The WU Executive Academy again offers “CEE-Partial Scholarships” for the Professional MBA with 10
specialization options starting fall 2011. The scholarship is exclusively granted for citizens of
CEE countries.
THE WU EXECUTIVE ACADEMY
ELIGIBILIT Y CRITERIA
As one of the leading providers of executive education in CEE, the WU Executive Academy has set itself
the goal of supporting high potentials to meet their
educational and career goals by offering merit-based
“CEE-Partial Scholarships” to citizens of Central and
Eastern Europe.
Only students who meet the eligibility criteria will be
taken into consideration for a CEE-Partial Scholarship.
Eligible candidates are citizens of CEE countries1,
have a first university degree and at least 3 years of
management experience. Other criteria are the personal career track, motivation and financial need.
The WU Executive Academy is part of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and
combines business know-how and the resources of
Europe’s largest business university in its specialized
executive education programs for managers.
NOMINATION PROCESS
As the only Austrian and one of only two Germanspeaking universities, the WU is AMBA and EQUIS
accredited.
After the application deadline, the WU Executive Academy will nominate the CEE-Scholarships candidates,
who will be invited to a personal interview with the
academic director.
Each year, as many as 3,500 executives, experts and
high potentials from over 50 countries graduate from
our programs.

Die WU Executive Academy vergibt erneut CEE-Teilstipendien für den Professional MBA mit Start im Herbst
2011. Die Stipendien richten sich exklusiv an Staatsbürger Zentral- und Osteuropas.

Als einer der führenden Weiterbildungsanbieter in
Zentral- und Osteuropa und Teil der größten Wirtschaftsuniversität Europas, hat sich die WU Executive
Academy zum Ziel gesetzt, High Potentials dabei zu
unterstützen, ihre individuellen Bildungs- und Karriereziele zu verwirklichen. Aus diesem Grund vergibt sie
an ausgewählte Bewerber aus Ländern Zentral- und
Osteuropas eigene CEE-Teilstipendien für den Professional MBA mit Start Herbst 2011.
Nach der Bewerbungsfrist beruft die WU Executive
Academy ein Vergabekommittee ein, das unter allen
eingelangten Bewerbungen mögliche Stipendiaten
auswählt, die im Anschluss zu einem persönlichen Interview mit der Lehrgangsleitung eingeladen werden.
Die Stipendienbewerber müssen in jedem Fall die
Zulassungsvoraussetzungen des Professional MBA
erfüllen.

VERGABEKRITERIEN
Teilnahmeberechtigte CEE-Stipendiaten sind Staatsbürger eines CEE-Landes1 mit einem Universitätsabschluss und mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
Weitere Kriterien für die Vergabe sind eine hervorragende Karriereentwicklung und hohe persönliche
Motivation.
VERGABEPROZEDERE
