Congress and Exhibition NCC Ost NürnbergMesse July 2
Congress and Exhibition NCC Ost NürnbergMesse July 2 - 3, 2014 Invitation Digitization in Medicine Medicine and innovation – these terms are inseparably linked. In each phase of the history of medicine, the continuous expansion of medical knowledge and the development of technical solutions have played a central role. From the very beginning, medicine has been characterised by a high level of interdisciplinarity. In recent years, a comparatively new discipline has evolved as the main driver of innovation in medicine: the opportunities of information technology have triggered a trend towards digitization in all areas of the healthcare industry, the highlight of which is yet to come. Following this trend, “Digital Health“ in its various facets and application fields will be a priority theme of the “Medizin Innovativ – MedTech Pharma 2014“ congress. With nearly 1,000 participants, the congress has become one of the most important meeting points for the health sector in recent years. Combining a series of lectures on scientifictechnical and operational market-related topics with a large exhibition with over 100 exhibitors, the congress provides ideal conditions to Prof. Dr. med. Michael Nerlich Chairman of the Executive Committee Forum MedTech Pharma e.V. connect participants from various disciplines. The variety of participants from company representatives to scientists and clinical users has been a unique feature from the beginning of the congress. The two intensive and highly efficient days of the “Medizin Innovativ“ congress give international participants the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and expand their contact network, giving them a competitive edge in the global market. The congress is supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology. As in previous years, the BMBF Symposium “Medi-WING – Nano & Materials Research“ is included in the congress agenda. We invite you to join us at the “Medizin Innovativ – MedTech Pharma 2014” congress in Nuremberg! Prof. Dr. Werner Klaffke CEO Bayern Innovativ GmbH Dr. Thomas Feigl CEO Forum MedTech Pharma e.V.
