INHOUD
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen
• Raadpleeg als het apparaat beschadigd is direct de leverancier voordat het apparaat
wordt geïnstalleerd of voordat het apparaat in bedrijf wordt genomen.
• Gebruik de haard niet buiten.
• Plaats de haard niet in een vochtige omgeving of nabij een bad douche of zwembad.
• De uitlaat van de warme lucht en de inlaat voor de koude lucht mogen op geen enkele
wijze geheel of gedeeltelijk worden geblokkeerd.
• Het is niet toegestaan het toestel te voorzien van een isolatie deken of op enige wijze in te
pakken.
• Het toestel is geschikt voor 230V, 50Hz en heeft een aansluitwaarde van max 2100 Watt.
• De stekker moet na installatie altijd bereikbaar zijn.
• De wandcontactdoos waarop het toestel wordt aangesloten dient geaard te zijn.
• Plaats het toestel niet onder de wandcontactdoos aangezien deze door warmte aangetast
zou kunnen worden.
• Zorg ervoor dat evt. overgordijnen of andere brandbare materialen minstens 50 cm van het
toestel verwijderd zijn.
• Het verdient aanbeveling het toestel door een erkend installateur te laten installeren volgens
geldende voorschriften.
• Laat geen kinderen in de buurt van de haard zonder toezicht en houd de afstandsbediening
buiten bereik van kinderen.
• Gebruik deze haard niet in combinatie met andere regelapparatuur zoals een timer,
thermische regelaar of een geprogrammeerde controller wat er voor zorgt dat de haard
automatisch inschakeld (de haard zou bedekt kunnen zijn of iemand zou de haard
ongemerk verplaatst kunnen hebben) hetgeen zou kunnen leiden tot brand.
• In geval van storing de stekker uit de wandcontactdoos nemen.
• Natte kleding, handdoeken e.d. niet op de kachel te drogen hangen!
• Door het toestel met de afstandsbediening op stand by te zetten blijft er een kleine stroom
door het toestel lopen, het verdient de aanbeveling voor het uitschakelen de aan uit
schakelaar te gebruiken.
• Het toestel NIET gebruiken bij omgevingstemperaturen lager dan 2ºC en hoger als 40ºC.
• Het toestel NIET gebruiken als de luchtvochtigheid meer dan 80% bedraagd.
• Het toestel NIET gebruiken boven de 2000 mtr.
• Let op: Het toestel weegt ongeveer 30 kg, het is raadzaam het toestel niet zonder hulp te
verplaatsen.
Waarschuwingen
1. Het symbool op het front bij de hete lucht uitlaat (fig. a) geeft aan dat het toestel
op deze plek bijzonder heet is en dat door het afdekken van deze uitlaat het
toestel oververhit kan raken.

2. Let op! Aanraking van hete delen kan brandwonden veroorzaken!
3. In geval van beschadiging van 1 van beide glasplaten mag het toestel niet meer gebruikt
worden.
4. Neem altijd de stekker uit de wandcontactdoos alvorens werkzaamheden aan het toestel
te verrichten, eventueel kunt u de groep waarom u toestel is aangesloten uitschakelen.
Controleer of het toestel spanningsloos is alvorens aan de werkzaamheden te beginnen.

Uitpakken
Wanneer u klaar bent met uitpakken, dient de verpakking
via de reguliere weg te worden afgevoerd.
Bewaar de verpakking tot het toestel geïnstalleerd is en
de goede werking is getest.

INSTALLATIEVOORSCHRIFT
Installatie
Laat de haard door een erkend vakhandelaar plaatsen
overeenkomstig de daarvoor geldende voorschriften.
Het vlameffect van deze sfeerhaard kan gebruikt worden
met en zonder verwarming.
De verwarming kan in twee standen worden gebruikt nl.
1000 Watt of 2000 Watt.
Ieder moment van de dag kunt u genieten van een
rustgevend realistisch vlameffect wat gegenereerd wordt
door de modernste technologie. Het energieverbruik benodigd voor het vlamverbruik is
bijzonder laag.
Dit DRU toestel is ontworpen om in te bouwen in een
boezem of een schouw.
Het toestel is voorzien van luchtinlaat aan de voorzijde
onder en een hete lucht uitlaat aan de voorzijde boven
(fig. 4).
In dit boekje vindt u instructies voor installatie en gebruik
van uw nieuwe toestel. Lees de instructies en
gebruikershandleiding goed door, zodat u zich vertrouwd
maakt met het toestel.Wilt u meer ondersteuning, neem
dan contact op met uw leverancier.
Dit toestel voldoet aan de geldende CE richtlijnen
Inleiding
In deze handleiding vindt u informatie over de inbouw,
het onderhoud, milieu aspecten, en de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Neem de handleiding zorgvuldig door voor u de haard
plaatst en bewaar deze goed op een veilige plaats.

INSTALLATIEVOORSCHRIFT
Aansluiten
Het toestel dient te worden aangesloten op een geaarde
wandcontactdoos.
Draadloze bediening
De haard wordt standaard geleverd met een draadloze
bediening. Hiermee kunnen de verwarmingselementen aan
en uit gezet worden, kan de lichtintensiteit (hoogte van het
vlameffect) aangepast worden en kan het toestel op stand
by gezet worden.
Hieronder zijn de symbolen op de afstandsbediening
verklaard.
De hoogte van het vlameffect kan ingesteld worden door
één of meerdere malen op de kleine of grote vlam te
drukken. Het dimmen gaat in 16 stapjes.
Het opgenomen vermogen (met beide
verwarmingselementen aan) door het toestel
is ruim 2000 Watt. Derhalve is de sfeerhaard
Fuse 230 Vac
voorzien van 2x10 Ampere trage zekeringen. 10 A T (slow bow)
Het is zaak rekening te houden met andere
toestellen die op dezelfde groep zijn aangesloten zodat het
maximale stroomverbruik van deze groep niet
overschreden wordt.
U kunt het toestel aansluiten door het bijgeleverde
netsnoer in de netentree te plaatsen (zie fig. 1-2-3).
Meer vlameffect
Vastzetten van de haard
De haard staat op 4 stelpoten, zodra deze juist gesteld zijn
staat de haard stabiel en hoeft niet verder vastgezet te
worden.

Aanbrengen van het front
Het front kan men aanbrengen door de haken boven in
het toestel te hangen en het vervolgens vast te zetten met
de schroeven aan de zijkant (zie fig. 4). Deze schroeven
dragen zorg voor de aarding en dienen stevig aan de
zijkant bevestigd te worden.
Minder vlameffect
Plaatsen van toestel, vrije ruimte om het toestel
Het toestel is ontworpen om strak in te bouwen in een
nieuw te bouwen boezem of een daarvoor ontworpen
sierschouw.
De ruimte achter het toestel moet minimaal 10 mm zijn
en boven het toestel minimaal 5 mm.
De inbouwhoogte is afhankelijk van de instelling van de
stelvoeten.
Plaats vervolgens het toestel op de gewenste plaats.
Houd in de boezem enige ruimte rondom het toestel
zodat het snoer en de warmte weg kunnen (zie fig. 5).

Plaatsen of vervangen van de batterijen in de
afstandsbediening
• Verwijder de deksel aan de onderzijde van de
afstandsbediening.
• Plaats de twee batterijen van het type AAA in de houder
en let hierbij op de plus en min aanduiding.
Let op: gebruik van batterijen die niet lekvrij zijn kan de
afstandbediening onherstelbaar beschadigen.
• Sluit de deksel.
De elektrische voeding wordt verzorgd door batterijen.
De levensduur van de batterijen is ongeveer één jaar. U
moet tijdens de bediening van de afstandsbediening deze
richten op het toestel omdat het gaat om een infrarood
afstandsbediening.
De afstandsbediening werkt alleen wanneer de
hoofdschakelaar (rechts boven aan het toestel) op 1 is
gezet.

In- en Uitschakelen van het toestel
Door de schakelaar aan de rechter bovenkant van het
toestel te bedienen (0 of 1) kan het toestel uit of aangezet
worden.
Let op: door het toestel hier uit te zetten verbruikt het
toestel geen stroom meer, het verdient altijd de
aanbeveling wanneer het toestel voor langere tijd
(de nacht bijvoorbeeld) uitgezet wordt dit met
deze schakelaar te doen.

Verwijderen voorste ruit
Om de voorste ruit te verwijderen dient u de lipjes op de
bovenste hoeken van de ruit te demonteren (zie fig 7).
Dit kunt u doen door de parker los te draaien.
Monteren gaat in de omgekeerde volgorde.
LET OP: de achterste ruit mag niet losgenomen worden.
Eerste maal gebruik maken van de verwarming
Tijdens de eerste gebruik van de verwarmingselementen
kan er een onaangenamegeur ontstaan, die wordt veroorzaakt door het aanwezige stof en het gebruik van het
element materiaal voor de eerste keer. Dit verdwijnt snel.
Plaatsen kiezels
Voor het plaatsen van de kiezels dient u de voorste ruit te
verwijderen (zie verwijderen ruit).
Plaats de kiezels volgens fig 8.
Monteer de ruit en het front weer voorzichtig.

ALGEMENE OPMERKINGEN
Onderhoud en reiniging
Zorg altijd dat de stekker uit de
wandcontactdoos is genomen of de groep
waarop het toestel is aangesloten is
uitgeschakeld.
Uw toestel dient eenmaal per jaar te worden
gecontroleerd, dit dient door uw installateur of een ander
gekwalificeerd installatiebedrijf te gebeuren.
Zorg dat het toestel is afgekoeld voor dat met reinigen of
inspectie wordt begonnen.
De controle en het onderhoud dienen in ieder geval een
goede en veilige werking van het toestel te garanderen.
Schakel hiervoor uw installateur of een gespecialiseerd
onderhoudsbedrijf in.
Het verdient aanbeveling om het toestel regelmatig op
stofvorming te laten controleren en zonodig stofvrij te
laten maken.
Storingen
Het is zeer onwaarschijnlijk dat er zich storingen
voordoen, in het geval er zich toch een storing voordoet
adviseren wij u uw leverancier te raadplegen.
Mogelijke storingen:
Het toestel heeft wel een vlameffect en de
ventilator doet het ook alleen er komt geen
warmte meer uit de haard:
Mogelijk heeft de thermische beveilig ingegrepen, na
verloop van tijd zal de beveilig afkoelen en er weer
warmte gegenereerd worden.
Mocht de beveilig direct weer ingrijpen en het
verwarmingselement uitschakelen, dan dient u uw
leverancier te raadplegen.
Om de luchtinlaat en de warme lucht uitlaat op
stofvorming te kunnen controleren moet het front
verwijderd worden, zie hiervoor bovenstaande sectie
“aanbrengen van het front”.
De haard reageert niet meer op de
afstandbediening:
Mogelijk zijn de batterijen van uw afstandbediening leeg,
plaats nieuwe en indien het probleem zich nog voordoet
kunt u uw leverancier raadplegen.
Op de binnenkant van het voorste glasraam kan zich na
verloop van tijd stof ophopen U kunt het verwijderen met
een glasreiniger of een vochtige doek.
Bij het reinigen van de mantel geen bijtende of schurende
middelen gebruiken. Lakbeschadigingen, bijvoorbeeld door
het plaatsen van voorwerpen op of tegen de mantel, vallen
buiten de garantie.
Bewaar deze handleiding zorgvuldig.
Extra bescherming
Indien het toestel in een vertrek geïnstalleerd wordt waar
jonge kinderen of hulpbehoevende mensen zonder
toezicht verblijven, adviseren wij het toestel af te
schermen en de afstandsbediening op een veilige plek op
te bergen.
Thermische beveiliging
In het toestel is een thermische beveiling opgenomen om
oververhitting te voorkomen, deze kan optreden als de
uitlaat voor warme lucht wordt belemmerd.
Na afkoeling zal het verwarmingselement weer
inschakelen.
Mocht deze beveiliging om wat voor een reden dan ook
zomaar inschakelen, dan dient u contact op te nemen met
uw leverancier.
Afdanken
Indien u het toestel vervangt of verwijdert, moet u het
toestel via de reguliere weg afvoeren.Voordat tot
demontage wordt overgegaan eerst het toestel vrij van de
netspanning maken door de het netsnoer los te koppelen
of de groep waarop het toestel is aangesloten spanningsvrij
te maken.

Garantie
De garantie op uw DRU toestel wordt verleend via uw
leverancier. In geval van storingen dient u altijd met hem
contact op te nemen. Uw leverancier zal DRU inschakelen
indien hij dit noodzakelijk acht. De fabrieksgarantie op uw
toestel bedraagt 2 jaar na datum van aankoop.

Consignes de sécurité
• En cas de dommage, contactez directement votre fournisseur avant de faire installer
l'appareil ou de le mettre en marche.
• N'utilisez pas le foyer à l'extérieur.
• Ne placez pas le foyer dans un environnement humide ou près d'un bac à douche ou d'une
piscine.
• La sortie d'air chaud ou l'entrée d'air froid ne doivent en aucun cas être obstruées,
partiellement ou totalement.
• Il est formellement interdit d'envelopper l'appareil d'une couche d'isolant ou d'une
quelconque façon.
• L'appareil est conçu pour 230 V, 50 Hz et a une puissance de raccordement maximale de
2100 Watt.
• La fiche de courant doit toujours être accessible une fois l'appareil installé.
• La prise de courant servant à brancher l'appareil doit toujours être avec terre.
• Ne placez pas l'appareil en dessous d'une prise de courant car celle-ci pourrait être
endommagée par la chaleur dégagée.
• Veillez à ne placer aucun matériel inflammable, des rideaux par exemple, à moins de 50 cm
de l'appareil.
• Il est conseillé de faire installer l'appareil par un installateur agréé qui suivra les consignes en
vigueur.
• Ne laissez pas les enfants sans surveillance à proximité du foyer et placez la télécommande
hors de leur portée.
• N'utilisez pas ce foyer en combinaison avec d'autres appareils de réglage, comme un
minuteur, un régulateur thermique ou un système d'allumage automatique du foyer (un
objet peut avoir été déposé sur le foyer ou quelqu'un peut avoir déplacé le foyer sans qu'on
s'en rende compte) ; cela pourrait causer un incendie.
• En cas de panne, débranchez la fiche de la prise de contact.
• Aucun vêtement mouillé, serviette ou autre, ne doit être mis à sécher sur l'appareil !
• Lorsque l'appareil est mis en veilleuse au moyen de la télécommande, il continue d'être
alimenté par un courant minimal ; c'est pourquoi il est conseillé de l'éteindre au moyen de
l'interrupteur.
• N'utilisez PAS l'appareil lorsque la température ambiante est inférieure à 2ºC ou supérieure à 40ºC.
• N'utilisez PAS l'appareil lorsque le taux d'humidité de l'air est supérieur à 80%.
• N'utilisez PAS l'appareil à une altitude supérieure à 2000 mètres.
• Attention : L'appareil pèse environ 30 kg. Il est donc conseillé d'être à plusieurs pour le déplacer.
Avertissements
1. Le symbole placé devant la sortie d'air chaud (fig. a) indique que la chaleur est
particulièrement élevée à cet endroit et que l'obstruation de la sortie peut
provoquer la surchauffe de l'appareil.

2. Attention : Risque de brûlure si l'on touche les parties dégageant de la chaleur !
3. En cas d'endommagement d'une des deux vitres de l'appareil, il faut cesser d'utiliser
l'appareil.
4. Veillez à toujours débrancher la prise de courant avant d'effectuer des travaux sur l'appareil
et déconnectez éventuellement le groupe auquel l'appareil est raccordé. Vérifiez que
l'appareil n'est plus sous tension avant de commencer les travaux.

Déballage
Après avoir tout déballé, déposez l'emballage dans un
conteneur destiné à l'enlèvement normal des déchets.
Conservez l'emballage jusqu'à ce que l'appareil soit installé
et que l'on ait vérifié son bon fonctionnement.

CONSIGNES D'INSTALLATION
Installation
Faites placer le foyer par un professionnel agréé,
conformément aux consignes en vigueur.
Le jeu de flammes de ce foyer peut être mis en service
indépendamment du chauffage.
Le chauffage peut être réglé sur deux positions, à savoir
1000 Watt ou 2000 Watt.
Vous pouvez profiter à tout moment de la journée d'un
jeu de flammes réaliste et reposant, profitant des
technologies les plus avancées. De plus, le jeu
de flammes consomme extrêmement peu
d'énergie.
Cet appareil DRU a été conçu pour être encastré dans un
manteau de cheminée ou un âtre.
L'appareil est équipé d'un conduit d'arrivée d'air
débouchant devant en bas et un conduit d'évacuation d'air
chaud devant en haut.Vous trouverez dans cette notice
des instructions pour l'installation et l'utilisation de votre
nouvel appareil. Lisez attentivement les instructions et la

CONSIGNES D’INSTALLATION
Raccordement
L'appareil doit être raccordé à une prise de contact avec
terre.
Commande sans fil
Le foyer est livré de façon standard avec une
télécommande sans fil. Cette télécommande permet
d'éteindre et d'allumer les éléments de chauffage, de régler
l'intensité de la lumière (hauteur du jeu de flammes) et de
mettre l'appareil en veilleuse.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous l'explication des symboles
employés sur la télécommande.
La hauteur du jeu de flammes peut être réglée en
appuyant une ou plusieurs fois sur la petite ou grande
flamme. La graduation se fait en 16 étapes.
La puissance utilisée par l'appareil (lorsque les
deux éléments de chauffage sont allumés) est
d'environ 2000 Watt. Le foyer est donc

équipé de fusibles lents de 2 x 10 ampères.
Il convient de tenir compte des autres
appareils raccordés au même groupe électrique pour que
le groupe ne dépasse pas la puissance d'utilisation
maximale.
Vous pouvez raccorder l'appareil en plaçant le cordon
fourni dans la prise de courant (voir fig. 1-2-3).
Amplifier l'effet de flammes
Fixation du foyer
Le foyer repose sur 4 pieds. Le réglage de ces pieds suffit à
stabiliser le foyer qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de fixer par
ailleurs.

Fixation du panneau frontal
La fixation du panneau frontal se fait en l'accrochant aux
crochets en haut de l'appareil et en le fixant ensuite sur les
côtés avec des vis (voir fig. 4). Ces vis servent à la prise de
terre et doivent être vissées à fond.
Atténuer l'effet de flammes
Installation de l'appareil, espace autour de
l'appareil
L'appareil est conçu pour être encastré avec précision
dans un nouveau manteau de cheminée à construire ou
dans une cheminée décorative conçue à cet effet.
Il doit y avoir moins 10 mm de jeu derrière l'appareil et
5mm au-dessus.
La hauteur d'encastrement dépend du réglage des pieds.
Placez ensuite l'appareil à l'endroit souhaité.
Conservez un peu d'espace dans le manteau autour de
l'appareil pour le câble et l'évacuation de la chaleur
(voir fig. 5).

Introduction ou remplacement des piles dans
la télécommande
• Enlevez le couvercle placé sous la commande.
• Placez deux piles de type AAA dans le boîtier en faisant
attention aux indications 'plus' et 'moins'.
Attention : l'usage de piles pouvant couler risque
d'endommager irrémédiablement la télécommande.
• Refermez le couvercle.
L'alimentation électrique se fait par piles. La durée des
piles est d'environ une année. Orientez la télécommande
en direction de l'appareil pendant le réglage car il s'agit
d'une télécommande à infrarouge.
La télécommande ne fonctionne que lorsque l'interrupteur
central (en haut à droite de l'appareil) est réglé sur le 1.

Allumage/extinction de l'appareil
On peut mettre en marche l'appareil ou l'arrêter en
réglant l'interrupteur placé en haut à droite (0 ou 1).
Attention : En arrêtant ainsi l'appareil, il ne consomme
absolument plus de courant ; c'est pourquoi
il est toujours conseillé de se servir de cet
interrupteur pour arrêter l'appareil pendant
une période longue (la nuit par exemple).

Retrait de la vitre
Pour retirer la vitre avant, il faut démonter les languettes
fixées dans les coins supérieurs de la vitre (voir figure 7).
Pour ce faire, dévissez les vis.
Pour replacer la vitre, procédez inversement.
Attention : La vitre arrière ne doit pas être détachée.
Première mise en marche du chauffage
A la première utilisation des éléments de chauffage, il peut
se dégager une odeur désagréable due à la poussière et au
matériau de fabrication. Cette odeur disparaît rapidement.
Déposer les cailloux
Retirez la vitre pour déposer les cailloux (voir Retrait de
la vitre).
Déposez les cailloux comme indiqué sur la figure 8.
Remontez la vitre et la façade.

REMARQUES GÉNÉRALES
Entretien et nettoyage
Assurez-vous pour cela que la fiche est
débranchée ou que le groupe auquel l'appareil
est raccordé est déconnecté.
Votre appareil doit être contrôlé une fois par an. Nous
vous conseillons de faire faire le contrôle par une
entreprise qualifiée.
Assurez-vous que l'appareil est froid au moment de
procéder au nettoyage ou à l'inspection.
Le contrôle et l'entretien ont pour but de garantir un
fonctionnement efficace et sûr de l'appareil. Demandez les
services de votre installateur ou d'une société d'entretien
spécialisée.
Il est conseillé de surveiller régulièrement la formation de
poussière dans l'appareil et auquel cas, de le (faire)
dépoussiérer.
Pannes
Il est très peu probable que des pannes se produisent ;
cependant, si tel est le cas, nous vous conseillons de
consulter votre fournisseur.
Pannes éventuelles :
Le jeu de flammes brûle, le ventilateur
fonctionne mais aucune chaleur ne se dégage
du foyer:
Il est probable que la sécurité thermique se soit mise en
marche. Après un certain temps, la sécurité interrompra le
refroidissement et l'appareil produira à nouveau de la
chaleur.
En cas de redéclenchement immédiat de la sécurité et
d'arrêt de l'élément de chauffage, consultez votre
fournisseur.
Pour vérifier s'il y a de la poussière dans les conduits
d'entrée d'air et d'évacuation d'air chaud, il faut retirer le
panneau de façade.Voir à ce propos le paragraphe cidessus « fixation du panneau frontal ».
A terme, de la poussière peut se déposer à l'intérieur de la
vitre. Pour la faire disparaître, utilisez un nettoyant à vitre
ou un chiffon humide.
Le foyer ne réagit pas à la télécommande :
les piles de la télécommande sont probablement usées. Il
faut donc les remplacer. Si le problème persiste, consultez
votre fournisseur.
N'utilisez pas de produits décapants ou abrasifs pour
nettoyer le manteau. Les dégâts occasionnés à la laque, en
plaçant notamment des objets contre ou sur le manteau,
ne sont pas garantis.
Conservez soigneusement cette notice.
Mesures de protection complémentaires
Si l'appareil est installé dans une pièce où de jeunes
enfants ou des personnes dépendantes séjournent sans
surveillance, il est conseillé de placer un écran de
protection autour de l'appareil et de ranger la
télécommande dans un endroit sûr.
Protection thermique
Une protection thermique est incorporée dans l'appareil
afin d'éviter le surchauffement qui peut se produire
lorsque la sortie d'air chaud est obstruée.
Après refroidissement, l'élément de chauffage se remettra
en marche.
En cas de mise en route inopportune de la protection,
veuillez prendre contact avec votre fournisseur.
Mise au rebut
Si vous désirez changer ou vous débarrasser de l'appareil,
suivez la procédure générale d'enlèvement des déchets.
Avant de procéder au démontage, mettez l'appareil hors
tension en débranchant le câble d'alimentation ou en
déconnectant le groupe auquel l'appareil est raccordé.

Safety measures
• If the appliance is damaged in any way, contact the supplier immediately before you install
or use it.
• Do not use the fire outside.
• Do not install the fire in damp surroundings or near a bath, shower or swimming pool.
• The hot-air outlet and cold-air inlet must not be blocked, either completely or partially, in any
way whatsoever.
• The appliance must not be fitted with an insulation blanket or packed in any other way.
• The appliance is suitable for 240V 50Hz and has a maximum nominal load of 2200 Watt.
• The plug must remain accessible at all times after installation.
• The wall socket the fire is to be connected to must be earthed.
• Do not place the fire under the plug socket as the heat could damage it.
• Ensure that curtains and any other combustible materials are at least 50 cm. away from the fire.
• We recommend that the appliance be installed by a qualified installer in accordance with
the current regulations.
• Do not allow children near the fire without supervision and keep the remote control out of
the reach of children.
• Do not use this fire in combination with any other controls such as a timer, thermal regulator
or programmed controller to switch it on automatically (the fire could be covered or
someone could have moved it without you noticing), which could cause a fire.
• In the event of a failure, unplug the fire.
• Never hang wet clothes or towels, etc. on the fire to dry!
• If you leave the fire and remote control on stand-by, a small amount of electricity will
continue to flow to the appliance. We recommend you use the on/off switch to switch the
fire on and off.
• Do NOT use the appliance in an ambient temperature lower than 2ºC or higher than 40ºC.
• Do NOT use the appliance if the humidity is more than 80%.
• Do NOT use the appliance above 2000 m.
• N.B.: This appliance weighs approx. 30 kg, we therefore advise you not to move it unaided.
Warnings
1. The symbol on the front near the hot-air outlet (fig. a) indicates that this part of
the appliance is extremely hot and that covering the outlet could cause it to
overheat.

The fire should be installed by a qualified professional in
accordance with current regulations.

Thank you for buying this DRU product. Our products are
developed and manufactured to meet the highest quality,
performance and safety requirements.You can
consequently be assured of years of trouble-free use.
Connection
The appliance should be connected to an earthed wall
socket.
The flame effect of this decorative fire can be used with or
without the heater.
The heater has two settings: 1090 Watt and 2180 Watt.
You can enjoy the relaxing and realistic flame effect
generated by state-of-the-art technology at
any time of the day. The energy consumption
for the flames is exceptionally low.
The measured capacity of this appliance (with
both heating elements on) was more than
2200 Watt. It has therefore been fitted with
2 x 10A slow fuses.

The air inlet and outlet are at the front of the appliance;

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
Remote control
A standard accessory with the appliance is a remote
control.With this you can switch the heating elements on
and off, regulate the light intensity (the height of the flame
effect) and switch the fire to stand-by.The symbols on the
remote control are explained below.
To regulate the height of the flame effect, press the large
or small flame one or more times.The dimmer has 16
stages.
It is important to take into account any other appliances
connected to the same group to avoid exceeding the
maximum consumption for that group.
You can connect the appliance by plugging the mains lead
provided into the mains input (see fig. 1-2-3).
Securing the fire
The fire has 4 adjustable feet. Once these have been
correctly adjusted the fire will be stable enough and does
not need to be secured in place.
Mounting the front
The front is mounted by hanging the hooks into the
appliance at the top and then securing it with screws at
the sides (see fig. 4).These screws serve as earthing and
should be tightened into the side firmly.

The fire is designed to be built into a newly built chimney
breast or a specially designed ornamental fireplace.There
should be at least 10 mm clearance behind the appliance
and at least 5 mm above.The build-in height will depend
on how tall the feet are adjusted.
Now move the appliance into the required position.
Leave a little space round the appliance in the chimney
breast for the wiring and to allow the heat to escape
(see fig. 5).

Inserting or replacing the batteries in the
remote control
• Remove the lid on the bottom of the remote control.
• Insert two AAA batteries in the holder as indicated by the
polarity symbols (plus and minus).
NB.: always use leak-proof batteries otherwise the
remote control could be irrevocably damaged.
• Close the lid.
The remote control is battery powered.The batteries will
last approximately one year. It is an infrared remote
control so when you use it you must point it at the
appliance.The remote control will only work if the main
switch (top right of the appliance) is switched to 1.

Switching the fire on and off
You can switch the appliance on and of by turning the
main switch (top right) to 0 or 1.
N.B.: If you use this switch to turn the fire off, it will
draw no more electricity and we therefore
recommend you use this switch to turn the fire off
for a longer period of time (e.g. at night).

Removing the window
To remove the window, first dismantle the lugs on the top
corners of the window (see fig. 7).
To do this, unscrew the self-tapping screw.
Reassemble in reverse order.
N.B.: the back window must not be removed.
Using the heater for the first time
When the heating elements are used for the first time
there can be an unpleasant smell, caused by any dust and
the initial heating of the element material.This will soon
disappear.

Adding the Pebbles
Before you can add the pebbles you will have to remove
the window (see: removing the window).
Distribute the pebbles as shown in fig. 8.

GENERAL NOTES
Maintenance and cleaning instructions
Always make sure the appliance is unplugged
or the group to which it is connected is
switched off in the meter cupboard.
Your appliance should be serviced at least once a year.We
advise you to have this done by a qualified company. Make
sure the fire is completely cool before starting to clean or
inspect it.
The inspection and maintenance must at least warrant that
the appliance is working correctly and safely. Have this
done by your installer or a specialised maintenance
company.
We also recommend you regularly check the appliance for
accumulated dust and clean it, or have it cleaned, if
necessary.
Troubleshooting
In the highly unlikely event of a fault, we recommend you
contact your supplier.
Possible faults:
The flame effect works and the fan does too
but no heat is emitted from the fire:
The thermal cut-out may have been activated. Once the
device has cooled down, the fire will generate heat again.
If the device is activated again straight away and the
heating element switched off, you should contact your
supplier.
To be able to inspect the air inlet and hot-air outlet for
accumulated dust, you will have to remove the front. See
“mounting the front” above.
The fire no longer responds to the remote
control:
Perhaps the batteries in the remote control are dead.
Replace them with new ones and if this does not resolve
the problem then contact your supplier.
In time, dust will collect on the inside of the glass window.
This can be removed with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive substances to clean the
casing. Any damage to the coating, caused by things put on
or against the casing for example, is not covered by the
guarantee.
Please keep this manual carefully.
Extra protection
If the appliance is to be installed in a room where there
are likely to be unsupervised young children or invalids, we
advise you to fit a guard and to keep the remote control
in a safe place.
Thermal protection
The appliance has a thermal cut-out to prevent
overheating, which could occur if the hot-air outlet is
covered. Once it has cooled down the heating element will
switch on again automatically.
Should this safety device be activated for no apparent
reason you should contact your supplier.
Disposal
If you replace or remove the appliance you must dispose
of it in an appropriate manner. Before dismantling the
appliance, it must be disconnected from the electricity by
unplugging the mains lead or switching off the mains for
the group to which the appliance is connected.

your supplier. In case of malfunctions, you should always
contact him.You supplier will contact DRU if he feels this

• Informieren Sie direkt Ihren Lieferanten wenn das Gerät beschädigt ist, bevor dieses installiert
wird, oder bevor das Gerät in Betrieb genommen wird.
• Gebrauchen Sie den Ofen nicht draußen.
• Stellen Sie den Ofen nicht in einer feuchten Umgebung oder in der Nähe von Bad,
Schwimmbad oder Dusche auf.
• Der Austritt der warmen Luft und der Einlass für die kalte Luft dürfen auf keinen Fall ganz oder
teilweise blockiert werden.
• Es ist nicht erlaubt, das Gerät mit einer Isolationsdecke zu versehen oder es, auf welche
Weise dann auch, ein zu packen.
• Das Gerät ist geeignet für 230V, 50Hz und hat einen Anschlusswert von van max. 2100 Watt.
• Der Stecker muss nach der Installation immer erreichbar sein.
• Die Wandsteckdose, auf dem das Gerät angeschlossen wird, muss geerdet sein.

• Wenn das Gerät mit der Fernbedienung auf stand by gestellt wird, läuft doch noch ein
wenig Strom durch das Gerät. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, zum Ausschalten den An/Ausschalter zu

• Das Gerät NICHT gebrauchen bei Umgebungstemperaturen niedriger als 2ºC und höher als 40ºC.

Installation
Lassen Sie den Ofen von einem anerkannten Fachhändler,
übereinstimmend mit den dafür geltenden Vorschriften,
aufstellen.
Der Flammeneffekt dieses Stimmungsofens kann mit und
ohne Heizung gebraucht werden.
Die Heizung kann in zwei Ständen gebraucht werden,
nämlich 1000 Watt oder 2000 Watt.
In jedem Moment des Tages können Sie von einem
beruhigenden, realistischen Flammeneffekt genießen, der
durch die modernste Technologie erzeugt wird.
Der Energieverbrauch, der für die Flamme
benötigt wird, ist besonders niedrig.
Dieses DRU-Gerät ist entworfen für den Einbau in einen
Kaminüberbau oder in einen offenen Kamin.
Das Gerät ist versehen mit einem Lufteinlass an der
Vorderseite unten und einem Heißluftaustritt an der
Vorderseite oben. In diesem Buch finden Sie Instruktionen
für Installation und Gebrauch Ihres neuen Gerätes. Lesen
Sie die Instruktionen und die Gebrauchsanleitung gut
durch, so dass Sie sich mit dem Gerät vertraut machen

Anschließen
Das Gerät muss an eine geerdete Wandsteckdose
angeschlossen werden.
Halten Sie in dem Kaminüberbau rund um das Gerät
herum ein wenig Platz frei für Kabel und entweichende
Wärme (siehe Fig. 5).
Drahtlose Bedienung
Der Ofen wird als Standard mit einer drahtlosen
Bedienung geliefert. Hiermit können die Heizelemente einund ausgeschaltet werden, kann die Lichtintensität (Höhe
des Flammeneffektes) angepasst werden und kann das
Gerät auf stand by gestellt werden.
Hierunter sind die Symbole auf der Fernbedienung erklärt.
Die Höhe des Flammeneffektes können Sie, wenn Sie ein
oder mehrere Male auf die kleine oder große Flamme
drücken, einstellen. Das Abblenden geht in 16 Schritten.
Das aufgenommene Vermögen (mit beiden
eingeschalteten Heizelementen) ist gut 2000
Watt. Darum ist der Stimmungsofen mit
Fuse 230 Vac
10 A T (slow bow)
2x10 Ampere trägen Sicherungen versehen.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, andere Geräte
einzukalkulieren, die auf derselben Gruppe angeschlossen
sind, sodass der maximale Stromverbrauch dieser Gruppe
nicht überschritten wird.
Sie können das Gerät anschließen, indem Sie das mitgelieferte
Netzkabel in die Steckdose stecken (siehe Fig. 1-2-3).
Feststellen des Ofens
Der Ofen steht auf 4 Stellfüßen.Wenn diese richtig gestellt
sind, steht der Ofen stabil und braucht nicht weiter
festgestellt zu werden.

Anbringen der Vorderfront
Die Vorderfront kann man anbringen, indem man die
Haken oben in das Gerät hängt und sie danach mit den
Schrauben an der Seite festschraubt (siehe Fig. 4). Diese
Schrauben sorgen für die Erdung und müssen stabil an der
Seite befestigt werden.

Das Gerät wurde entworfen für einen straffen Einbau in
einen neu zu bauenden Kaminüberbau oder einen dafür
entworfenen Zierkamin.
Der Raum hinter dem Gerät muss minimal 10 mm sein
und über dem Gerät minimal 5 mm.
Die Einbauhöhe ist abhängig von der Einstellung der Stellfüße.
Bringen Sie danach das Gerät an den gewünschten Platz.

Einlegen oder auswechseln der Batterien in der
Fernbedienung
• Entfernen Sie den Deckel an der Unterseite der
Fernbedienung.
• Legen Sie die zwei Batterien,Type AAA in den Halter und
achten Sie hierbei auf die plus und minus Andeutung.
Achtung: Gebrauch von Batterien die auslaufen, können
die Fernbedienung unherstellbar beschädigen.
• Schließen Sie den Deckel.
Die elektrische Speisung wird von Batterien versorgt. Die
Lebensdauer der Batterien ist ungefähr ein Jahr. Beim
Gebrauch der Fernbedienung müssen Sie diese auf das
Gerät richten, weil es eine Infrarot Fernbedienung ist.
Die Fernbedienung wirkt nur, wenn der Hauptschalter
(rechts oben an dem Gerät) auf 1 gestellt ist.

Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes
Wenn Sie den Schalter an der rechten oberen Seite des
Gerätes bedienen (0 of 1), kann das Gerät aus- oder
eingeschaltet werden.
Achtung: Wenn das Gerät hier ausgeschaltet wird,
verbraucht das Gerät keinen Strom mehr.Wir
empfehlen Ihnen, wenn Sie das Gerät für
längere Zeit (z.B. nachts) ausschalten wollen,
dies mit diesem Schalter zu tun.

Entfernen der Scheibe
Um die vorderste Scheibe zu entfernen, müssen Sie die
Laschen in den obersten Ecken demontieren (siehe Fig 7).
Dies geschieht durch Lösen der Parker.
Montieren geschieht in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge.
ACHTUNG: die hinterste Scheibe darf nicht gelöst
werden.
Zum ersten Mal Gebrauch machen von der
Heizung
Beim ersten Gebrauch der Heizelemente kann ein
unangenehmer Geruch entstehen, der von dem
vorhandenen Staub und dem Element verursacht wird.
Dies verschwindet schnell.
Anbringen der Kieselsteinchen
Zum Anbringen der Kieselsteinchen müssen Sie die
Scheibe entfernen (siehe entfernen Scheibe).
Bringen Sie die Kieselsteinchen wie in Fig. 8 beschrieben, an.
Montieren Sie die Scheibe wieder an die Vorderfront.

ALLGEMEINE BEMERKUNGEN
Wartung und Reinigung
Sorgen Sie immer dafür, dass der Stecker aus
der Steckdose genommen wird, oder die
Gruppe, auf der das Gerät angeschlossen ist,
ausgeschaltet wird.
Ihr Gerät muss einmal pro Jahr kontrolliert werden.Wir
empfehlen Ihnen, dies von einem qualifizierten Betrieb tun
zu lassen.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät abgekühlt ist, bevor mit
der Reinigung und der Inspektion begonnen wird.
Die Kontrolle und die Wartung sollte auf jeden Fall ein
gutes und sicheres Funktionieren des Gerätes garantieren.
Schalten Sie hierfür Ihren Installateur oder einen
spezialisierten Wartungsbetrieb ein.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, das Gerät regelmäßig auf
Staubbildung zu kontrollieren und, falls nötig, es staubfrei
zu machen, oder machen zu lassen.
Garantie
Für die Garantie auf Ihr DRU-Gerät ist Ihr Lieferant
zuständig. Bei Störungen wenden Sie sich bitte auf jeden
Fall an ihn. Ihr Lieferant schaltet DRU ein, wenn er das für
notwendig hält. Die fabriksseitige Garantie auf Ihr Gerät
beträgt zwei Jahre ab dem Kaufdatum.
Störungen
Es ist sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass Störungen entstehen.
Sollten diese doch auftreten, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Kontakt
mit Ihrem Lieferanten auf zu nehmen.
Mögliche Störungen:
Um den Lufteintritt und den Austritt der warmen Luft auf
Staubbildung kontrollieren zu können, muss die
Vorderfront entfernt werden, siehe hierfür oben stehenden
Abschnitt “die Vorderfront anbringen”.
Der Flammeneffekt tritt auf und auch der
Ventilator funktioniert, nur die Wärmezufuhr
nicht:
Möglicherweise hat sich die thermische Sicherung
eingeschaltet. Nach einiger Zeit kühlt die Sicherung ab und
es wird wieder Wärme erzeugt.
Sollte sich die Sicherung sofort wieder einschalten und das
Heizelement ausschalten, müssen Sie sich mit Ihrem
Lieferanten beratschlagen.
An der Innenseite des Glasfensters kann sich nach einiger
Zeit Staub aufhäufen. Diesen können Sie mit einem
Glasreiniger oder einem feuchten Tuch entfernen.
Beim Reinigen des Mantels keine beißenden oder
scheuernden Mittel gebrauchen. Lackbeschädigungen, z. B.
durch das Auflegen von Gegenständen auf oder an den
Mantel, sind nicht in der Garantie enthalten.
Der Ofen reagiert nicht mehr auf die
Fernbedienung:
Möglicherweise sind die Batterien Ihrer Fernbedienung
leer, legen Sie Neue ein. Ist das Problem noch nicht
behoben, können Sie besser Ihren Lieferanten
benachrichtigen.
Extra Schutz
Wenn das Gerät in einem Raum installiert wird, in dem
sich kleine Kinder oder hilfsbedürftige Menschen
unbeaufsichtigt aufhalten, empfehlen wir Ihnen, das Gerät
ab zu schirmen und die Fernbedienung an einem sicheren
Platz zu bewahren.
Bewahren Sie diese Anweisung
sorgfältig.
Thermische Sicherung
In das Gerät wurde eine thermische Sicherung aufgenommen,
um Überhitzung zu verhindern. Überhitzung kann auftreten,
wenn der Auslass für warme Luft blockiert wird.
Nach Abkühlung wird sich das Heizelement wieder
einschalten.
Sollte sich diese Sicherung, aus welchen Gründen auch, von
selbst einschalten, sollten Sie mit Ihrem Lieferanten
Kontakt aufnehmen.

Recycling
Wenn sie das Gerät erneuern oder entfernen, muss es
über den regulieren Weg abgeführt werden. Bevor mit der
Demontage begonnen wird, erst das Kabel aus der

Conselhos de Segurança
• Em caso de o aparelho se encontrar danificado, contacte directamente o fornecedor
antes de instalar o aparelho ou pô-lo em funcionamento.
• Não instalar o aparelho no exterior.
• Não coloque o aparelho num local com humidade ou próximo de um duche ou piscina.
• A saída de ar quente ou entrada de ar frio não deve, em caso algum, estar obstruída,
totalmente ou parcialmente.
• É totalmente interdito envolver o aparelho com isolamento ou qualquer outro material.
• O aparelho foi concebido para 230V, 50 Hz e tem uma potência de funcionamento
máxima de 2100 watt.
• A ficha de corrente deve estar sempre acessível, após o aparelho estar instalado.
• A tomada de corrente onde o aparelho vai ser ligado deve ter sempre fio terra.
• Não coloque o aparelho por debaixo de uma tomada porque poderá danifica-la com o
calor emitido.
• Não colocar, nenhum material inflamável, cortinas por exemplo, a menos de 50 cm do
aparelho.
• É aconselhável que a instalação seja efectuada por instalador qualificado, que deverá
seguir as normas em vigor.
• Não deixar sem vigilâncias crianças perto do aparelho e coloque o telecomando fora do
seu alcance.
• Não utilize este aparelho em combinação com outros aparelhos de regulação, como um
temporizador, regulador térmico ou sistema de ligação automático do recuperador
(um objecto pode ter sido colocado em cima do recuperador ou alguém pode ter
deslocado o aparelho sem ninguém se aperceber)
• Em caso de avaria desligue o recuperador da tomada.
• Nenhum vestuário húmido ou molhado, toalha ou outros, deve ser colocado a secar sobre
o aparelho.
• Sempre que o aparelho é desligado através de telecomando, ele pode continuar a ser
alimentado por uma corrente mínima, por este motivo é aconselhável desliga-lo no
interruptor.
• Não utilize o aparelho sempre que a temperatura ambiente for inferior a 2 ºC ou superior a
40 ºC.
• Não utilize o recuperador sempre que a taxa de humidade do ar for superior a 80%.
• Não utilize o aparelho a uma altitude superior a 2000 metros.
• Atenção: O aparelho pesa aproximadamente 30Kg. É aconselhável ser transportado por
varias pessoas.
Avisos
1. O símbolo colocado á frente da saída de ar quente (fig a), indica que o calor é
particularmente elevado neste local e que a obstrução da saída pode provocar
o sobreaquecimento do aparelho.

Ligação
O aparelho deve ser ligado a uma tomada de corrente
com fio terra.
Comando sem fios
O recuperador é fornecido no modo standard com um
telecomando sem fios. Este telecomando permite
ligar/desligar os elementos de aquecimento, de regular a
intensidades da luz (alterar a chama) e de desligar o
aparelho.
Encontrará, em baixo, a explicação dos símbolos utilizados
no telecomando.
A potência utilizada pelo aparelho (quando os
dois elementos estão ligados) é de
aproximadamente 2000 watt. O recuperador
Fuse 230 Vac
é equipado com dois fusíveis lentos de 2 x 10 10 A T (slow bow)
ampéres.
É aconselhável ter em conta os outros aparelhos ligados
ao mesmo grupo para que o grupo não ultrapasse a
potência máxima de utilização.
A altura do efeito das chamas pode ser regulada
precionando uma ou varias vezes sobre a pequena chama
ou grande chama. A graduação é efectuada em 16 etapas.
Poderá ligar o aparelho ligando o cabo de alimentação
fornecido a uma tomada de corrente (ver fig. 1 – 2 – 3)
Fixação do recuperador
O recuperador assenta sobre quatro (4) pés. A regulação
destes pés é suficiente para estabilizar o recuperador não
sendo necessário fixar por outros meios.

Fixação do painel frontal
A fixação do painel frontal é efectuada encaixando os
encaixes na parte superior do aparelho e fixando em
seguida nas laterais com parafusos (fig. 4). Estes parafusos
servem de terra por isso devem ser aparafusados por
completo.

Instalação do aparelho, espaço envolvente do
aparelho.
O aparelho foi concebido para ser encastrado com
precisão numa chaminé a construir ou chaminé decorativa
concebida para o efeito. Deverá existir 10 mm de folga na
parte de trás do aparelho e 5 mm de folga na parte de
baixo do aparelho.
A altura a encastrar dependerá da regulação dos pés.
Coloque de seguida o aparelho no local pretendido.
Conserve um pouco de espaço á volta do aparelho para o
cabo de alimentação e para a evacuação do calor.

Substituição das pilhas do telecomando
• Retire a tapa colocada na parte inferior do telecomando
• Coloque duas pilhas do tipo AAA na caixa tendo em
atenção as indicações de “mais” e “menos”.
• Atenção: a utilização de pilhas não apropriadas podem
danificar o telecomando de forma irremediável.
• Feche a tampa
A alimentação é efectuada através de pilhas. A duração das
pilhas é aproximadamente de 1 ano. Oriente o
telecomando na direcção do recuperador durante a
regulação porque é um telecomando de infra vermelhos. O
telecomando funciona desde que o interruptor central,
(situado na lateral direita) estiver na posição 1.

Ligar/desligar o aparelho
Pode-se ligar/desligar o aparelho regulando o interruptor
que se situa na parte superior na lateral direita (0 ou 1).
Atenção:
Desligando desta forma o aparelho o consumo é
completamente nulo, por este motivo é aconselhável
utilizar este interruptor para desligar durante longos
períodos (por exemplo durante a noite).

Para retirar o vidro, deve-se antes desmontar os encaixes
que se encontram fixados na parte superior do vidro (ver
fig. 7).
Para o fazer desaperte os parafusos. Para recolocar o
vidro proceda de forma inversa.
Atenção: não desaperte nem retire o vidro detrás.
Primeira utilização
Na primeira utilização dos elementos de aquecimento,
poderá libertar um odor desagradável devido ao pó e
material de fabricação. Este odor desaparecerá
rapidamente.
Colocação das pedras
Retire o vidro para colocar as pedras (ver retirar vidro).
Coloque as pedras como indicado na figura 8.
Recoloque o vidro e o painel frontal.

OBSERVAÇÕES GERAIS
Manutenção e limpeza
Assegure-se antes de qualquer manutenção
e/ou limpeza que o aparelho encontra-se
desligado da tomada de corrente ou o grupo
está desligado.
O seu aparelho deve ser controlado uma vez por ano.
Aconselhamos que o controlo deverá ser realizado por
uma empresa qualificada.
Avarias
É pouco provável que exista avarias, contudo, e se for o
caso, aconselhamos que contacte o seu fornecedor.
Assegure-se que o aparelho está frio quando proceder á
limpeza ou inspecção.
O controlo e manutenção têm por objectivo garantir um
funcionamento eficaz e segurança do aparelho.
Possíveis Avarias
O efeito das chamas funciona, o ventilador
funciona mas nenhum calor é evacuado do
recuperador.
É provável que a segurança térmica tenha sido activada.
Após um certo tempo, a segurança interrompe o
arrefecimento do aparelho e o recuperador produzirá
novamente calor.
Solicite os serviços do seu instalador ou de uma empresa
de manutenção especializada.
É aconselhável vigiar regularmente a formação e
acumulação de pó no aparelho e em alguns casos a sua
limpeza.
Caso o sistema de segurança térmica volte a activar e
desligue os elementos de aquecimento contacte o seu
fornecedor.
Para verificar a existência de pó nas condutas de entrada
de ar e evacuação de ar quente, é necessário retirar o
painel frontal ver “ fixação do painel frontal”.
O pó/sujidade também se pode depositar no interior do
vidro. Para a sua limpeza utilize um pano húmido ou um
produto para limpeza de vidros.
Não utilize produtos decapantes ou abrasivos para limpeza
do aparelho. Os desgastes provocados na lacagem ou por
colocação de objectos em cima do aparelho não são
abrangidos pela garantia.
O recuperador não reage ao telecomando.
As pilhas do telecomando, provavelmente devem estas
gastas. É necessário substitui-las. Se o problema persistir
contacte o seu fornecedor.
Conserve este manual.
Medidas de protecção complementares
Se o aparelho é instalado numa peça onde crianças ou
pessoas dependentes utilizam frequentemente sem
vigilância, é aconselhável colocar um ecrã de protecção á
volta do aparelho e guardar o telecomando em local
seguro fora do alcance das crianças.
Protecção Térmica
O aparelho tem incorporado um sistema de protecção
térmica para evitar um sobreaquecimento que se poderá
produzir se as evacuações de ar quente forem obstruídas.
Após o arrefecimento, o elemento de aquecimento retoma
o funcionamento.
Caso a protecção térmica e ligue sem causa alguma
contacte o seu fornecedor.
Substituição
Se pretende substituir ou eliminar o seu aparelho, siga o
procedimento geral de eliminação deste tipo de detritos.
Antes de proceder á desmontagem, coloque o aparelho
sem tensão, desligando o cabo de alimentação ou
desligando o grupo ao qual está associado.

Garantia
A garantia do seu aparelho DRU é oferecido pelo seu
fornecedor. Em caso de falhas técnicas deve sempre
contactá-lo. O seu fornecedor chamará a DRU se achar
necessário. O prazo da garantia de fábrica do seu aparelho
é de 2 anos após a data de compra.
