Echtes
Teamwork ist, wenn niemand vom
anderen denkt dass er etwas nicht
kann. Das schaffen wir. Gemütlichkeit - der unpolitischste Begriff
überhaupt - wird installiert! In Tanzbarkeit für ein Schalleluja!

Sans faire exprès, le Kilbi est banal
comme un festival, populaire et
spécial, en pleine forme dans le crépuscule, douillet vers le lac et sur
les champs, et toujours un peu
schématique et vague. La musique
pop coule au centre, en couleurs
vives ou dans un habit déformé. Tressant des couronnes, nous sommes
sans merci et surtout fidèles à nousmêmes. Mais on ne sait que peu
de choses et justement, c’est un
secret, pour nous aussi. Peut-être
est-ce la ringardise, ou on se retourne pour demander : T’as du feu ?
Tel est le glamour, et nous le prenons avec humour.
Le programme est frais, grand
et donne un peu l’impression que le
directeur ait démissionné. Il semble
paisible, il ravira le monde et il dégage une certaine mobilité. La musique des artistes a la qualité de
mettre le public dans une ambiance
festive et dansante tandis que les
nuits s’allongent. Pour l’amour de
la tradition et contre l’ennui, une
grande partie des artistes invités
n’a jamais jouée dans la région.
NEUTRAL MILK HOTEL ou la
faute au folk traditionnel américain,
l’afro-folk psychédélique de GOAT
de Suède, la magie de la jeune drama
queen ANGEL OLSEN, le flowerpunk des BLACK LIPS, un électrosoul et rien que des tubes par
JUNGLE, nos âmes sœurs en bière
et héros de guitares MOGWAI dans
un nouveau costume, les plus grandes
lunettes appartiennent à R. STEVIE
MOORE et on vous laisse avec
beaucoup de curiosités, de psychédélisme, du technoïde, des guimbardises, du jazz ou du folk ou de la
bossa par des grandes artistes de
beaucoup de nations.
Le rock’n’roll a besoin de têtes
qui la perdent parfois. Rien que les
ventres qui dansent!
Exalté par la musique, on aime
le faire ainsi, et ça marche. Il n’est
pas décisif de juger la mauvaise
musique, mais de ne pas l’écouter.
Si malgré tout quelque chose vous
reste de ce 24ième programme, allez
vous promener, seul ou en laisse.
Du coup, un grand merci à tous
les bénévoles, toujours à votre
service et toujours aimables. Un vrai
travail en équipe, c’est quand personne pense de l’autre personne
qu’elle n’arrivera pas à le faire. Car
nous y arriverons.

The Kilbi is unintentionally banal
like a festival, popular and special,
in top form at dusk, cuddly at the
lake and on the fields, and always
a little bit apparitional and blurry.
The pop music is centric, painted in
cheery colours or in a warped dress.
There’s acclamation, we’re reckless
and remain true to ourselves.
However, one doesn’t know much
and exactly what; it’s a secret, for
us, too. Maybe it’s the old-fashioned
way, or we simply turn around and
ask: “Do you have a lighter?” That’s
glamour, and we like it peppered
with humour.
The program is big, fresh and
if you listen closely, it makes you
feel the director stepped down. It’s
peaceful, it will blow your mind and
it has something moving. There’s a
lot of quality music that will make
the audience dance more and more
the longer the nights go on. For the
sake of tradition, and in defiance of
boredom, a large part of the invited
artists have never played in the
region before.

hidden foul in traditional US-folk,
psychedelic afro-funk of GOAT
from Sweden, enchantment by the
young drama queen ANGEL OLSEN,
flower-punk from the BLACK LIPS,
electro-soul and hits only from
JUNGLE, our beer-soulmates slash
guitar heroes MOGWAI, the biggest
glasses belong to R. STEVIE MOORE
and much more exotic, psychedelic,
technoid, jaw’s harpist, jazz or folk
and bossa from big-shots coming from
many nations.
Rock’n’roll needs heads that
sometimes lose it. To a Kilbi with
dancing bellies only!
Enthusiastic by music, we just
love doing it and it works. It’s not decisive to judge bad music, but to just
not listen to it. So in case something
gets stuck in this 24th edition, go for
a walk, individually or guided.
At this time, a huge thanks goes
out to all the volunteers and always
friendly staff. Real teamwork is
when nobody thinks about someone
else, he or she can’t do it.
We’ll make it!
