After her extensive mental peregrinations and
much soul-searching Canadian woman of German
descent, Monika Schaefer, finally confronted the
big daddy-monster of all beliefs: the JEWISH
HOLOCAUST. She has now expressed her agonizing
sadness about not having believed her parents’

Dear Editor,
I feel compelled to write a response to Paul Fromm, a
“notorious white supremacist” who says I am a disgrace.
I am proud of the work I do with veterans on a daily
basis. I have great respect for their sacrifices. As for his
judgment, I will leave the next generation to write the
history of my actions, not create a work of fiction, which
is obviously a specialty of Monika Schaefer and Fromm.
A quick Google search, which Fromm suggests we all
should do, quickly reveals Schaefer’s and Fromm’s beliefs
and supporters–white supremacists and anti-Semites. Is
this not enough of a reason to worry or fear? Fromm or
Schaefer do not have the right to tell us how we should
feel about the hatred they peddle. They do have the right
to free expression, but not the right to the public
incitement of hatred. In the criminal code of Canada, 319
(2) the wilful promotion of hatred (2) everyone who, by
communicating
statements,
other
than
private
conversation, willfully promotes hatred against any
identifiable group.
As for my motivation, I think the German Pastor Martin
Niemoller said it best:
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak
out– Because I am not a Socialist.
Then they came for the trade Unionists, and I did not
speak out– Because I am not a trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out–
Because I am not a Jew.
Then they came for me and there was no one left to
speak out.
I am Atheist, Jewish, Muslim, and Christian. I am black,
white, Asian and Aboriginal. I am gay and straight. I am
Canadian. I am humanity and I will speak out.

In response to Ken Kuzminski’s comment “I will speak
out” he failed logically to conclude with:

Monika Schaefer will now face Ritual Defamation
beginning at the community level, as is the practice of
those who fear an open debate on matters Holocaust.
That Ken Kuzminski pulls out the “racist”, “White
supremacist”, and “anti-Semite” cards is to be expected
of those who begin the Ritual Defamation process against
a member of their community.
By slandering another’s beliefs without opening himself
up to what Monika or Fromm are saying is the easy way
out because such an approach does not facilitate any
self-reflection. This enables individuals to ask the further
fundamental question: Could my belief be wrong?
Factual truths don’t matter in Kuzminski’s smear job
because we are here battling belief systems from which
Monika Schaefer has liberated herself so successfully
especially from one specific such belief system, namely
Holocaust.
Why would you need legally to protect the Holocaust
narrative when the event is a factuality? I am certain
that both Monika Schaefer and Paul Fromm do not
dispute that many groups suffered during World War
Two. All war is a systematic extermination process – and
so how can the German people be excluded from such a
Holocaust?

This summer is actually the first time in Jasper's history
that busking is legal. For some strange reason, it has
never been legal to busk in Jasper. It had something to
do with Parks Canada (national park) regulations. If
anybody tried busking, they would be immediately shut
down.
Years ago I started to lobby the municipal government
here to get-with-the-program and legalize busking. What
possible harm could come from such an activity?
Subversive maybe? It seemed like a win-win situation to
me. I gave a presentation to town council, outlining the
positive effects of having such an activity in this beautiful
town in the middle of a national park, and I even gave
suggestions of how the licencing process could involve
options - for example, a short-term licence for visiting
musicians, and seasonal licence for resident musicians. I
outlined that they could have designated spots for
busking activities, much like in other cities and towns all
over the world. Over the years, I occasionally reminded
them and querried them about the busking issue.
It took a long time, but finally, just this summer, it
happened! In about the second week of July, they began
to issue busking permits. Imagine my surprise when I
was declined a permit!
There is something else I can add about this whole
situation. I have lived here for 35 years, most of my
adult life. I cannot even begin to count the number of
times that I have given my music voluntarily to this
community. Everything from playing on a regular basis

for the seniors in the long term care facility, to playing at
countless community dinners, to playing at many many
fundraisers for all kinds of causes. When people asked
me to play, I did so with joy and enthusiasm. In the
schools, in the hospital, in the churches, and in various
facilities all over town. I played for children, I played for
the old and I played for the sick and dying.
Everyone appreciated my music, and I loved giving it. I
will happily continue to give my music in any and all of
those situations again. However, just when I was looking
forward to being able to spend time on the sidewalk
downtown playing for tourists who might be inclined to
toss a coin into the case, I am no longer welcome to
play. The Irony of it all!
Fredrick Töben comments: Anyone who is aware of Ritual
Defamation knows full well that this process begins at
the community level, and newspapers are drawn into it.
An editor who still has moral and intellectual courage will
adhere to the basic Common Law principle of Natural
Justice, i.e. giving someone a right of reply. Let's hope
this newspaper's editor can stand the stress of facing
such a challenge and stand firm in maintaining
objectivity in this brewing local conflict.

Adolf Hitler, swept into power by an appeal to elemental
patriotism, is making history of a kind he least expected.
Thinking to unite only the German nation to race

The appearance of the Swastika symbol of a new Germany has
called forth the Lion of Judah, the old battle symbol of Jewish
defiance.
Fourteen million Jews dispersed throughout the world have
banded together as one man to declare war on the German
persecutors of their co-religionists. Sectional differences and
antagonisms have been submerged in one common aim - to
stand by the 600,000 Jews of Germany who are terrorised by
Hitlerist anti-Semitism, and to compel Fascist Germany to end
its campaign of violence and suppression directed against its
Jewish minority.
World Jewry has made up its mind not to rest quiescent in face
of this revival of medieval Jew-baiting.
Germany may be called on to pay a heavy price for Hitler's
antagonism to the Jews. She is faced with an International
boycott in commerce, finance, and ministry. She may find
herself in spiritual and cultural isolation, recoiling before the
burning crusade that Jews of all lands are launching in defence
of their afflicted brethren.
The Jewish merchant prince is leaving his counting-house, the
banker his board-room, the shopkeeper his store, and the pedlar
his humble barrow a holy war to combat the Hitlerist enemies of
the Jew.
CONCERTED ACTION
Plans for concerted Jewish action are being matured in Europe
and America to strike back in reprisal at Hitlerist Germany.
In London, New York, Paris, and Warsaw, Jewish merchants are
uniting for a commercial crusade against Germany
Resolutions are being taken throughout the Jewish business
world to seve trade relations with Germany.
Large numbers of merchants in London have resolved to stop
buying German goods, even at the cost of suffering heavy loss.
Similar action is being taken throughout the United States. Mass
meetings in New York and other American cities attended by
hundreds of thousands of indignant Jews, have called for a
wholesale boycott of German goods. In Poland the trade
embargo on Germany is already in operation. In France a
proposed ban on German imports is being widely canvassed in
Jewish circles.

A concerted world boycott by Jewish buyers is likely to involve
grave damage to the German export trade. Jewish merchants all
over the world are large buyers of German manufactured goods,
chiefly cotton goods, silks, toys, electrical fittings, and furniture.
A meeting of the Jewish textile trade in London has been called
for Monday to consider the situation and to determine what
steps should be taken in regard to Germany.
SHIPPING THREAT
Germany is a heavy borrower in foreign money markets, where
Jewish effluence is considerable. Continued anti-Semitism in
Germany is likely to react seriously against her. A move is on
foot on the part of Jewish financiers action to stop.
Germany's Transatlantic shipping traffic is likewise threatened.
The Bremen and the Europa, the German crack liners, may
suffer heavily from a Jewish anti-German boycott. Jewish transocean travellers from an important part of the patrons of these
liners because of their extensive part in international trade. The
loss of their patronage would be a heavy blow to Germany's
Atlantic trade.
World-wide preparations are being made to organise great
Jewish demonstrations of protest to call attention to the
sufferings of the German Jews at the hands of the Hitlerites, and
to demand action to stop German anti-Semitism.
The whole of American Jewry has been roused to an
unprecedented heat of indignation agents Germany. A rabbinical
decree in New York has made next Monday a day of fasting and
prayer over the Hitler campaign.
Fasting will begin on Sunday at sunset and finish at sunset on
Monday. All Jewish shops in New York will be closed on Monday
during a parade.
Apart from a monster meeting in Madison Square Garden,
meetings are to be held in 300 American cities.
Madison Square Garden will see the remarkable sight of Bishop
Manning peaking from a Jewish platform appealing for an end of
the Hitler "terror".
Every Rabbi in the City of New York has been placed under a
scared obligation by Rabbinical decree to devote Saturday's
sermon to the plight of the Jews in Germany.
The "New York Times" this morning says a list of a thousand
German immigrations who have come to the United States
during recent years has been compiled by an overseas Nazi
organisation, the object being to use these people for Nazi
propaganda in the United States.
SPECIAL SESSION
The organisation of Jewish youth in Britain is organising
demonstrations in London and the provinces during the weekend.
The Board of Deputies of British Jews, representing the entire
Jewish community in Great Britain, is meeting in special session
on Sunday to discuss the German situation and decide on what
action is to be taken to counteract the attacks on their German
fellow Jews.
Members of the American House of Representatives are
introduction resolutions protesting against the anti-Jewish
express in Germany. The American trade unions, representing
3,000,000 workers, have also decided to join in the protests.
Representative Jewish organisations in the European capitals are
understood in to be making representations to their respective
Governments to use influence with the Hitler Cabinet to induce it
to call a halt in the oppression of the German Jews.
The old and reunited people of Israel are rising with new and
modern weapons to fight this age old battle with their
persecutors.

Geschichte” und das gewaltigste Abzock-Unternehmen

Devil” durchbricht er alle strafrechtlichen Tabus. Er
schreibt:

hinreichende Gründe, um eine Diskussion zu verbieten!
Nein; solche Gesetze wurden verabschiedet, weil die
Entlarvung dieser größten aller Lügen Fragen über so
viele andere Lügen nach sich ziehen und den
Zusammenbruch des ganzen brüchigen Gebäudes
heraufbeschwören könnte.”
Dieses Buch leistet vielleicht den entscheidenden Beitrag,
“die größte Lüge der Geschichte” endgültig zu
zerschlagen. Menuhin könnte anderen Prominenten
Vorbild sein, endlich die Wahrheit zu sagen und dazu
beizutragen, die Befreiung der ganzen Menschheit
einzuleiten.
Menuhin weiter: “Während die Völker der Welt sich in
endlosen Kriegen aufzehren, werden die Bankster durch
dieses Blut-Gold immer reicher. Die Menschen der Welt
sind
von
den
für
ihre
Existenz
bedeutsamen
Entscheidungsprozessen vollkommen ausgeschlossen
worden. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, in welchem System
der Normalmensch heute lebt, ob in einer Demokratie,
Republik, Theokratie oder Diktatur. Immer wird die
herrschende Elite stärker und reicher, während die für
die Wertschöpfung verantwortlichen Bevölkerungen
kaum noch überleben können. Hinter den Kulissen
kontrollieren ethnische Strippenzieher ihre Marionetten,
die sie an die Schaltstellen unserer Systeme gesetzt
haben. Wie konnte die Welt in diesem Sumpf versinken?
Wer hätte uns dieses Schicksal ersparen können und was
können wir heute für unsere Rettung noch tun?”

The ICTY’s exoneration of the late Slobodan Milosevic, the
former President of Yugoslavia, for war crimes committed in the
Bosnia war, proves again we should take NATO claims regarding
its ’official enemies’ not with a pinch of salt, but a huge lorry
load.
For the past twenty odd years, neocon commentators and
'liberal interventionist' pundits have been telling us at every
possible opportunity, that Milosevic (a democratically elected
leader in a country where over 20 political parties freely
operated) was an evil genocidal dictator who was to blame for
ALL the deaths in the Balkans in the 1990s. Repeat after me in a
robotic voice (while making robotic arm movements):
'Milosevic's
genocidal
aggression'
'Milosevic's
genocidal
aggression'.
But the official narrative, just like the one that told us that in
2003, Iraq had WMDs which could be launched within 45
minutes, was a deceitful one, designed to justify a regime
change-op which the Western elites had long desired.
The ICTY’s conclusion, that one of the most demonized figures
of the modern era was innocent of the most heinous crimes he
was accused of, really should have made headlines across the
world. But it hasn‘t. Even the ICTY buried it, deep in its 2,590
page verdict in the trial of Bosnian Serb leader Radovan
Karadzic who was convicted in March of genocide (at
Srebrenica), war crimes and crimes against humanity.
There was no official announcement or press conference
regarding Milosevic‘s exoneration. We’ve got journalist and
researcher Andy Wilcoxson to thank for flagging it up for us.
How very different it all was when the trial of the so-called
‘Butcher of the Balkans’, began in February 2002! Then, you‘d
have to have been locked in a wardrobe not to be aware of what
was going on.
CNN provided blanket coverage of what was described as “the
most important trial since Nuremberg.” Of course, Milosevic’s
guilt was taken as a given. “When the sentence comes and he
disappears into that cell, no one is going to hear from him
again,” declared US lawyer Judith Armatta from the Coalition for
International Justice, an organization which had the former US

Ambassador to Yugoslavia, Warren Zimmerman, as an advisory
board member.
Anyone who dared to challenge the NATO line was labeled a
“Milosevic apologist”, or worse still, a “genocide denier”, by
‘Imperial Truth Enforcers’.
But amid all the blather and the hype surrounding the ’trial of
the century’ it soon became apparent the prosecution was in
deep, deep trouble. The Sunday Times quoted a legal expert
who claimed that “Eighty percent of the prosecution’s opening
statements would have been dismissed by a British court as
hearsay.” That, I believe, was a generous assessment.
The problem was that this was a show trial, one in which
geopolitics came before hard evidence. It’s important to
remember that the original indictment against Milosevic in
relation to alleged Kosovo war crimes/genocide was issued in
May 1999, at the height of the NATO bombing campaign against
Yugoslavia and at a time when war was not going to plan for the
US and its allies.

The indictment was clearly designed to exert pressure on
Milosevic to cave into NATO’s demands.
The trouble for NATO was that by the time Milosevic’s trial was
due to start, the Kosovo narrative had already unraveled. The
lurid claims made by the US and its allies about genocide and
hundreds of thousands being killed, catalogued by the great
John Pilger here, had been shown to be false. In September
2001, a UN court officially held that there had been no genocide
in Kosovo.
So in an attempt to beef up their weakening case against
Milosevic the prosecutors at The Hague had to bring in new
charges relating to the war in Bosnia, accusing ‘Slobo’ of being
part of a ‘joint criminal conspiracy’ to kill/ethnically cleanse
Bosnian Croats and Bosnian Muslims in pursuance of a ’Greater
Serbia’ project.
In normal criminal prosecutions evidence is collected and then,
if it’s deemed sufficient, charges are brought. But the opposite
happened in the case of Milosevic: he was charged for political
reasons and the hunt for evidence then followed.
The irony is that the former Yugoslav President had already
been praised by President Clinton for his role in brokering a
peace deal in Bosnia in 1995, which was signed in Dayton, Ohio.
The truth is that Milosevic was no hardcore Serb nationalist but
a lifelong socialist, whose commitment was always to a multiracial, multi-ethnic Yugoslavia.
Radovan Karadzic deserves punishment - but what about the
Neocons?
His aim throughout his time in power was not to build a ’Greater
Serbia‘, but to try and keep Federal Yugoslavia together, as the
ICTY now belatedly acknowledges.
Not only was Milosevic not responsible for ethnic cleansing
which took place in Bosnia, he actually spoke out against it. The
ICTY noted Milosevic’s “repeated criticism and disapproval of the
policies made by the Accused (Karadzic) and the Bosnian Serb
leadership.” Milosevic, a man for whom all forms of racism were
anathema, insisted that all ethnicities must be protected.

But in order to punish Milosevic and to warn others of the
consequences if they dared to oppose US power, history had to
be re-written. The pro-Yugoslavia socialist who had opposed the
policies of the Bosnian Serb leadership had to be turned,
retrospectively, into the villain of the Bosnian War and indeed
blamed for all the bloodshed which took place in the Balkans.
Meanwhile, the aforementioned US Ambassador Warren
Zimmerman, whose malign intervention to scupper a diplomatic
solution helped trigger the Bosnian conflict got off scot-free.
The ‘Blame it All on Slobo’ campaign saw facts simply thrown
out of the window. One article, written, I kid ye not, by an
Oxford University Professor of European Studies even had
Milosevic as leader of Yugoslavia in 1991 (the year that Slovenia
broke away). In fact the Bosnian Croat, Ante Markovic, was the
leader of the country at the time.
Inevitably, Milosevic was likened to Hitler. “It was just like
watching the evil strutting Adolf Hitler in action,” wrote the
News of the World’s political editor, when Milosevic had the
temerity to defend himself in court. “There were chilling flashes
of the World War Two Nazi monster as the deposed Serb tyrant
harangued the court.”
To make sure readers did get the Milosevic=Hitler point, the
News of the World illustrated their diatribe with a picture of
Hitler ‘The Butcher of Berlin’, in front of a concentration camp,
with a picture of Milosevic ‘The Butcher of Belgrade’
superimposed on a picture of a Bosnian concentration camp.
Which in fact, he had nothing to do with.
Very conveniently for the prosecution, Milosevic died suddenly in
his cell in March 2006.
Going by what we had seen at the trial up to that point, it’s
inconceivable that a guilty sentence could have been passed. A
whole succession of ’smoking gun’ witnesses had turned out to
be dampest of damp squibs.

Star witness Ratomir Tanic was exposed as being in the pay of
Western security forces, whilst ex-Yugoslav secret police chief
Rade Markovic, the man who was finally going to spill the beans
on Milosevic and reveal how his former master had ordered the
expulsion of ethnic Albanians from Kosovo, in fact did the
opposite and testified that he had been tortured to tell lies and
that his written statement had been falsified by the prosecution.
In addition, as I noted here, the former head of security in the
Yugoslav army, General Geza Farkas (an ethnic Hungarian),
testified that all Yugoslav soldiers in Kosovo had been handed a
document explaining international humanitarian law, and that
they were ordered to disobey any orders which violated it.
Farkas also said that Milosevic ordered no paramilitary groups
should be permitted to operate anywhere in Kosovo.
When Milosevic died, his accusers claimed he had “cheated
justice”. But in fact, as the ICTY has now confirmed, the
injustice was done to Milosevic.

While he had to defend himself against politically-motivated
charges at The Hague, the US and its allies launched their
brutal, illegal assault on Iraq, a war which has led to the death
of up to one million people. Last year a report from Body Count
revealed that at least 1.3 million people had lost their lives as a
result of the US-led ‘war on terror’ in Iraq, Afghanistan and
Pakistan.
Causing genocide to protect us from terror
Those sorts of figures help us get Kosovo into some kind of
perspective. Even if we do hold Milosevic and the Yugoslav
government responsible for some of the deaths there in 1999,
(in a war which the West had clearly desired and provoked) far,
far, greater death and destruction has been caused by the
countries who were the keenest to see the President of
Yugoslavia in the dock. As John Pilger noted in 2008, the
bombing of Yugoslavia was the “perfect precursor to the
bloodbaths in Afghanistan and Iraq.”
Since then we’ve also had the NATO destruction of Libya, the
country which had the highest living standards in the whole of
Africa and the backing of violent 'rebels' to try and achieve
‘regime change’ in Syria.
You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to see a pattern here.
Before a US-led war or ‘humanitarian intervention’ against a
targeted state, a number of lurid claims are made about the
country‘s leader and its government. These claims receive
maximum media coverage and are repeated ad nauseam on the
basis that people will bound to think they’re true.
Later it transpires that the claims were either entirely false (like
the Iraq WMD ones), unproven, or greatly exaggerated. But the
news cycle has moved on focusing not on the exposure of the
fraudulent
claims
made
earlier
but
on
the
next
aggressive/genocidal ‘New Hitler’ who needs to be dealt with.
In 1999 it was Milosevic; now it’s Assad and Putin.
And guess what, dear reader? It’s the same people who defend
the Iraq war and other blood-stained Western military
interventions based on lies, unproven claims or great
exaggerations, who are the ones doing the accusing.
As that very wise old saying goes: When you point one finger,
there are three fingers pointing back to you.

Freispruch für den Holocaust-Verharmloser Püschel

Hans Püschel relativiert den Holocaust, indem er die Zahl
jüdischer Opfer infrage stellt. Sachsen-Anhalts oberste
Richter
sehen
darin
"kein
verharmlosendes
Herunterrechnen". Historiker sind empört.
Viele halten Hans Püschel für einen Geisterfahrer; er
selbst sieht sich als Märtyrer. Als jemanden, der
verkünden muss, was er glaubt. Und der dafür in Kauf
nimmt, strafrechtlich verfolgt und sozial geächtet zu
werden.
"Es ist kein Genuss, wenn man wegen seiner
Überzeugungen überall Probleme bekommt, sogar in der
eigenen Familie", sagt der 67-jährige Kommunalpolitiker
aus Sachsen-Anhalt. Aber er werde trotzdem auf seinem
eingeschlagenen Weg bleiben: "Ich mache meine
Aufklärungsarbeit doch nicht, um mir den Lebensabend
zu versauen. Sondern, weil ich die Verantwortung sehe."
Unter "Aufklärung" versteht er, den Holocaust zu
relativieren.

ländlich
geprägten
Burgenlandkreis
ist
die
rechtsradikale NPD besonders erfolgreich
Jetzt hat Püschel Rechtsgeschichte geschrieben. Vor dem
Oberlandesgericht (OLG) Naumburg erstritt er einen
Freispruch
für
Behauptungen,
die
bisher
als
Volksverhetzung geahndet wurden. Dieser Beschluss mit
dem Aktenzeichen 2 Rv 150/14 wird das Meinungsklima
in der Republik verändern.
Denn die drei Richter des 2. Strafsenats beurteilten
veröffentlichte Aussagen als nicht strafbar, die Paragraf
130 des Strafgesetzbuches in Absatz 3 eigentlich
untersagt. Danach wird mit Geld- oder Haftstrafe
bestraft,
wer
"eine
unter
der
Herrschaft
des
Nationalsozialismus
begangene
Handlung"
wie
Völkermord "billigt, leugnet oder verharmlost".
In ihrem Freispruch zitieren die Naumburger Richter den
maßgeblichen Kommentar: Volksverhetzung sei "ein
ausdrückliches
quantitatives
oder
qualitatives
Bagatellisieren
von
Art,
Ausmaß,
Folgen
oder
Wertigkeiten
einzelner
oder
der
Gesamtheit
nationalsozialistischer Gewaltmaßnahmen".
Püschels Text enthält 16 volksverhetzende Passagen
Genau das aber tut Püschel immer wieder. So behauptet
er, der Rassenwahn habe gar nicht rund sechs Millionen
jüdische Opfer gefordert.
Im Vernichtungslager Auschwitz -Birkenau habe es einen
"Sportplatz" und "ein modernes Krankenhaus mit 60
Ärzten" gegeben.
Und er schreibt: "Die seit Kindesbeinen gelernten
deutschen Verbrechen sind Lügen!" Allein in den
Passagen, die im Freispruch aufgeführt sind, lassen sich
16 Behauptungen feststellen, die den Straftatbestand der
Volksverhetzung erfüllen.
"Auch wenn die Richter natürlich im Zweifel für den
Angeklagten
entscheiden
müssen,
ist
es
doch
überraschend, wie viel Empathie sie hier aufbringen",
sagt Hans-Christian Jasch, der Direktor der Gedenkstätte
Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz. Er ist selbst promovierter
Jurist und deshalb sachverständig genug, um die
Entscheidung des OLG Naumburg einzuordnen: "Der
Beschluss lässt auch eine Gesamtwürdigung der
Aussagen des Angeklagten vermissen und billigt dadurch
typische revisionistische Positionen."
Drei Richter nicht irgendeines Amts- oder Landgerichts,
sondern eines Oberlandesgerichts haben sich also auf die
Seite
eines
unbelehrbaren
Geschichtsrelativierers
geschlagen. Es gibt in der Bundesrepublik nur 24
Oberlandesgerichte, und ihre Urteile haben Gewicht.
Künftig dürfte es Richtern an Amts- und Landgerichten
noch schwerer fallen als bisher, rechtsextreme
Propaganda zu sanktionieren.
Um den Fall zu verstehen, muss man sowohl auf die
Biografie des Angeklagten schauen als auch auf die der
am Freispruch beteiligten Richter. Hans Püschel wuchs in
der DDR auf, arbeitete als Einkäufer einer Schuhfabrik,
als Melker und zuletzt als Ingenieur in den LeunaWerken. Nach der Friedlichen Revolution im Herbst 1989
baute er in seiner Heimat die SPD mit auf und wurde
Bürgermeister einer kleinen Gemeinde.
Deutschland wollte "den Zweiten Weltkrieg verhindern"
Für Schlagzeilen sorgte Püschel, als er vor sechs Jahren
plötzlich für die rechtsextreme NPD kandidierte. Dieser
Seitenwechsel erregte die Gemüter. Seitdem fällt
Püschel, inzwischen Chef der dreiköpfigen NPD-Fraktion
im Kreistag des Burgenlandes rund um die Domstadt
Naumburg, durch Provokationen auf. Die meisten
beziehen sich auf die Zeit zwischen 1933 und 1945.
So ist Püschel davon überzeugt, dass nicht etwa
Deutschland den Zweiten Weltkrieg angezettelt habe,
sondern ganz im Gegenteil als einzige europäische Macht
"den Krieg verhindern wollte". Er meint, dass die
Verbrechen an Europas Juden maßlos übertrieben
würden. In seinem Weltbild sind stets die Deutschen die
wahren Opfer. Doch das dürfe seit 1945 niemand mehr
aussprechen, beklagt er.
Stattdessen bestimmten die Propagandalügen der
damaligen Siegermächte das Leben und Handeln der
Bevölkerung. Gegen diese angebliche Manipulation
rebelliert Püschel, indem er beispielsweise schreibt:
"Wenn wir tausend Betonklötze in die Mitte Berlins
stellen für ermordete Juden, dann gehörten doch
mindestens
dreitausend
daneben
für
ermordete
Deutsche."
Zunächst wurde er wegen Volksverhetzung in drei Fällen
verurteilt. Erst im Oktober 2013 vom Amtsgericht
Weißenfels zu einer Geldstrafe von 100 Tagessätzen zu
je 30 Euro. Dann bestätigte das Landgericht Halle im Juni
2014 das Urteil. Püschel, ein durch und durch
rechthaberischer Typ, war außer sich.
Er beschwerte sich, dass unter Kanzlerin Angela Merkel
(CDU) Meinungsdelikte härter bestraft würden als unter
Hitler. Noch im Gerichtssaal rief Püschel: "Waren denn
nationalsozialistische Richter die letzten unabhängigen
Richter in Deutschland?" Die Sache ging in die Revision
zur dritten und letzten Instanz – ans Oberlandesgericht
Naumburg.
Skandalöse Argumentation der Richter
Bei Fachleuten ruft dessen Beschluss Kopfschütteln
hervor. Christoph Jahr, Historiker an der HumboldtUniversität Berlin und Experte für Antisemitismus, irritiert
der "sehr wohlwollende Grundton des Senats gegenüber
den Ausführungen des Angeklagten".
Kaum anders als "skandalös" könne man die
Argumentation der Richter bezeichnen, die in Püschels

Ausführungen zur Opferzahl des KZ Auschwitz "kein
verharmlosendes Herunterrechnen" sehen wollen. Ein
Verharmlosen liege dann vor, wenn der Angeklagte die "
Tatsächlichkeit
der NS-Gewalttaten
herunterspielt,
beschönigt oder in ihrem wahren Gewicht verschleiert".
Das aber tue Püschel nicht, meinen die Richter, während
Jahr vom Gegenteil überzeugt ist.
Bundesverfassungsgericht
NPD-Verfahren scheitert diesmal nicht an V-Leuten
Wie konnte das OLG zu so einem Beschluss kommen?
Der 2. Strafsenat hat immerhin elf Seiten Begründung
geschrieben. Unter dem Dokument stehen die Namen
des Vorsitzenden Richters Gerhard Henss sowie seiner
Kollegen Thorsten Becker und Dirk Stötter. Sind diese
Juristen etwa auf dem rechten Auge blind?
Was auffällt: Der Vorsitzende Richter Henss, 1953 in
Detmold geboren, war nach dem Jurastudium in
Nordrhein-Westfalen als Strafverteidiger tätig. 1993
wechselte er auf die Richterbank nach Sachsen-Anhalt.
Vom Anwalt zum Richter – das ist eher unüblich. Liegt
hier ein Grund für die Milde, die der Senat Püschel
zuteilwerden ließ? Zuvor hatte Henss schon im Frühjahr
2011 ein Landgerichtsurteil gegen zwei NPD-Funktionäre
wegen übler Nachrede aufgehoben.
Allerdings findet sich kein Hinweis darauf, dass Henss
selbst eine rechte Gesinnung haben könnte. Vielmehr gilt
der Jurist im Kollegenkreis als liberal. Das OLG
Naumburg lehnt es ab, Fragen zu dem Beschluss zu
beantworten – unter Hinweis auf die richterliche
Unabhängigkeit.
Volksverhetzung in Sachsen-Anhalt auf Rekordniveau
Was bleibt, ist ein verstörendes Signal. Zumal der
Freispruch in einem Bundesland ergangen ist, das als
Schwerpunkt rechtsextremer Straftaten gilt. Dabei ist die
Zahl der einschlägigen Delikte jüngst deutlich gestiegen.
2015 wurden 1749 solcher Taten registriert, ein Zuwachs
um 38,7 Prozent.
Rund sechs von zehn Straftaten sind Propagandadelikte
wie das Verwenden verfassungsfeindlicher Symbole oder
das Rufen rechter Parolen. Regionaler Schwerpunkt ist
der Burgenlandkreis, also genau der Landstrich, in dem
Hans Püschel die NPD-Kreistagsfraktion anführt.
Sachsen-Anhalt steht mit diesem Problem in Deutschland
aber nicht allein. In der Kriminalstatistik 2015 erreichte
das Delikt, das auch Püschel vorgeworfen wurde, ein
Rekordniveau: Die Polizei hat 4513 Fälle von
Volksverhetzung bearbeitet. Konkret bedeutet dies, dass
an jedem Tag des Jahres durchschnittlich zwölf solcher
Straftaten registriert wurden.
Hans Püschel sieht sich durch den OLG-Beschluss
ermuntert, seine Thesen weiterhin offensiv zu verbreiten.
Man habe ihn ja "endgültig vom Makel der
Volksverhetzung freigesprochen". Ohnehin ist er davon
überzeugt, dass Paragraf 130 Strafgesetzbuch dazu
diene, ein ganzes Volk zu terrorisieren: "Der gehört
abgeschafft."
Zuletzt hatte der Ostdeutsche seine Ansichten in einem
Blog auf der Website "hans-pueschel.info" kundgetan.
Doch diese Seite ist seit einigen Monaten offline. Püschel
bedauert das und sucht einen neuen Betreiber. Auch
wenn der Blog nicht mehr direkt aufgerufen werden
kann, lassen sich die Inhalte größtenteils rekonstruieren
– das Netz vergisst (fast) nichts. Wer sich diese Mühe
macht, stößt auf Äußerungen Püschels, die bisher vor
Gericht keine Rolle gespielt haben. Dabei dürften sie
strafrechtlich viel brisanter sein.
Als wolle er Julius Streicher imitieren
Paragraf 130 sanktioniert nämlich verschiedene Vorwürfe
unterschiedlich.
Ursprünglich
zu
einer
Geldstrafe
verurteilt, dann aber vom OLG Naumburg freigesprochen
wurde Püschel wegen Verstoßes gegen Absatz 3, der die
Verharmlosung von NS-Verbrechen unter Strafe stellt.
Jedoch sieht Absatz 1 mindestens drei Monate bis fünf
Jahre Haft für Täter vor, die den öffentlichen Frieden
stören,
weil
sie
die
Menschenwürde
von
gesellschaftlichen Gruppen angreifen, indem sie deren
Mitglieder beschimpfen, böswillig verächtlich machen
oder verleumden.
Genau das tut Püschel mit "den" Juden. Liest man seine
rekonstruierten Ausführungen, drängt sich der Eindruck
auf, als wolle er Julius Streicher imitieren, den Gründer
des Hetzblattes "Der Stürmer". Wie sonst ließe sich
erklären, dass Püschel über "den dubiosen bis bösartigen
und für Deutschland verheerenden Einfluss der Juden
bzw. des Zionismus auf Deutschland" schwadroniert?
Allen Ernstes behauptet er: "Die Freiheit des Wortes, der
Wissenschaft und Lehre ist mit der Machtergreifung der
jüdischen Rückkehrer und Umerzieher in Hochschulen
und Medien sukzessive ausgemerzt worden." Er spricht
von "jüdischem Besatzerrecht", das in Deutschland gelte,
und stellt perfide Fragen: "Juden dürfen alles in
Deutschland, auch lügen und betrügen? Haben sie
unantastbaren Sonderstatus?"
Dass derartige Entgleisungen nicht geahndet werden, ist
für jüdische Deutsche nur schwer erträglich. Josef
Schuster, der Präsident d es Zentralrates der Juden, mag
trotzdem
keine
Richterschelte
betreiben.
"Selbstverständlich stellen wir nicht die Kompetenz und
Unabhängigkeit unserer Gerichte infrage", sagt er.
Zugleich erwarte man aber gerade angesichts des
wachsenden Rechtsextremismus in Deutschland "eine
hohe Sensibilität unserer Justiz für alle Versuche, die
deutsche Geschichte umzuschreiben oder die NS-Opfer
durch eine inakzeptable Verharmlosung der NSVerbrechen zu verhöhnen".

German court nixes politician’s Holocaust denial conviction
Judges anul fine against far-right former mayor Hans Püschel
who questioned death toll, conditions in Auschwitz

B ERLIN — Historians, a top Jewish leader and a major
city of Naumburg for letting a far-right politician off easy
newspaper have criticized a court in the central German
after his conviction for Holocaust denial.

A state supreme court annulled the fine levied by a lower
court against Hans Püschel, effectively overturning his
conviction. The move is viewed by some as an
unprecedented challenge to German law, which requires
punishment for trivialization of the Holocaust and
glorification of Nazi crimes.

The decision was announced locally in October 2015, but
became public on Wednesday after inquiries by the
German daily newspaper Die Welt.
Historians have expressed astonishment at the ruling,
and observers expect courts to run into trouble when
trying to prosecute future cases.
Püschel, who was forced to step down in 2013 as mayor
of the German village of Krauschwitz, had questioned the
numbers of those murdered at the Auschwitz-Birkenau
extermination camp and claimed that conditions at the
camp were not as bad as reported. He questioned the
overall number of six million murdered Jews, claiming
that the Holocaust memorial in Berlin exaggerated the
extent of the genocide.
Püschel went so far as to say that “the German crimes
we were told about from an early age are lies.”
Pope Francis, who visited Auschwitz-Birkenau last Friday,
said Wednesday that he could feel the souls of those
murdered there.
“The great silence of the visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau was
more eloquent than any word spoken could have been,”
he said Wednesday during his weekly public audience at
the Vatican.

Now the Naumburg court, the highest in the state of
Saxony-Anhalt, has nullified that penalty, saying that
Püschel’s statements, while illegal, did not amount to
broad trivialization of the Holocaust.
Court spokesperson Henning Haberland told JTA that it
was a complete acquittal, and that there are no charges
remaining. He added that it was unlikely that the case
would set a precedent for other Holocaust denial cases
since the verdict was specific to the particular case.
Josef Schuster, head of the Central Council of Jews in
Germany, told Die Welt on Wednesday that, while he
respects the German justice system, he would have
expected the courts to be “highly sensitized to all
attempts to rewrite German history or to mock victims of
the Nazis through an unacceptable trivialization of Nazi
crimes.”
Though the former mayor’s blog is no longer online, Die
Welt points to a text by Püschel that can still be found on
the Internet, in which he refers bitterly to attempts to
silence his views on the Holocaust and accuses Jews of
making up stories. “Jews can do anything in Germany,
including lie and betray? They are untouchable?” Püschel
asks.

Holocaust historian Christoph Jahr of HumboldtUniversität in Berlin has called the court decision
“scandalous.” Other historians are following suit.
The decision will “change the climate of public opinion” in
Germany, Die Welt observed, because the judges failed
to uphold the law that orders a fine or jail time for
anyone convicted of “approving, denying or downplaying”
crimes committed under National Socialism. It will be
harder for high courts to convict for such crimes in the
future, the newspaper concluded.
Püschel, 67, had been a member of the Social
Democratic Party until 2010, when he switched to the
far-right extremist National Democratic Party of
Germany.

Bei der Verfechtung dieses seines Geschichtsbildes
erweist sich LERLE als in seinem fanatischen
Missionierungseifer
überaus
penetrant
und
mindestens genauso aggressiv unduldsam gegenüber
Andersdenkenden, wie er es den dogmatischen
Vertretern der offiziellen Holocaustversion vorwirft.
Bemerkenswerterweise bezieht LERLE sein Geschichtsbild
aus ebensolchen fragwürdigen "Augenzeugenaussagen",
wie es die Siegergeschichtsschreibung bezüglich ihrer
Behauptungen
tut.
Er
nennt
sich
einen
"Wahrheitsfanatiker" - der jedoch höchst unduldsam nur
seine Version der Wahrheit kennt, welche er
insbesondere im dogmatischen Buchstabenglauben an
die Bibel und in der Bekämpfung des von ihm mit seinem
starren Gottesbegriff für
gottlos
gehaltenen Nationalsozialismus´ zu erkennen glaubt.
Allerdings, und das ist ihm hoch anzurechnen, hat er sich
in der Prozeßfarce des politischen Verfahrens nach
antirechtsstaatlichem Sondergesetz als äußerst mutig
erwiesen und hat kein Blatt vor den Mund genommen,
seine Verachtung gegenüber dem nicht nur von ihm als
solches
empfundenem pseudojuristischen
Unrechtssystem und dessen Vertretern mit vehementen Worten
zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
Eines kann man LERLE nicht vorwerfen: daß er wie leider
viele andere vor Gericht einknickt und Kompromisse und
Zugeständnisse macht, um sich so ein milderes Urteil zu
erschachern. Seine Ablehnung des Nationalsozialismus´
im Prozeß ist deshalb auch keineswegs als "taktisches
Kalkül" zu sehen, sondern LERLE ist so, das war
echt. Was ich persönlich auch ohne weiteres respektiere,
nur lehne ich seine sehr aufdringlichen und penetrant
rechthaberischen, aggressiven Missionierungsversuche
gegenüber Menschen ab, welche die Dinge bezüglich des
Nationalsozialismus´ und des stur buchstabengläubigen
Christentums eben anders sehen als er. Dabei fehlt dem
promovierten Theologen LERLE jegliche Einsicht, daß er
sich mit dieser aggressiven Unduldsamkeit gegenüber
Andersdenkenden und im fanatischen Wahn des
vermeintlichen
Besitzes
der
alleinseligmachenden
Wahrheit in nichts von den fanatischen Vertretern der
offiziellen,
der
per
Strafgesetz
zwangsglaubensverordneten
Version
vom
"Holocaust"
unterscheidet. Und darin liegt die Wurzel des Übels:
Denn die, welche damals das unverzeihliche Verbrechen
der "Hexenverfolgung" begingen, sie waren genauso
felsenfest von der Richtigkeit ihres Tuns überzeugt wie
die heutigen im politisch motivierten Auftrag handelnden
sogenannten Richter und Staatsanwälte von der
Richtigkeit ihres Tuns überzeugt sind, welche ohne
Skrupel
das
unverzeihliche
Justizverbrechen
der
Meinungsverfolgung unter dem unsäglichen Falschbegriff
der "Holocaustleugnung" begehen. Daß sie dabei nicht
zum Mittel der Todesstrafe greifen, liegt nicht etwa an
deren Humanität - bei Meinungsverfolgern handelt es
sich und handelte es sich zu allen Zeiten um
entmenschlichte, allein an ihrer Karriere interessierten
Auftragserfüllungs-Roboter ohne jedes Gerechtigkeitsempfinden und Moral -, sondern es liegt allein daran, daß
eine solche Todesstrafe das Gesetz (noch) nicht hergibt
für das in der BRD Schwerstverbrechen, in völlig
gewaltloser Meinungs-äußerung andere Ansichten zum,
und
Zweifel
an
der
offiziellen,
der
zwangsglaubensverordnerten Version vom "Holocaust" zu
haben.
Die
vom
Haß
auf
den
Andersdenkenden
geradezu zerfressenen, für politische Prozesse gegen
mißliebige
Dissidenten
ausgewählten,
keine
Rechtsbeugung scheuenden Auftragsjuristen würden uns
- davon gehe ich als politisch Verfolgter und vielfaches
Opfer des Justizverbrechens der Meinungsverfolgung in
der BRD aus - ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken auch auf
den Scheiterhaufen verurteilen, wenn sie nur könnten.
Denn wer grundsätzlich dazu bereit ist, das schäbige
Justizverbrechen
und
schreiende
Unrecht der
Meinungsverfolgung zu begehen, der muß charakterlich
derart verbogen sein, daß es ihm dann auch egal ist, ob
er den Dissidenten zu Gefängnis oder zum Schafott
verurteilt--wenn
das
Entsprechen
politischen Erwartungshaltungen gegenüber nur der eigenen
Karriere und damit dem Steigen des Judaslohnes
nutzt. (Dafür
gehen
"Migranten"
für
schwerste
Gewaltverbrechen und hemmungslosen Vergewaltigungsterror straffrei aus oder sie kommen mit lächerlich
geringen Strafen davon, vor allem, wenn ihre Opfer
"nur" Deutsche sind! Polizisten, die unter dem
"Kreuziget-sie"-Geschrei der antideutschen Politik und
ihrer Lügenpresse zu Hochform auflaufen sollen, wenn es
um die Meinungsverfolgung von völlig gewaltlosen
Dissidenten und "rechten" Regimekritikern geht, sie
werden von der Politik und ihren unter Mitfüßentreten
des rechtsstaatlichen Gewaltenteilungsprinzips an den
Marionettenfäden der Politik hängenden Vorgesetzten
zurückgepfiffen, wenn sie deutsche Frauen und Mädchen
vor
invasiv
und
illegal
hier
eingedrungenen
"migrantischen"
Vergewaltigungsterroristen
schützen
sollten oder deren Verbrechen zumindest verfolgen.
Unter anderem die Silvestervorfälle von Köln und
andernorts haben dem Deutschen Volk deutlich gemacht,
wie vorsätzlich und verlogen die in dieser Form und
Ausprägung in Deutschland vordem unbekannte enorme
Kriminalität der invasionsartig ins LAND DES DEUTSCHEN
VOLKES eindringenden "Migranten" auf Anordnung einer
Politik des programmatischen Volksverrats und der
unbedingt
gewollten
Totalüberfremdung
Deutschlands vertuscht und verharmlost wird, unter
schweinejournalistischer
Mitwirkung
der
gleichgeschalteten Lügenpresse des Systems - während
dieselben bei dissidenten Äußerungen über die offiziell
verordnete
Version
vom
"Holocaust"
oder
bei
regimekritischen Äußerungen von "Rechts" völlig
hysterisch reagieren und tun, als handle es sich bei
solchen ihnen mißliebigen Meinungsäußerungen um
allerschlimmste
Schwerverbrechen.

gewaltloser dissidenter Meinungsäußerungen wie deren
Zweifel an einer sonder-strafgesetzlich als Dogma
zwangsglaubensverordneten

Schwerverbrecher
verfolgt, aber im Zuge eines von immer mehr im Volke
so empfundenen regelrechten Überfremdungskrieges als
Invasoren eingedrungene und vom Geld des Volkes
großzügig ausgehaltene hochkriminelle Volksfremde
selbst für Gewaltverbrechen unbehelligt läßt oder ihnen
gegenüber
nur
einen
äußerst
schwachen

Verfolgungswillen zeigt, ein solches Regime ist zweifellos
als himmelschreiendes Unrechtsregime zu empfinden,
von
dem
sich
in
einer
empörungsmächtigen
Willenserhebung zu befreien das Volk und damit der
Souverän das unbedingte Recht hat.
Zumal es sich bei der BRD tatsächlich um keinen
wirklichen
Staat,
sondern
lediglich
um
eine
Staatssimulation von Besatzers Gnaden handelt, welche
KEINE
LEGITIMATION
gegenüber
einem
andersgerichteten Willen des Deutschen Volkes, dem
Staatsvolk
des
völkerrechtlich
fortbestehenden
Deutschen Reiches besitzt, keine Legitimation gegenüber
dem Freien Deutschen Menschen, der ihr in freier
Willensentscheidung die Legitimation über sich abspricht,
der ihr in freier Selbstbestimmung sagt: Ich bin dein
Staatsangehöriger nicht und will es auch niemals sein!
Die Staatssimulation BRD, welche über keine sich
vom Deutschen Volk in freier Selbstbestimmung
gegebene Verfassung und noch nicht einmal über
eine eigene Staatsangehörigkeit und somit auch
über kein Staatsvolk und keinen einzigen eigenen
Staatsangehörigen verfügt, sie hat KEIN RECHT,
Deutsche gegen deren Willen als vermeintlich ihre
Staatsangehörigen zu beschlagnahmen und zu
behandeln - ihnen auch noch wie unmündigen
Leibeigenen ihre im größten Justizverbrechen aller
Zeiten,
dem
Nürnberger
IMT,
gründenden
Gegenstände
ihrer
antirechtsstaatlich
sondergesetzlichen Meinungsverbote
als
nicht
kritisch hinterfragbar und unter Darlegung anderer
Ansichten anzweifelbar AUFZUZWINGEN!
Das heilige Recht der Meinungsfreiheit, das unbedingte
Recht, sich über alles und jedes - auch über den
"Holocaust"(!) - seine eigenen Gedanken zu machen, sich
sein eigenes Urteil zu bilden und die ihm von Dritten, von
Heerscharen von Guido Knopps und selbsternannten
"Überlebenden", erzählten Geschichten gegebenenfalls
nicht zu glauben und das auch offen zu sagen, dieses
Recht muß jeder Mensch haben!
Es darf ihm nicht genommen werden, ohne ihm damit
auch den wichtigsten und wertvollsten Teil seiner
Menschenwürde als geistiges, zum selbständigen Denken
und Urteilen befähigtes Wesen zu nehmen: die
Menschenwürde, in Wort und Schrift das frei und
ohne Angst vor Verfolgung zum Ausdruck zu
bringen, was er wirklich denkt, nicht das, was eine
Diktatur und ihre selbstgerechten Gesinnungsterroristen
oder ein "politisch korrekter" Zeitgeist und die
finanziellen und politischen Sonderinteressen einer
ebenso vorlauten wie einflußmächtigen Minderheit von
ihm erwarten.
Ohne Meinungsfreiheit hört der Mensch auf, wahrhaft
Mensch zu sein!
Der trotz der entsprechenden Umstände der mit dem
wachsenden Unmut im Volk über das System immer
noch schlimmer werdenden Diktatur in der BRD nicht
einzuschüchternde meinungsmutige Dissident Johannes
LERLE hatte dabei im angeklagten Flugblatt explizit auch
offiziell ganz offenkundig und nachweislich als Lügen
aufgeflogene
Behauptungen
zum
"Holocaust"
thematisiert, wie etwa die angeblichen Gaskammern und
Vergasungen von Dachau oder die angeblichen
Lampenschirme aus Menschenhaut von Buchenwald.
Also Dinge, die selbst von Vertretern der
dogmatischen,
der
per
Sonder-Strafgesetz
zwangsglaubensverordneten
Holocaustversion
kleinlaut
als
greuelpropagandistische
Unwahrheiten eingeräumt werden mußten, wobei
etwa ein Martin Broszat beschönigend von "einzelnen
Fehlern
der
nachkriegsdeutschen
Zeitgeschichtsforschung" sprach.
Ob man das kritische Hinterfragen und Anzweifeln der
offiziellen Version von "Auschwitz" per immer noch weiter
verschärftem,
grundsätzlich
antirechtsstaatlichem
Sondergesetz deshalb dergestalt unter Strafe stellt, weil
kritisches Hinterfragen und Anzweifeln zum Auffliegen
der vordem als Gewißheiten ausgegebenen Vergasungen
von Dachau und den Lampenschirmen aus Menschenhaut
oder auch der zu Seife verarbeiteten Juden als dreiste
Falschdarstellungen
durch antideutsche Propaganda führte,
diese
Frage
könnte nur unter den Bedingungen der Meinungsfreiheit
beantwortet werden. Doch eine solche Meinungsfreiheit
herrscht eben nicht in der BRD. Was dem sich das
selbständige Denken und eigenständige Urteilen nicht
nehmen lassenden Menschen aber wiederum sehr
verdächtig vorkommen muß - solche gewisse Fragen
förmlich aufdrängenden
Meinungsverbote
im 21.
Jahrhundert!
Merkt man denn nicht, wie unglaubwürdig man sich eben
gerade durch diese unsägliche und barbarische Praxis der
Meinungsverfolgung macht?
Sie ist ein anachronistisches Relikt aus den finstersten
Zeiten
der
Inquisition,
der
Hexenund
Ketzerverfolgung! Zumal
da
heute
durch
das
Aufklärungspotential des Internets und durch das
Aufgeflogensein der totalen Manipulationsabsicht der
völlig gleichgeschalteten Lügenpresse die Menschen sich
nicht mehr so leicht mit vorgefertigten Denkschablonen
lenken und täuschen lassen.

Unrechtsgehalt als Justizverbrechen zum Himmel!

weltweite Spitzen- und Sonderstellung einnehmende BRD
(so wurde ich als Nichtstaatsangehöriger der BRD einzig

allein
zur
Verfolgung
fast
ein
Jahrzehnt
zurückliegender
völlig
gewaltloser
dissidenter
Meinungsäußerungen von der BRD mittels eines
ungeheuerlichen
Justizverbrechens
unter
Bruch
insbesondere auch des Völkerrechts ohne Paß und
Ausweis per Menschenraub sogar aus dem Ausland
gewaltsam hierherverschleppt und dreieinhalb Jahre als
politischer Gefangener der Staatssimulation unter
menschenverachtenden Bedingungen im Kerker meiner
Freiheit beraubt) - ausgerechnet diese selbe extrem
meinungsverfolgende
Staatssimulation
BRD
erteilt
Staaten wie Rußland, China und Iran Ermahnungen, diese
sollten doch das Menschenrecht auf Meinungsfreiheit
respektieren.
Eine solche zynische, stinkfreche Verlogenheit, das nennt
man Chuzpe!
Hinsichtlich des sondergesetzlichen Meinungsverbots und
Bezweiflungsverbots betreffend die gleichsam als Dogma
zwangsglaubensverordnete Version vom "Holocaust"
sollte man auch nicht vergessen, daß etwa ein sich
entsprechend als Holocaustüberlebender darstellender
und vermarktender Simon Wiesenthal nicht einmal davor
zurückschreckte, die hanebüchene Schauergeschichte
von der angeblichen Seife aus Judenfett - eine
nachweisliche Holocaustlüge - nicht nur zu verbreiten,
sondern sogar einen Karton voll angeblich solcher Seife
medienwirksam
für
die
antideutsche
Verleumdungsgeilheit
der Lügenpresse
feierlich
zu
bestatten. Wobei diese die erlogene Geschichte mit der
angeblichen Seife aus dem Fett vergaster Juden genauso

völlig unhinterfragt als heilige Holocaustwahrheit
verbreitete, wie sie es mit den angeblichen Vergasungen
von Dachau, mit den angeblichen Lampenschirmen aus
Menschenhaut, mit den angeblichen Möbeln aus
Menschenknochen oder den angeblichen Schrumpfköpfen
von angeblichen KZ-Insassen getan hatte und zum Teil
immer noch tut. (Statt die angeblich aus vergasten Juden
hergestellte Seife in der Erde zu bestatten, hätte Simon
Wiesenthal damit auch Seifenblasen machen können die
wären
dann
allerdings
höchst
symbolisch
geplatzt.) Ein als hemmungsloser Auftragsfälscher und
Volksverdummer
berüchtigter
ZDFFernsehprofessor hatte die längst aufgeflogene UraltLüge von den Schrumpfköpfen von KZ-Insassen sogar
noch
in
mindestens
einer
seiner
jüngeren
"Dokumentationen" gebracht. (Wie die unterdessen von
immer mehr Deutschen als solche erkannte Lügenpresse
versucht, die Menschen zu manipulieren: bezüglich z.B.
der lächerlich absurden offiziellen Version von "9/11", für
die
dümmsten
der
Dummen,
oder
der
Hollywoodinszenierung um "Osama Bin Laden" oder der
Lüge von Massenvernichtungswaffen des Irak oder der
Lüge von in Kuwait aus Brutkästen gerissenen
Säuglingen oder des Lügenmärchens vom "NSU" oder der
angeblichen 50 Neonazis, die in Sebnitz im Freibad einen
kleinen
Jungen
ertränkt
haben
sollen oder
des
angeblichen Selbstmordes der beseitigten Kirsten Heisig
oder des angeblichen Unfalls des beseitigten Jörg Haiders
oder des angeblichen Selbstmordes der zur ungestörten
Inszenierung
des
zum
Himmel
stinkenden
Lügenmärchens vom "NSU" ermordeten Uwe Mundlos
und Uwe Bönhardt, denn Toten kann man alles
anhängen, sie können nicht widersprechen, oder
bezüglich behaupteter Meinungsumfrageergebnisse über
die angebliche Beliebtheit der nicht nur beim Deutschen
Volk, sondern bei den Menschen in ganz Europa total
verhassten
Angela
Merkel oder
hinsichtlich
der
Vertuschung und Verharmlosung der ungeheuerlichen
Kriminalität
angeblicher
"Flüchtlinge"
und
"Schutzsuchender". Lügen, Lügen, Lügen! - Die
Lügenpresse strotzt vor Lügen. Gleichgeschaltet jeden
Tag aufs neue. Doch das Deutsche Volk hat diesen
Schweinejournalismus satt!)
Und da soll man bezüglich auch der anderen uns
erzählten und bei näherem Hinsehen durchaus erhebliche
Ungereimtheiten
und
Widersprüche
aufweisenden
Geschichten vom Holocaust (denn forensische Beweise
dürfen ja gerade nicht eingefordert werden) nicht stutzig
werden dürfen und keine kritischen Fragen stellen oder
persönliche Zweifel äußern?
Nichts anderes hatte Johannes LERLE getan, als
persönliche Zweifel zum Ausdruck zu bringen und
insbesondere auf die wie Seifenblasen geplatzten
Holocaustlügen - wie die erstunkenen und erlogenen
Vergasungen von Dachau - hinzuweisen und Fragen zu
stellen, die sich unter Zugrundelegung des alten
deutschen Sprichworts jedem noch zum selbständigen,
kritischen Denken fähigen Menschen einfach aufdrängen
müssen; jenes Sprichworts, das da lautet:
"Wer einmal lügt, dem glaubt man nicht!"
Das hatte LERLE im politischen Schand- und
Scheinprozeß auch immer wieder zitiert und völlig zu
Recht darauf hingewiesen, wie wir und wie die ganze
Welt bezüglich des "Holocaust" nachweislich und mit
perfidesten Methoden schon belogen und betrogen
wurden. Wieso geben sich heute, im Jahre 2016, noch
immer
Staatsanwälte
und
Richter
für
das
ALLERABSCHEULICHSTE
JUSTIZVERBRECHEN
der
Meinungsverfolgung her, während sie "Migranten",
Asylbetrüger, volksfremde Invasoren für schlimmste
Gewalttaten,
für
Vergewaltigungsterrorexzesse
an
Deutschen straffrei ausgehen lassen oder sie mit
lächerlichen Bewährungsstrafen belegen? Diese politisch
beauftragten schrecklichen
Juristen,
Täter
des
himmelschreienden Unrechts in Roben, sie werden sich
nach dem Untergang ihrer Staatssimulation BRD zu
verantworten haben - nach dann wieder DEUTSCHEM
Recht und Gesetz, im Namen des DEUTSCHEN VOLKES!
Interessanterweise rutschte dem Richter in der
Urteilsbegründung
ein
sogenannter
Freudscher
Versprecher heraus, indem er LERLE als "Herr Galileo"
ansprach, um sich dann zu korrigieren. Oder sollte ihm
doch das Gewissen geschlagen haben ob des
Schandflecks
und
Zivilisationsbruchs
der
Meinungsverfolgung
und
wollte
er
so
einen
entsprechenden Hinweis geben?
Wie lange wird die die freie und offene Diskussion über
den "Holocaust" wie der Teufel das Weihwasser
scheuende BRD
den
Schandfleck
der
von
alttestamentarischem Haß und Rachedenken erfüllten
Verfolgung von Menschen wegen deren gewaltloser
dissidenter Meinungsäußerungen noch aufrechterhalten
und weiter vergrößern können? Wie lange wird es die
unterdessen einen von immer mehr Deutschen so
empfundenen regelrechten Überfremdungskrieg gegen
das Deutsche Volk betreibende und dem Deutschen Volk
immer verabscheuter werdende Staatssimulation noch
geben, bis sich immer mehr Deutsche und schließlich das
ganze Deutsche Volk in einer gewaltigen Willenserhebung
von ihr abwenden, ihr die Loyalität versagen und ihr die
Legitimation über sich absprechen, ihr und ihren
Volksverrätern den Laufpaß geben - mit dem Ruf und
Bekenntnis:

UND WIR LASSEN UNS UNSERE
MEINUNGSFREIHEIT NICHT LÄNGER NEHMEN!
