RECESSO PIAZZOLE A RISERVAZIONE
Se l’ospite dovesse rinunciare alla prenotazione della Piazzola a Riservazione, avrà diritto al rimborso del 80% del deposito versato (€ 200,00) qualora la disdetta venga notificata (per lettera, fax
o e-mail) all’Europa Camping Village almeno 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo; il 20% sarà trattenuto a titolo di penale. Nessun rimborso spetterà a chi rinuncia nei 29 giorni precedenti l’inizio
del soggiorno o in caso di mancato arrivo.
RECESSO UNITA’ ABITATIVE
L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione ha diritto al rimborso del deposito a cauzione versato (30% importo totale prenotazione) esclusivamente quando la comunicazione scritta viene inviata a
all’ EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE , mediante lettera, fax o e-mail, almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione. In tale ipotesi di rimborso EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE avrà
comunque diritto a trattenere la somma di Euro 100,00 a titolo di spese di prenotazione. L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione con comunicazione scritta di rinuncia inviata a EUROPA CAMPING
VILLAGE dal 29° giorno al 15° giorno precedente la data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione avrà diritto al rimborso del 50% dell’importo del deposito a cauzione versato. Il rimanente 50% con
un minimo di Euro 100,00 sarà trattenuto da EUROPACAMPING VILLAGE a titolo di penale. L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione con comunicazione scritta inviata a EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE
nei 14 giorni precedenti la data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione ovvero che non usufruisce del soggiorno prenotato non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso, con diritto di EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE
a trattenere il deposito a cauzione versato a titolo di penale.
• Il Bungalow/la Caravan/la Maxi-Caravan sarà disponibile dalle ore 17.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza. La piazzola sarà disponibile
dalle ore 15.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere lasciata libera entro le ore 12.00 del giorno di partenza.
• Non sono ammessi animali nelle Ecolife Houses, nei Bungalows , nelle Ecolife Units , nelle Maxi Caravans in affitto eccetto le Maxi caravan Willerby ROY e nella Bungalow TORO 123
• In caso di ritardo nell’arrivo, il Cliente ne informerà telefonicamente la Direzione del Campeggio; in difetto di ciò l’unità prenotata sarà tenuta libera fino alle ore 15.00 del giorno successivo e
non oltre.
• Nessun rimborso sarà dovuto in caso di partenza anticipata o di ritardato arrivo, quando non vi sia diretta responsabilità del Campeggio.
• Le dotazioni ed attrezzature accessorie sono elencate in inventario esposto nell’alloggio. In caso di rottura o smarrimento il cliente deve rifondere il valore in denaro. Riparazioni e sostituzioni
sono esclusivocompito della direzione.
• I costi di pulizia finale non sono compresi nella tariffa di soggiorno. Per le Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY e BUNGALOW TORO N. 123 verrà applicato un costo obbligatorio di disinfezione di€ 30,00.
Se alla partenza l’alloggio non è pulito, vengono addebitati i costi di pulizia € 40,00).
• La conferma definitiva dell’ordine di prenotazione costituisce accettazione delle condizioni sopra esposte.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights

CANCELLATION PITCHES ON RESERVATION
If you wish to cancel a booking of a Pitch on reservation (€ 200,00) you will be entitled to 80% reimbursement of the deposit, provided that cancellation (by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa
Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 20% shall be retained as penalty. No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of a booking during the 29 days before the beginning
of the stay or in the event of failure to arrive.
CANCELLATION ACCOMODATIONS
Guests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid (30% of the full amount of the reservation) if written notification is sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE via letter,
fax or email at least 30 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking. EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will nonetheless have the right to retain the sum of € 100.00 to cover reservation costs.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notifi cation sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE between 29 days and 15 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to a
refund of 50% of the deposit paid. The remaining 50%, with a minimum amount of € 100.00, will be retained by EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE as penalty. Guests who cancel their booking with

• The accomodation will be ready for occupation from 05.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. The pitch will be ready for occupation from
03.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• No animals are admitted in the Ecolife Houses, in the Bungalows, in der Ecolife Units nor in the rent Maxi-Caravans except for Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY and in the Bungalow TORO 123.
• In case of late arrival please inform the staff of the campsite by telephone; otherwise the accomodation or the pitch will be held over until 03.00 p.m. next day, at latest.
• No reimboursement can be pretended neither in case of earlier departure nor of late arrival, so far the Camp-Management cannot be called responsible for the fact.
• Each accomodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the demage. Replacements and repairs are reserved to the management.
• Final cleaning is not included. For the Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY and BUNGALOW TORO N. 123 compulsory disinfection’s charge € 30,00. If the accomodation is not clean at the departure,
the client will be charged with cleaning costs (€ 40,00).
• The final reservation implies the tacit acceptance of the above mentioned terms.
• Mindestaufenthaltsdauer: 7 Nächte

• Bei der endgültigen Buchung ist eine Kaution erforderlich, welche an Camping Europa Cavallino S.r.l. - Via Fausta, 332 – I - 30013 CAVALLINO TREPORTI - Venezia überwiesen werden muß.
RÜCKTRITT VON DER BUCHUNG STELLPLÄTZE AUF RESERVIERUNG
Falls eine Reservierung storniert wird und dies der Campingleitung per Brief, Fax oder E-mail 30 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft mitgeteilt wird, hat der Gast Anrecht auf die Rückerstattung von
80% der geleisteten Anzahlung (€ 200,00); 20% werden entschädigungshalber einbehalten. Keine Rückerstattung erfolgt bei Absage während der 29 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts oder
bei Nichtankunft.
RÜCKTRITT VON DER BUCHUNG UNTERKÜNFTE
Bei Absagen, die mindestens 30 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstermin auf dem schriftlichen Weg (per Brief, Fax oder E-Mail) beim eingehen, hat der Gast das Recht auf Rückerstattung
der geleisteten Kaution (30% des Gesamtbetraes der Reservierung). Der to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE behält Euro 100,00 als Reservierungskosten ein. Der Gast, der seine Rücktrittserklärung
zwischen dem 29. und 15. Tag vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE übermittelt, hat das Recht auf die Rückerstattung von 50% des
geleisteten Kautionsbetrages. Die verbleibenden 50%, mit einem Mindestbetrag von Euro 100,00, werden vom to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE als Stornogebühren einbehalten. Der Gast, der seine
Rücktrittserklärung in den letzten 14 Tagen vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE übermittelt oder gar nicht anreist, hat keinerlei Recht auf
Rückerstattung. to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE behält in diesem Fall die gesamte geleistete Kaution als Stornogebühren ein.
• Der Bungalow/der Caravan/der Maxi-Caravan wird dem Mieter ab 17.00 Uhr des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestellt und muss vor 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden. Der Stellplatz
wird dem mieter ab 15.00 Uhr des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestelt und muss vor 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden.
• In den gemieteten Ecolife Houses, Bungalows, Ecolife Units und Maxi-Caravans sind Tiere nicht zugelassen mit Ausnahme der Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY und Bungalow TORO (N. 123).
• Sollte der Gast am gebuchten Tag spät oder gar nicht ankommen, verständigt er rechtzeitig die Campingverwaltung; anderenfalls wird die Wohnung oder der Stellplatz bis spätestens 15.00
Uhr des nächsten Tages freigehalten und dann weitervermietet.
• Keine Rückzahlung kann vom Mieter weder für spätere Ankunft noch für vorzeitige Abreise beansprucht werden, angenommen die Platzverwaltung ist dafür verantwortlich.
• Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in der Inventarliste der Wohnung eingetragen. Im Falle von Beschädigung oder Verlust ist der Kunde gehalten den Gegenwer zu bezahlen. Reparaturen und
Wiederversorgungen dürfen nur von der Direktion vorgenommen werden.
• Die Endreinigung ist in der Aufenthaltsgebühr nicht inbegriffen. Für die Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY und BUNGALOW TORO N. 123 obligatorische Desinfektion spesen € 30,00. Wenn die
Unterkunft bei der Abfahrt nicht sauber ist, werden Reinigungskosten berechnet (€ 40,00).
• Bei der endgültigen Buchungsbestätigung erklärt sich der gast mit den o.e. Bedingungen einverstanden.
• Location: minimum 7 nuits

ANNULATION EMPLACEMENTS À RÉSERVATION
En cas de désistement, le camping rembourse 80% de l’acompte versé (€ 200,00), si la dédite est signalée au Europa Camping Village (par lettre, par fax ou par e-mail) au moins 30 jours avant
la date d’arrivée. Le camping retient 20% à titre de pénalisation. Aucun remboursement n’est prévu pour les personnes qui décommandent leur réservation dans les 29 jours précédant le début
de leur séjour ou qui ne se présentent pas
ANNULATION LOGEMENTS
Le Client qui annule sa réservation a droit au remboursement des sommes versées à titre d’arrhes (30% du tolal de la réservation) exclusivement si la communication d’annulation est transmise
à EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE, par lettre, fax ou e-mail, au moins 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée indiquée sur la réservation. Dans ce cas, la somme de 100,00 euros restera néanmoins acquise
à EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE à titre de frais de réservation. Si l’annulation de la réservation est communiquée à EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE entre le 29e jour et le 15e jour précédant la date
d’arrivée indiquée sur la réservation, EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE remboursera 50 % du montant des sommes versées à titre d’arrhes. Les 50 % restants, avec un minimum de 100,00 euros,
seront retenus par EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE à titre de pénalité.
Si l’annulation de la réservation est communiquée à EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE dans les 14 jours précédant la date d’arrivée indiquée sur la réservation ou si le Client ne se présente pas, aucun
remboursement ne sera dû et EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE se réserve le droit de retenir les arrhes déjà versées par le Client à titre de pénalité.
• Le locataire occupera le Bungalow/la Caravans/la Maxi-caravan à partir de17.00 heures, le jour de son arrivée, et devra le quitter avant 10.00 heures le jour du départ. Le locataire occupera
l’emplacement à partir de 15.00 heures, le jour de son arrivée, et devra le quitter avant 12.00 heures le jour du départ.
• Les animaux ne sont admis ni dans les Ecolife Houses, Bungalows, Ecolife Units, ni même dans les maxi-caravans en location excepté les Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY et le TORO (N. 123).
• Si le Client n’ arrive pas à la date convenue, l’habitation ou l’emplacement reservée sera tenue vacant jusqu’à 15.00 heures – au plus tard – le jour suivant, à moins que le bureau de récéption
n’ait été informé en dû temps.
• Aucun remboursement ne peut être revendiqué par le locataire s’il a retardé son arrivée ou s’il a quitté d’avance, à moins que le contre-temps soit imputable à l’Organisation du Camping.
• Les équipements et services supplémentaires sont indiqués dans un inventaire exposé dans le logement. En cas de perte ou de bris des objets ou des équipements mis à disposition, le client
doit donner en liquide la sommé équivalant à la valeur de l’objets ou équipements.
• Les frais de ménage ne sont pas compris dans le prix du séjour. Pour les Maxi-caravans Willerby ROY et BUNGALOW TORO N. 123 frais de desinfection obligatorire € 30,00. Si le logement
n’est pas propre au moment du départ, les frais de ménage sont à la charge du client (€ 40,00).
• Le versement des arrhes de part du Client implique l’acceptation des conditions ci-dessus posées.
