Η Eveline Konstantinidis – Ziegler γεννήθηκε στο Winterthur και ζει εδώ
και 30 χρόνια στην Αθήνα.
Στην πρώτη ατομική της έκθεση παρουσιάζει τις φωτογραφίες της από
τα δύο πρώην μεγάλα ξενοδοχεία στην πλατεία Ομόνοιας, το « Μέγας
Αλέξανδρος » και το « Μπάγκειο ». Η φωτογράφος κατάφερε να
εισέλθει στο εσωτερικό αυτών τον εγκαταλελειμμένων νεοκλασικών
κτιρίων του Ernst Ziller και να τραβήξει φωτογραφίες με μια νοσταλγική
ματιά.
Τα έσοδα της έκθεσης θα δοθούν στο Μπάγκειο ΄Ιδρυμα για τον σκοπό
της ανακαίνισης των δύο κτιρίων.
Εγκαίνια 30 Οκτωβρίου στις 8.00μ.μ.

Beton7 Gallery presents the exhibition “The Other designs. Historical
authenticity as artistic project” curated by Heiko Schmid and Kostis
Stafylakis.
This Greek-Swiss exhibition is jointly conceived and curated by graduates
and members of the academic staff of the Zurich University of Arts and
the Athens School of Fine Arts. It includes interventions of various artists
(Natassa Biza, Vassilis Vlastaras, Romy Rüegger, Roland Regener).
The exhibition aims to contribute to the current re-examination of
historical authenticity by reflecting upon the status of national identity as
a kind of “artistic” setup. It is the second time (following the exhibition
“Dreaming of the Nation” in 2011) that Beton7 will have a collaboration
with partners from Switzerland.

Il 24 ottobre 2014 il Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Atene organizza in
collaborazione con l’Ambasciata Svizzera di Atene la Conferenza
“LETTERATURA ED EDITORIA DELLA SVIZZERA ITALIANA NELL’ERA
DIGITALE”.
Non si lasci sfuggire quest'occasione unica di assistere alla conferenza
della professoressa Paola Gilardi (Università di Zurigo).
È risaputo che l’avvento dei mezzi di comunicazione digitali ha mandato
in crisi case editrici e librerie. Ciononostante, proprio grazie all’e-book
oppure a iniziative editoriali online e a progetti cross-mediali, mai come
negli ultimi anni il fervore letterario nella Svizzera italiana è stato così
intenso, in particolare per quanto riguardala poesia. Tramite esempi
concreti, la conferenza illustra peculiarità ma anche pro e contro di
questa evoluzione.
Paola Gilardi è nata nel 1972 a Mendrisio (Cantone Ticino, Svizzera). Ha
compiuto i suoi studi in Italianistica, Germanistica e Scandinavistica
all’Università di Basilea. Attualmente insegna lingua e cultura italiana
presso l’Università delle Scienze Applicate di Zurigo (ZHAW). Il Istituto
Italiano di Cultura die Atene e l’Ambasciata Svizzera die Atene saranno
lieti dell’interesse manifestato e di una numerosa partecipazione.

20 Athens International Film Festival
The anniversary edition of the Athens International Film Festival - Opening Nights is
scheduled to take place September 17-28, featuring over 100 feature films from all over
the world, three competition sections, special tributes, documentaries and more than
60 homegrown shorts. It's worth noting that Opening Nights is one of the few festivals in
the world to feature a "Music & Film" competition section.
Two films of Swiss co-production will participate to the festival: Le Meraviglie by Alice
Rohrwacher (Italy, Switzerland, Germany) and
Patch by Gerd Cockell (Switzerland, Germany)

Το 10ο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Ψηφιακών Τεχνών και Νέων Μέσων, Athens Video Art Festival 2014
παρουσιάζει καλλιτέχνες από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό με κοινή αναφορά τις άπειρες
δυνατότητες που προσφέρουν τα νέα Μέσα αλλά και το πώς μπορούν αντίστοιχα να
αξιοποιηθούν από κάθε ηλικία.
Ο Ελβετός καλλιτέχνης Zimoun παρουσιάζει από την πρώτη ημέρα την αισθητηριακή
εγκατάσταση "80 prepared dc-motors, cotton balls, cardboard boxes" .Καθημερινά από τις 6μ.μ.
έως τις 7μ.μ. θα προβάλλεται σειρά ταινιών animation μεταξύ των οποίων η ταινία μικρού
μήκους "Espero” του Ελβετού Simone Giampaolo, ενώ στις 4.10 στις 7μ.μ. η Ελληνίδα καλλιτέχνης
Σόνια Ντόβα που ζει στη Ζυρίχη, θα παρουσιάσει την performance Sunhopers.

Το Ελβετικό ντοκιμαντέρ Stop-Over (L’Escale, 100’) θα ανοίξει το CineDoc 2014-2015. Η ταινία του
πρωτοεμφανιζόμενου Ελβετο-Ιρανού σκηνοθέτη Kaveh Bakhtiari, που παρουσιάστηκε στο
ο
επίσημο πρόγραμμα του Δεκαπενθήμερου των Σκηνοθετών στο 66 Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ
Κινηματογράφου των Καννών, έχει θέμα την άγνωστη καθημερινότητα των παράτυπων
μεταναστών στην Αθήνα.
Μετά την προβολή θα γίνει συζήτηση, την οποία θα συντονίσει η δημοσιογράφος Μαρία Ψαρά,
με τη συμμετοχή και της Διεθνούς Αμνηστίας, η οποία θα παρουσιάσει την εκστρατεία ΣΟΣ
Ευρώπη για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων των προσφύγων και των μεταναστών.
Θα ακολουθήσει, στο αίθριο του Γαλλικού Ινστιτούτου, το Migrant Kitchen (Κουζίνες των
Μεταναστών), μια εκδήλωση γνωριμίας με τις εθνικές κουζίνες των μεταναστών που ζουν στην πόλη μας, από το Culinary
Backstreets Athens.

Η βραδιά θα κλείσει με ζωντανή μουσική από τη λεκάνη της Μεσογείου και την Ανατολή με τον Μιχάλη Κλαπάκη και τα
Δάχτυλα της Εκάτης.
Η προβολή πραγματοποιείται με την υποστήριξη της Πρεσβείας της Ελβετίας και του Ελληνικού Τμήματος της Διεθνούς
Αμνηστίας.
Η ταινία προβάλλεται με ελληνικούς υποτίτλους.

Η Πρεσβεία της Ελβετίας στηρίζει ένα από τα διασημότερα και παλαιότερα φεστιβάλ της
Ελλάδας στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου συμβάλλοντας με χαρακτηριστικές για την χώρα
καλλιτεχνικές εκδηλώσεις.
Πιο αναλυτικά στο πρόγραμμα του Φεστιβάλ περιλαμβάνονται οι εξής ελβετικές εκδηλώσεις:

Έκθεση φωτογραφίας με υλικό από το αρχείο του Ελβετού
φωτογράφου Fred Boissonnas (1858-1946) με θέμα τον Όλυμπο
Πριν από εκατό χρόνια ο διάσημος Ελβετός φωτογράφος Fred
Boissonnas(1858-1946) και ο Ελβετός συγγραφέας και κριτικός
τέχνης Daniel Baud-Bovy (1870-1958), κατέκτησαν για πρώτη φορά
την υψηλότερη κορυφή του Ολύμπου με τη βοήθεια του οδηγού
Χρήστου Κάκκαλου (1882-1976) από το Λιτόχωρο.
Έτσι θα γιορτάσουμε αυτό το γεγονός, μεταφέροντας αυθεντικές
φωτογραφίες του Fred Boissonnas στην έκθεση που
πραγματοποιείται σε συνεργασία με το Μουσείο Φωτογραφίας
Θεσσαλονίκης, το οποίο είναι θεματοφύλακας του αρχείου

Hundred years ago, the famous Swiss photographer Fred Boissonnas(1858-1946) and the Swiss writer and art
critic Daniel Baud-Bovy (1870-1958) , reached for the first time the highest peak of Mount Olymp with the help of
their local mountain guide Christos Kakkalos (1882-1976). This event will be celebrated with an exhibition of
authentic photographs of Fred Boissonnas in collaboration with the Museum of Photography of Thessaloniki,
which is the depositary of his archives.

Χατζηιωάννου και η ομάδα του αναζητούν μία κοινωνική ουτοπία ισότητας και αλληλεγγύης και αναρωτιούνται αν

The Greek choreographer Kyriakos Hatzioannou, who originates from Litohoro, lives and works in Basel,

this production that is based on Bertold Brecht‘s political movie of the same name (1932), Mr. Hatzioannou and his
team are expressing their longing for a utopian society of equality and mutual providence and ask themselves, if
such a society could exist in reality.

Im 2010 gegründet, hat sich die Schweizer Gruppe Comiqu’Opéra die Förderung der lyrischen
Kunst auf ihre Fahnen geschrieben. Ihr Werk, „L’Opéra dans tous ses états“, kannte und kennt
seit 2011 einen grossen Erfolg, indem das Stück über hundert Mal in mehr als fünfzehn
verschiedenen Orten in der Schweiz und in
Frankreich
aufgeführt
wurde.

an
diversen
Theaterfestivals wie dem Festival OFF 2013
in Avignon, wo „L’Opéra dans tous ses
états“ grossen Erfolg beim Publikum
genoss.
Das Schauspiel zeigt, dass die Kunst der
Lyrik und des Humors bestens miteinander
harmonieren. Es führt allegro appassionato
in einer Mischung aus music-hall und caféconcert, lässt die grössten Komponisten
auftreten und gönnt weder dem Publikum
noch den Darstellern kaum eine Atempause. Eine fesselnde Sopran-Sängerin und ein
draufgängerischer Baryton, sowie ein zu verblüffenden Sprüngen fähiger Pianist, die allesamt
weit davon entfernt sind, eine als altmodisch geltende Kunst zu verhöhnen – dies alles bietet
„l’Opéra dans tous ses états“ auf humorvolle und frische Weise.

Der Schweizer Film „Les Grandes Ondes“, der Weltpremiere am Festival von Locarno im
August 2013 feierte, kam die Ehre zu, das 7. Avantgarde Filmfestivals der griechischen
Cinématheque im Oktober 2013 in Athen zu eröffnen. Aufgrund der erfolgreichen Aufführung
hat sich die Botschaft entschieden, den Film als Schweizer Beitrag im Rahmen des 15.
Frankophonie-Festivals zu präsentieren.
Auf Einladung der Botschaft wird Regisseur
Lionel Baier während der Vorführung
anwesend sein und im Anschluss an den Film
Fragen aus dem Publikum beantworten.
Gleichentags wird er zudem einen Workshop
für Studenten der Filmschule Lykourgos
Stavrakos (Teilnahme ist den Filmschülern
vorbehalten)
Inhalt des Films: Im April 1974 werden eine
junge feministisch geprägte Journalistin und
ein durchtriebener Reporter beim Schweizer Radio nach Portugal entsandt, um
Nachforschungen über die Hilfe der Eidgenossenschaft an arme Staaten zu stellen. Das
Zusammenleben an Bord des Busses, welcher von einem kurz vor der Pensionierung
stehenden Ingenieur gefahren wird, erweist sich als explosiv. Die von der Schweiz finanzierten
Projekte stellen sich als katastrophal heraus und die plötzlich ausgebrochene
Nelkenrevolution biegt die Sache auch nicht hin, so dass die Helden des Films gezwungen
sind, sich zu befreien, in erster Linie von der Leitung des Radios, vor allem aber auch von
ihrem eigenen Verhaltenskodex.

Artistes de graffiti suisses
dans le 2nd Athens Street Art Festival

30 artistes de graffiti étrangers et 30 grecs tentent à répondre de façon créative à la question
éloquente "Crise? Quelle Crise? " par la peinture des murs et des bâtiments à Athènes.
C'est le thème principal du 2nd Athens Street Art Festival 2014 qui a commencé le mois
dernier à Spata chez Smart Park et est maintenant entré dans sa deuxième phase avec
l'arrivée des artistes suisses qui vont peindre des bâtiments et des écoles d'Athènes. Quatre
graffeurs suisses distingués sont attendus en mars dans la Capitale grecque.
Il s’agit des artistes Bane, Robi and the dog, Safu et Chromeo qui vont peindre dans
Smart Park, (du 6 au 8 mars) à des lieux publiques et à des écoles de al municipalité de
Nikaia Redi (du 9 au 11 mars) et à l'École de Beaux-Arts d'Athènes (du 12 au 13 mars).
Le festival se terminera en juin. Jusque-là, 300 projets de graffiti,de peinture, d’installation et
de nouveaux médias seront réalisés.

En aborigène, Eraritjaritjaka désigne le sentiment d’être empli du désir pour quelque chose
qui s’est perdu. Heiner Goebbels a fait de l’expression le titre de sa création autour des écrits
d’Elias Canetti, matière à une nouvelle œuvre à la fois ambitieuse et sobre. Les réflexions
fragmentées de Canetti, véritables constellations mêlant intime et philosophie, science et
conscience, se nourrissent ici des interférences intrigantes entre la musique jouée sur scène
par le Quatuor Mondriaan, la présence granitique de l’acteur André Wilms et un dispositif
vidéo qui conditionne totalement le décor. Avec l’exigence de faire résonner physiquement la
pensée d’Elias Canetti à travers ce tour de force scénographique, Goebbels nous emmène
dans le vif d’une pluridisciplinarité dont il n’a pas fini d’épuiser les ressorts. En 2005, l’artiste
a reçu le Grand Prix de la Critique Française pour le meilleur spectacle étranger avec
Eraritjaritjaka.

Film documentaire suisse More than Honey

L’Ambassade de Suisse présentera en collaboration avec le Goethe-Zentrum de Chania et
la Periphérie de Crête le film documentaire suisse More than Honey de Markus Imhoof qui
a reçu de nombreux prix en Suisse et à l’étranger (Swiss Film Award, Best Documentary
2013, Deutscher Filmpreis LOLA Bester Dokumentarfilm 2013 , UK Green Film Festivals,
Audience Award 2013 etc.) L’événement aura lieu le 22 février 2014, au Centre Culturel
de Chania en la présence Le Chef de Mission Adjoint de l’Ambassade de Suisse, Philipp
Stalder.
Résumé du film : Depuis trois ans, les abeilles meurent dans le monde entier. On s’interroge sur les
causes, mais une chose au moins est sûre: l'enjeu se situe bien au-delà qu’une poignée d’insectes
morts ou un peu de miel. En quête de réponses, le film nous emmène à la rencontre de personnes qui
vivent avec les abeilles et grâce à elles. Tous parlent de l’extinction des abeilles. Le film raconte leur
vie. Et la nôtre.
La projection sera suivie par une discussion.

Concert des lauréats du concours de flûte « Urs Rüttimann 2013 »

Le flûtiste suisse, Urs Rüttimann (1937-2012) a vécu et travaillé en Grèce depuis 1965 et
pendant 40 ans comme première flûte à l’Orchestre National et à l’Orchestre Symphonique
d’ ERT, ainsi que comme professeur de flûte au Conservatoire d’Athènes. En se basant sur
la tradition de flûte française, Rüttimann a recréé de fond en comble l’Ecole de flûte en
Grèce au sein du Conservatoire.
Ses élèves et le Conservatoire d’Athènes ont organisé avec le soutien de l’Ambassade de
Suisse en avril 2013 en mémoire de leur professeur un concours de flûte adressé aux jeunes
flûtistes de toute la Grèce.
Au concert deux des lauréats du concours, Mme Théodora Iordanidou (1er prix catégorie A)
et M. Antonis Akrivopoulos (1er prix catégorie C) joueront de G.Ph. Telemann, G.F. Haendel.
G. Fauré, L. Berio, C.Reinecke, S. Karg-Elert, E. Burton. A. Piazzolla.
