Mit dem Bus bis zur Talstation Seilbahn Hochmuth. Bergfahrt zur
Hochmuth (Gasthof). Vom Gasthof weiter nach Steinegg (Gasthof),
knapp unterhalb Steinegg rechts abbiegen und auf dem Weg 22 weiter
bis zum Mutkopf (Gasthof, 1.648 m). Vom Mutkopf ein Stück den Weg 23
weiter in Richtung Mutspitze, dann beim Wegweiser auf etwa 1.800 m
rechts abbiegen und den Bockersteig 22 weiterwandern. Bei der nächsten
Abzweigung wieder rechts halten und auf dem Weg 22 weiter bis zur Bockerhütte (Schutzhütte) wandern (1.700 m). Den Wanderweg 6 talabwärts
gehen und über die „Kügleralm” immer auf der rechten Bachseite vorbei
am Gasthof Longfall bis zum Tiroler Kreuz (Hotel/Restaurant) wandern.
Von dort zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zurück nach Dorf Tirol.

Il pullman conduce alla stazione a valle della funivia che porta alla Muta.
Da qui si sale fino all’albergo Hochmuth. Dall’albergo Hochmuth si prosegue fino al Ristorante Steinegg. Poco al di sotto del ristorante bisogna
svoltare a destra per seguire il sentiero 22 fino al Mutkopf (ristorante,
1.648 m). Dal Mutkopf si segue dapprima un tratto del sentiero 23 in direzione della Cima della Muta. Poi, a ca. 1.800 m di altitudine, si svolta
a destra al segnavia e si prosegue lungo il sentiero 22 (Bockersteig). Tenersi ancora a destra al prossimo bivio e proseguire sempre sul sentiero
22 fino al Rifugio Bockerhütte (1.700 m). A questo punto si scende lungo
il sentiero 6 passando per la Malga Kügler sul lato destro del torrente e
il Ristorante Longfall fino alla Croce Tirolo (albergo). Da qui si ritorna a
Tirolo a piedi o con il pullman.

Take bus to valley station of Hochmuth cable car then ride up to Hochmuth
(inn). From inn continue to Steinegg (inn), just below Steinegg turn right
and continue on path 22 to Mutkopf (inn, 1,648 m). From Mutkopf take
path 23 towards Mutspitze, then at signpost (approx. 1,800 m) turn right
and take Bockersteig path 22. At next fork keep right and take path 22 up
to Bockerhütte (hut) (1,700 m). Take path 6 down valley and, via “Kügleralm” on right side of stream, pass Longfall inn to Tiroler Kreuz (inn/restaurant). From there on foot or by bus back to Dorf Tirol.
