Harmonious design
„Gesund zur Form“ – das ist das Motto dieser einzigartigen
Einrichtung direkt neben der VELTINS-Arena. Mit herausragender medizinischer und sportwissenschaftlicher Kompetenz
vereint medicos.AufSchalke ambulante Rehabilitation, Sportmedizin sowie Trainings- und Gesundheitsmanagement unter
einem Dach – und das in einem unvergleichlichen sportlichen
Umfeld auf 12.200 m2 Gesamtfläche.
“In excellent form” is the motto of this unique facility adjacent to the VELTINS arena. With outstanding medical and
sport science expertise, medicos.AufSchalke offers a combination of outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine as well as
exercise and health management in one center – on a total
area of 12,200 m2 in an unparalleled sporting environment.
Ziel der Architektur war es, durch eine harmonische Gestaltung des Gebäudes und der Innenausstattung die angenehmen Seiten der Gesunderhaltung
hervorzuheben. Gelungen ist dies durch die Materialauswahl, die Farbgestaltung, raumoffene Strukturen – und natürlich die Einrichtung.
The goal of the architecture was to stress the pleasant aspects of maintaining
health through the harmonious design of the building and the interior
furnishing. This was achieved with the material selection, color design, open
structures – and naturally the furniture.
Das innovative Gebäudekonzept ist unterteilt in ein Hauptgebäude (u.a. mit
Kraft-, Kardio- und Wellness-Bereich) von dem aus drei „Finger“ (eingesetzte
Gebäudeteile mit verschiedenen Anwendungs- und Behandlungszonen) ausgehen.
The innovative building concept consists of a main building (including a
weight training, cardio and wellness area) and three “fingers” or extensions
(building annexes with various application and treatment zones).
Dort, wo es um „Reha, Sport und Vitalität mit dem Plus
der Profis“ geht, dürfen natürlich auch die „Möbel für
Menschen“ von C+P nicht fehlen.
And of course C+P “Furniture for people” is a must wherever
“rehabilitation, sport and vitality under professional supervision” are concerned.

Die Umkleideräume wurden mit C + P Schränken der Serie Evolo eingerichtet. Alle Schränke dieser Anlage haben einen Stahlkorpus mit Sockelkonzept.
Die Dekortüren aus MDF sind mit Safe-O-Tronic Schrankverschlüssen ausgestattet.
The locker rooms were furnished with C+P Evolo series lockers. All lockers
of this facility have a steel carcass with a plinth. The MDF decor doors are
equipped with Safe-O-Tronic locking systems.
Der Gesundheits- und Wohlfühlfaktor wird auch für die
Mitarbeiter im Verwaltungsgebäude erlebbar. Hierfür sorgen u.a. höheneinstellbare Tische und die hellen, freundlichen Oberflächen in Ahorn-Dekor.
Also the staff can benefit from the healthy and ergonomic
furniture in the administration building. This is ensured by
e.g. height-adjustable tables and bright, friendly surfaces in
hard maple decor.
Behindertengerechte Ausstattung: diese wandhängenden Evolo-Spezialschränke sind unterfahrbar – ebenso wie die Küchenzeilen mit absenkbaren Schränken.
Handicapped accessible furniture: These wall-mounted Evolo special cabinets are wheelchair accessible – just like the kitchenettes with pull-down cabinets.
