Festival's Acclaimed Short Film Showcase Returns This Week
The April installment of the HollyShorts monthly screening series returns on Friday, April 25th
at the Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles. The organizers of HollyShorts will highlight 5 new
acclaimed short films, with the filmmakers in attendance for a Q&A session with the audience.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door. Doors open at 7:30 pm, screening begins at 8pm,
event ends at 11pm. Q&A session and reception to follow screening. Free Wine and
Beer provided. The Echo Park Film Center is located at 1200 N. Alvarado Street (@ Sunset Blvd)

Sendung ist erstmals am
17. März 2011 um 19.30
Uhr auf Star TV zu sehen. Der erste Gast von Linda Fäh ist der Aargauer SP-Politiker
Cédric Wermuth.
"Politik ist langweilig und kompliziert." Um diesem weit verbreiteten Vorurteil vor allem bei
der jüngeren Generation zu begegnen, lanciert Star TV Polimag, das neue Schweizer PolitMagazin.
Junge sensibilisieren
Die neue Sendung wird bewusst unterhaltsam gestaltet, um besonders die jüngeren Star
TV-Zuschauer anzusprechen Ziel ist es, das Publikum auf politische Themen in der
Schweiz zu sensibilisieren und zur Partizipation am politischen Diskurs aufzufordern. Dies
wird auf zwei Schienen erreicht werden: Einerseits portraitiert Linda Fäh, Miss Schweiz
2009, junge und später auch etablierte Politikerinnen und Politiker. Es geht dabei darum,
hinter die Fassade zu blicken und den Menschen hinter dem Politiker zu zeigen. Linda Fäh
diskutiert mit dem jeweiligen Politiker in entspannter Wohnzimmeratmosphäre über dessen
Leben, Karriere, Leidenschaften und Hobbys. Anderseits wird, wöchentlich alternierend,
ein politisches oder gesellschaftliches Thema näher beleuchtet. Die Dokumentarfilmerin
Vera Freitag präsentiert dabei aktuelle Fragestellungen im Doku-Stil.

Die Aufgabenstellung war die filmische Umsetzung von Berufsportraits zu den
verschiedensten Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten am KSSG im Rahmen eines breit angelegten
Rekrutierungsprogrammes. Level Two überzeugte das KSSG mit einem innovativen,
interaktiven Konzept, das mit der jungen Zielgruppe (Auszubildende) interaktiv in Dialog
tritt, so die Agentur in einer Mitteilung. Der Moderator Marco Fritsche (Bauer, ledig, sucht
…, Post-it Street-Challenge/Pro7 Schweiz) tritt als sympathischer Präsentator auf. Er führt
durch die Onlineplattform, informiert über die verschiedensten Berufsfelder beim KSSG
und beantwortet so alle Fragen. Dieses interaktive Tool wird auch auf Bildungsmessen
sowie bei Vorträgen zum Einsatz kommen und soll so bei Berufseinsteigern das Interesse
an einem Beruf im Gesundheitswesen wecken.
