E’ una famiglia di finiture che pone l’accento sul materiale originale ed in cui la
componente umana è imprescindibile.
In ogni oggetto l ‘intervento manuale e la
cura di esperti artigiani è fondamentale
per ottenere un trattamento che esprima
una propria originalità non riproducibile
serialmente, a sottolineare ancora una
volta come le nostre produzioni integrino
virtuosamente elevati standard industriali,
tecnologia ed artigianato.
Ogni oggetto prevede una lavorazione
propria che tiene conto delle caratteristiche del materiale e delle singolarità della
fusione sfruttando la versaltilità dell’alluminio per ottenere effetti che esaltino le
proprietà del metallo: dal nitore minimalista di piani perfettamente levigati alla raffinata marezzatura delle texture opache,
questi oggetti rappresentano una singolare esperienza tattile e visiva.
These range of finishings focuses on
original material and handmade interventions. In every object attention and
skills of artisans are of the utmost importance to realize treatments that cannot
be reproduced serially; underlining, once
again, how our productions integrate
high industrial standards, technological
research and craftsmanship.
The treatments need to be modeled for
every object due to material features and
singularity of each cast, using aluminium
versatility to realize effects able to magnify the beauty of metal from the neat minimalist of a perfectly polished plane to the
charming moire of matt surfaces: these
objects represent a singular visual and
tactile experience.

In questo tipo di finiture si sviluppa
all’estremo il rapporto tra sperimentazione,
ricerca tecnologica, attenzione al
dettaglio ed abilità manuali, al fine di
sviluppare superfici con un altissimo
livello di originalità. I risultati ottenuti sono
caratteristica singolare ed unica dei nostri
prodotti. Specifiche lavorazioni manuali
dell’alluminio e trattamenti della parte
cromatica, permettono l’elaborazione di
nuances e tonalità originali che ricordano,
in alcuni casi, gli studi della colorfield
painting. L’integrazione tra lavorazione
delle superfici e resa cromatica raggiunge
qui un’alta valenza estetica, accomunata,
come sempre, a caratteristiche non
comuni di qualità. Poichè ogni oggetto
viene lavorato in un modo diverso da
quello precedente, non si avrà mai una
costanza di risultato e ciacun prodotto
sarà assolutamente unico.
Nello specifico, abbiamo voluto esaltare
le caratteristiche chimiche intrinseche
dell’ alluminio utilizzando una nuova
tecnologia che, non essendo un
classico rivestimento, esalta la matericità
e textutre naturale dei nostri manufatti.
Questi trattamenti non sono infatti dei
rivestimenti, ma penetrano perfettamente
nel materiale assecondandone le rugosità
ed i più minimi movimenti superficiali,
offrendo quindi un’esperienza tattile
inedita e sorprendente.

the extreme the relationship among
experimentation, technological research,
care for detail and decorative skills,
to obtain extremely original surfaces.
Peculiar handmade processing of
aluminium and treatments of the
chromatic surface allow for stunning
tones and nuances, reminding in some
case the studies of colorfield painting.

is needed for every object, making it a

In this specific case we put the emphasis
on the chemical features of aluminium
using a new technology, to magnify
the natural material texture of our
objects. These treatment in fact is not
just a coating but a chromatic process
that blends perfectly with the material
following even the smallest rugosity or
surface detail to offer a surprising tactile
and visual experience.

die chemischen Eigenschaften von
Aluminium unterstrichen, indem wir
eine neue Technologie zur Verstärkung
der natürlichen Materialeigenschaften
unserer Objekte benutzt haben.

Oltre agli studi sulle verniciature, sui
trattamenti meccanici e sulle finiture
materiche colorate, abbiamo sviluppato
una ricerca particolare sulla possibilità
di trattare la superficie dell’ alluminio
con interventi grafici e/o fotografici.
Nello
specifico,
abbiamo
voluto
esaltare le caratteristiche chimiche
intrinseche dell’ alluminio utilizzando una
nuova tecnologia che, non essendo
un classico rifìvestimento, esalta la
matericità e textutre naturale dei nostri
manufatti. Le grafie utilizzano lo stesso
procedimento delle superfici materiche
colorate per far sì che l'elemento grafico
si integri perfettamente con il materiale
di base preservandone le caratteristiche
materiche e tattili.
Questi
trattamenti,
permettono
l’elaborazione di dettagli visivi complessi
e raffinati ed una personalizzazione
estrema del prodotto: i motivi grafici
possono infatti essere scelti a catalogo
oppure elaborati su specifica richiesta
del cliente. Questa finitura garantisce
il massimo della qualità estetica, della
resistenza meccanica, al graffio, all’
umidità, ai solventi, ed ai raggi UV.
Alongside our studies on paintings,
mechanical treatments and material
surface finishings, we also developed
a peculiar research on the possibility to
treat the aluminium surface with graphics
and photographics interventions. The
graphic elements take advantage of
the same process used in our colored
material surfaces to blend perfectly
the photo-graphic intervention into the
surface preserving every material and
tactile detail of the base material .
We can develop subtle and complex
visual motifs and offer a complete
customization: the catalogue range is
augmented by the possibility to realize
the customer's own graphic choice.
This finish ensure the best of aesthetics
and resistence from scratch, humidity,
solvents and UV.

La realizzazione di incisioni e bassorilievi, si integra naturalmente con il lavoro
dei nostri laboratori.
Più che di un semplice trattamento
superficiale in questo caso abbiamo a
che fare con un vero e proprio studio
scultoreo,
sviluppato
affiancando
l’altissima abilità manuale di artigianani ed
artisti per realizzare opere raffinatissime
con dettagli, superfici e rese cromatiche
difficilmente riproducibili con procedimenti
industriali.
Possiamo realizzare affascinanti elementi
figurativi aggettanti, propri della tradizione
del bassorilievo o sofisticate incisioni
negli stili più diversi da motivi liberty a
pattern geometrici. Qui ancor più che
nelle altre tipologie di finitura si sottolinea
la precipua caratteristica tridimensionale
dei nostri oggetti.
The realization of engravings and basreliefs naturally fits the work of our own
labs.
In this case we deal with sculptural
tecniques rather than plain surface
finishings. Artisans and artists collaborate
to develop subtle works where details,
surfaces and chromatic effects are
just not reproducible by industrial
manufacturing.
We can realize jutting figurative
elements typical of bas-relief or develop
sophisticated engravings in the most
different styles: from liberty decoration to
intricate geometric patterns. Here, even
more then in other finishing styles we
underline the very own 3D nature of our
objects.
