Antriebseinheiten (SPA) können mit den unterschiedlichsten Aufsatzgeräten kombiniert
werden. Somit lassen sich alle hebö Kunstschmiede-Systeme ganz nach Ihren Bedürfnissen konfigurieren und erweitern:

Gegenüber der STM4 mit polumschaltbaren
Motor verfügt die STM5 über einen Frequenzumrichter für variable Drehzahlregelung und
hochpräzise Arbeitsabläufe. Beide Grundmaschinen sind bereits für das Verdrehen von
Metallstäben ausgestattet. Mit den entsprechenden Aufsatzgeräten eignen sie sich darüber hinaus für die Zwirbelherstellung, zum
Schörkel biegen, dem Prägen von Handläufen
und Ausschmieden von Enden.

Compared to the STM4 with a pole changing motor
the STM5 has a powerful motor unit with frequency
inverter for variable speed control and for high-precision work processes. Both basic machines are already
equipped with twisting tools for metal rods. With the
appropriate attachments they are also suitable for
basket production, scroll bending, handrail embossing
and end forging.

werden. Mit diesem Aufsatz lassen sich Zwirbel in den unterschiedlichsten Variationen
herstellen. Egal ob aus 4 oder 12 Stäben – mit
dem VDZ30 Zwirbelbiegeaufsatz setzen sie
ästhetische Akzente bei Ihrem Schmiedeobjekt
mit gleichbleibender Qualität und Optik.

Wenn Sie einfach nur eine zusätzliche Antriebseinheit benötigen, bietet sich diese
Variante an. Gegenüber dem SPA2 mit polumschaltbaren Motor verfügt der SPA3 über einen
Frequenzumrichter für variable Drehzahlregelung und hochpräzise Arbeitsabläufe. Mit den
entsprechenden Aufsatzgeräten eignet sich
der Antrieb zum Prägen von Handläufen, dem
Ausschmieden von Enden oder dem Biegen
von Rohren. Zusätzlich kann die Maschine mit
einem Zusatztisch geliefert werden.

Ihnen hebö die günstigste Möglichkeit zur Veredelung Ihrer Geländer und somit das ideale
Einsteigergerät für den Handwerker.
Die bei Lieferung enthaltene Prägewelle
können Sie speziell nach Ihren Bedürfnissen
fertigen lassen, um Vierkant- oder Flachmaterialien zu bearbeiten. Nachträglich hergestellte Werkzeuge lassen sich aufgrund des
hebö-Stecksystems schnell wechseln.

You can choose the designs for square and flat material of the embossing roller which belongs to the basic

Leistung und Flexibilität machen den HPG2B
Handlaufprägeaufsatz zum idealen Einsteigergerät für den Industriebetrieb. Ein leichter
Wechsel der doppelt angetriebenen Prägewelle
durch das Ring-Stecksystem und die genaue
Justierung der Richtrollen sowie das in der
Grundausstattung vorhandene Vertikal- und
Horizontalrichtwerk ermöglichen ein schnelles und präzises Umrüsten der Maschine. In
Verbindung mit einer STM5-Maschine können
Sie ca. 800 m pro Stunde an vielfältigen Materialien, wie z.B. Vierkant-, Flach-, Rundmaterialien und ebenso Rohre, mit den gewünschten
Mustern profilieren.
Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit einer Erweiterung zum spießkantigen Abhämmern von
Vierkantmaterial.

because of a simple change of the double driven embossing shaft, by the ring-connection system and the
exact adjustment of the straightening rollers as well

Als hebös größte Ausbaustufe von Handlaufprägeaufsätzen verfügt der HPG3A ebenso wie
der HPG2B über eine doppelt angetriebene
Prägewelle mit Ring-Stecksystem für einen
einfachen Werkzeugwechsel. Darüber hinaus
erhalten Sie in der Grundausstattung ein
erweitertes Vertikal- und Horizontalrichtwerk
mit genauer Justierung der Richtrollen. In Verbindung mit einer STM5 Machine können ca.
1200 m pro Stunde an vielfältigen Materialien,
wie z.B. Vierkant-, Flach-, Rundmaterialien
sowie Rohre, mit den gewünschten Mustern
profiliert werden. Der HPG3A ermöglicht
Ihnen dabei die Verwendung von Materialien
mit noch größeren Dimensionen.
Es besteht ebenso die Möglichkeit zur Erweiterung für das spießkantige Abhämmern von
Vierkantmaterial. Somit bietet dieser Handlaufprägeaufsatz umfangreiche Möglichkeiten
für Industriebetriebe.
The HPG3A is the biggest version of the embossing
attachments.
As HPG2B, it is supplied with a double driven embossing shaft with a ring-connection-system for a simple
change of tools. In addition to that you receive an
extended vertical-horizontal straightening device with
exact adjustment of the straightening rollers at the basic supplied version. In connection with the STM5 basic
machine you are able to emboss approx. 1200 meters
per hour of diverse materials like square, flat, round
material as well as tubes with the desired designs. The
HPG3A makes the use of larger material dimensions
possible.
Additionally the HPG3A can be upgraded for edgewise

GSO1/GSO2/GSO3 gasforge
Die GSO Gas-Schmiedeöfen eignen sich zum
schnellen Erhitzen von Werkstücken - insbesondere zur Vorbereitung für das Ausschmieden von Enden mit den hebö Endausschmiedeaufsätzen oder zum Formen mit Gesenken
bei allen hebö Luftschmiedehämmern. Je
nach Modell verfügen die rußfreien Öfen
über eine herausnehmbare Rückwand für lange Materialien, eine hochwertige Isolierung
sowie ein durchgängiges Edelstahlgehäuse
(nur GSO3).
Optional können die Modelle GSO1 und GSO2
mit einer Druckluftdüse zur Steigerung der
Temperatur ausgerüstet werden. Alle Modelle
sind auf Wunsch auch mit Gestell lieferbar.
Gas forges GSO are suitable for heating up working
pieces quickly, especially for the preparation of end
forging with the appropriate attachments or for shaping with dies on all air power hammers. According to
the model the soot free gas forges are supplied with
a rear, which is removable for long materials, a highgrade insulation as well as throughout stainless steel
casing (GSO3 only).
Optional the gas forges GSO1 and GSO2 can be
equipped with air pressure nozzles for the increase of
the temperature. On demand all models can be supplied with a trestle.

oder Handläufen geben Sie Ihrer Schmiedearbeit den letzten Schliff. Der EAS1E Endenausschmiedeaufsatz verfügt über eine angetriebene Welle. Mit ihm lässt sich nach vorheriger
Erwärmung das zu bearbeitende Material in
der Grundfunktion längs schmieden.
Forging the ends of bars or handrails gives your
ironwork the finishing touch. The EAS1E end forging
attachment is equipped with one driven shaft. After
heating the work piece you are able to make the narrow end forge.

Wellen. Mit ihm lässt sich nach vorheriger
Erwärmung das zu bearbeitende Material in
der Grundfunktion längs und breit schmieden.
Außerdem können Spitzen ausgeschmiedet
werden. Durch die Höhenverstellung eignet
sich der Aufsatz besonders für das zentrische
Schmieden und Schmieden von großen Abmessungen.
The EAS4 end forging attachment is equipped with
two driven shafts. After heating the work piece you are
able to make the narrow and wide end forging as well
as spear points. Due to its height adjustment the unit is
ideal for mid-bar forging and for large dimensions.

The scroll bending attachment can be operated on the
