Alle Versionen sind bereits in der Grundausstattung mit einem automatischen
Prägeablauf ausgestattet. Durch den
Anbau von weiteren Optionen können die
Maschinen individuell auf die zu prägenden Teile zugeschnitten werden. Ebenso
sind vollautomatische Zu- und Abführeinrichtungen erhältlich.
All machine versions in their standard
design are equipped with an automatic
hot stamping process. Due to installation
of different optional equipment it is possible
to individually adapt the machines to the
parts to be stamped. As well fully automatic
loading and unloading devices are available.

Die SPRINT 50 und die SPRINT 90 sind
Heißprägemaschinen zum Abrollen von
runden, zylindrischen Prägeteilen. Ihr
Zwangsantrieb läßt über eine Zahnstange
das Prägeteil auch nach der Prägung
weiterdrehen. Die Maschinen besitzen
einen motorischen Folienvorschub und
eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für verbrauchte
Prägefolie.
The SPRINT 50 and the SPRINT 90 are
hot stamping machines for rolling-on
round, cylindrical parts. After forced
rolling-on the part rotation is carried on
over rack gear. The machine is equipped
with a motor driven foil feed and rewinding device for consumed stamping foil.

The hot stamping machine SPRINT U

Die Abrollmaschine DUOSPRINT 50 prägt
zylindrische Teile in einem Arbeitsgang
passergenau mit zwei Farben. Dabei
lassen sich an jedem der beiden Heizköpfe Temperatur, Prägeebene und
Prägeposition separat einstellen. Auch die
Folienvorschübe arbeiten jeweils unabhängig voneinander. Selbstverständlich
kann die DUOSPRINT 50 ebenso für einfarbige Prägungen eingesetzt werden.
Our roll-on machine DUOSPRINT 50
permits two-color decorating of cylindrical
parts in one working step. Temperature,
stamping level and position can be set
individually for each heating head. The foil
feeding units work independently of each
other. Of course the DUOSPRINT 50
machine is also suitable for single-color
decoration of parts.
