L’AZIENDA
THE COMPANY
Dal 1994 Intenda progetta e produce coperture mobili multifunzionali,
ed è riuscita a realizzare molteplici soluzioni innovative, diventando il
punto di riferimento per il mercato.
La creatività dello staff di progettazione di Intenda produce ogni anno
nuovi prodotti dal design accattivante e di assoluta qualità.
Since 1994, Intenda designs and manufactures multifunctional movable
covers, and has managed to create many innovative solutions,
becoming leader for the market.
The creative Intenda design team produces new products every year
with attractive design and the highest quality.
Intenda mette a disposizione dei suoi partner, in Italia ed Europa, la
sua pluriennale esperienza per poter avere sempre i migliori prodotti
nel campo delle coperture mobili, con un occhio di riguardo ai trend
che il mercato impone di anno in anno e cercando di anticipare i tempi,
senza trascurare la qualità dei componenti utilizzati e la sicurezza del
prodotto.
Nel corso degli anni Intenda ha posto alcune importanti condizioni
volte a migliorare la qualità e la sicurezza dei prodotti e, in assenza di
una normativa in materia, ha sostenuto autonomamente un processo di
certificazione delle proprie coperture mobili.
Questo processo ci ha consentito di avere un prodotto con caratteristiche
di resistenza ai fattori esterni ben definite e di dotare ogni copertura
di un manuale di montaggio, uso e manutenzione, fondamentale per
il corretto utilizzo delle stesse. Tutto questo nell’ottica di migliorare i
processi produttivi aziendali ed ottenere i più alti standard qualitativi e
di sicurezza, indispensabili per poter competere nel mercato europeo.

SALES CONDITIONS
Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti. Resta valido fino
a nuove disposizioni che saranno comunicate tramite circolare o tramite
la nostra rete di vendita. Intenda S.r.l. si riserva in qualsiasi momento,
per casi di forza maggiore, la facoltà di procedere all’annullamento
dell’ordine. Si riserva inoltre il diritto di apportare ai suoi prodotti
qualsiasi modifica tecnica od estetica qualora lo ritenesse opportuno o
necessario, senza darne preventiva notifica, e mantenendo comunque
le caratteristiche essenziali del prodotto.
This price list annuls and replaces the previous ones. It is valid until
Intenda will communicate new directions.
Intenda S.r.l. reserves the right to annul any order in case of
unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Moreover, it reserves
the right to change its products details if necessary. In this case Intenda
has not to communicate it because the product essential qualities will
be maintained.

TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
DELIVERY TERMS
I termini di consegna sono indicativi e non impegnativi. Un ritardo di
consegna non può dar luogo né a penalità, né a richiesta di danni o
interessi, né giustifica un annullamento dell’ordine.
Nessun indennizzo è previsto nel caso in cui il termine di consegna
sia modificato per effetto di scioperi, sommosse, calamità naturali,
incidenti o per cause di forza maggiore. Gli ordini dovranno essere
comunque annullati via Fax al n. 0442 25164, oppure tramite e-mail
all’indirizzo [email protected].
Delivery terms are approximate and not binding. Penalties, claims or
order cancellations because of delivery delay cannot be accepted. No
compensation will be paid in case the delay term will be modified
because of strikes, uprising, natural catastrophes, accidents or because
of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

RECLAMI
COMPLAINTS
Eventuali reclami sulla funzionalità dei prodotti dovranno essere
comunicati mezzo fax o e-mail entro e non oltre gli 8 giorni successivi
al ricevimento della merce, mentre la qualità e la quantità del prodotto
dovranno essere verificate al momento del ritiro nelle modalità
specificate nel paragrafo “Trasporto”. I materiali difettosi o di misure
errate dovranno essere restituiti previa autorizzazione dell’azienda e
rispediti in porto franco. Nessun reclamo sarà accettato per eventuale
variazione di colore fra il campionario e i tessuti applicati.
Complaints about product functionality must be communicated by
means of fax or e-mail within the next 8 days after having received the
ware. Product quality and quantity must be verified at the moment of
the withdrawal in a way that is specified in the “Transport” paragraph.
Defective or wrong-dimensions products may be carriage-free returned
only after having received written authorization from Intenda. No
complaint will be accepted by changes of the PVC-colour from Intenda
sample book.
PAGAMENTI
PAYMENT
Il ritardato pagamento comporterà la sospensione delle spedizioni in
corso, l’addebito delle relative spese e l’applicazione degli interessi di
mora ad un tasso pari al tasso ufficiale di sconto durante il periodo di
insolvenza, incrementato di 3 punti.
The payment delay will cause the good delivery suspension, the
related costs debit and the payment of interests on arrears that will be
calculated using the official bank rate which was into force during the
insolvency period, plus 3 points.

Gli ordini dovranno pervenire via Fax in funzione 24 ore su 24, o

Si consiglia di utilizzare la modulistica predisposta (scaricabile

L’azienda non è responsabile di eventuali errori o disguidi su ordini
trasmessi telefonicamente. Gli ordini incompleti verranno inviati in
produzione solo a ricevimento delle informazioni mancanti.

Intenda is not responsible in case of mistakes in orders that have been

USI PREVISTI
INTENDED USE
I Box Intenda vengono costruiti e commercializzati esclusivamente
come protezione dagli agenti esterni per autovetture e attrezzature
in genere. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio, erroneo e
potenzialmente pericoloso, e solleva Intenda da ogni responsabilità
per eventuali danni a persone o cose.
In particolare, i box Intenda, non sono adatti ad ospitare persone e/o
animali, se non per il solo tempo utile al passaggio o come riparo
meramente temporaneo.
I Box non sono dotati di sistemi di allarme, né di chiusure a chiave e/o
combinazione, quindi non possono essere considerati riparo per beni
di valore.
I Box sono progettati come strutture leggere in alluminio, e come tali
sono idonei esclusivamente per la protezione dalla pioggia, dal sole
e dalla grandine (nei limiti di resistenza dei tessuti impiegati), ma non
sono idonei alla protezione dalla neve e dal vento. E’ quindi molto
importante richiudere immediatamente il Box (impacchettare), in caso
di vento o neve.
Intenda S.r.l. non sarà in alcun modo responsabile né in caso di collasso
della struttura per eccessivo carico neve, né in caso di sollevamento
della struttura per eccessivo vento.
Si raccomanda di seguire le procedure riportate sul Manuale
d’Installazione, Uso e Manutenzione per evitare qualsiasi rischio.
Intenda’s movable coverings are produced and commercialized only to
protect vehicles and other equipments from external agents.
Any other utilization is to be considered unsuitable and dangerous;
Intenda will be not responsible for damages which derives from an
unproper utilization of the products.
In particular, Intenda’s coverings are not apt to host people and/or
animals.
The coverings are not equipped with an alarm system, nor with lock
systems; for this reason they cannot be consider a safe place to stock
valuables.
The coverings have a light aluminium-framed structure, so they can only
offer protection from rain, sun, hail (depending on the resistance of the
employed cloths); they are not suitable to protect from wind and snow.
For this reason it is strictly recommended to close the box in case of
snow or wind.
Intenda S.r.l. will not be responsible for structural failure provoqued by
snow accumulation and for structure’s raising caused by wind.
It is strongly advised to follow the instruction contained in the installation
manual to avoid any risk.

TRANSPORT
I costi di trasporto per la zona Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia
Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige verranno comunicati direttamente dagli
agenti tramite la Scheda Cliente. Per le altre regioni i costi del trasporto
potranno essere comunicati solo a preventivo, a causa dell’estrema
variabilità delle quotazioni in relazione alla dimensione del collo
trasportato e al luogo di consegna, oltre che all’andamento dei costi.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se venduta
in porto franco.
Sia nel caso in cui la spedizione venga effettuata con automezzo di
Intenda, sia nel caso in cui avvenga tramite un trasportatore o corriere
esterno, il cliente dovrà mettere a disposizione dell’autista, al momento
dello scarico, adeguato personale in relazione alle dimensioni e al
peso delle merci.
In particolare, come prevedono il D.Lgs. 626/94 in materia di sicurezza
sul lavoro e la norma europea UNI EN 1005-2, il limite massimo
di peso per la movimentazione manuale dei carichi è di 25 Kg per
persone di sesso maschile che hanno dai 20 ai 35 anni. Oltre tale peso
i carichi dovranno essere movimentati da 2 o più persone. Qualora
non fosse possibile scaricare i pacchi per assenza di personale, questi
verranno riportati presso i nostri magazzini con conseguente addebito
delle spese di trasporto.
Il destinatario dovrà controllare la merce all’arrivo, verificando lo stato,
il peso, la qualità e il tipo degli articoli: eventuali riserve dovranno
essere effettuate immediatamente e segnalate sui documenti di
trasporto, soprattutto se il trasporto viene effettuato da un trasportatore
esterno. In caso contrario nessun reclamo potrà essere accettato, e non
si potrà richiedere nessun risarcimento.
Il trasporto sarà in porto assegnato o franco e verrà addebitato sulla
fattura.
I ritiri del materiale presso la nostra sede si dovranno effettuare
esclusivamente dal lunedì al venerdì nei seguenti orari: 8.00 - 11.45 /
14.00 - 17.30. Oltre tali orari non possiamo assicurare la presenza di
personale per le operazioni di carico.
Due to the price variability connected with package dimension and
place of delivery, a quotation for deliveries to foreign countries is
needed.
The goods travels at the customer’s risk even if with the clause free of
port. At good’s arrival, the customer must provide appropriate staff to
help the truck driver during the unloading process.
In particular, as required by the legislative decree 626/94 on
occupational safety, and by the European norm UNI EN 1005-2, the
limit of weight that each male-person (from 20 to 35 years old) can
handle is 25 kg; up to this quantity, 2 or more people are needed
to handle the load. If the goods cannot be unloaded due to lack of
appropriate staff, they will be carried to our warehouse, with transport

In case of delivery with the clause “free of port”, the cost of transport
will be included in the invoice.
The goods can be picked up only from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to
11.45 and from 14.00 to 17.30; only during this time the presence of
staff for the unloading process is granted.

condizioni di garanzia - warranty - garantie
I Box Intenda, salvo dove diversamente indicato, sono garantiti per
5 anni, con decorrenza dalla data riportata sul documento fiscale
di vendita, per il valore riportato nella tabella in basso. In caso di
reclamo Intenda richiederà il documento fiscale, pena il decadimento
della garanzia. In caso di riconoscimento di materiale difettoso, la
garanzia sarà estesa alla sola sostituzione del materiale ad esclusione
della manodopera e delle spese di trasporto. Non si potrà richiedere
alcun risarcimento riguardo a spese sostenute per la sostituzione del
materiale già in opera. L’errato uso dei prodotti, la loro manomissione,
l’errata installazione, il mancato rispetto delle indicazioni riportate nel
“manuale di uso e manutenzione” o delle vigenti normative in materia
di sicurezza, il mancato rispetto dei pagamenti, comporteranno il
decadimento della garanzia relativa.
Intenda’s products, unless otherwise indicated, are guaranteed for 5
years from the date stated on the invoice, for the value shown in the
table below.
In case of complaint it will be necessary to provide to Intenda the
complaining -good-invoice. Complaints without invoice will cause the
warranty decay.
In case of defective product component parts, the warranty will include
only the component parts substitution (without labor and transport
costs). No compensation will be awarded for expenses incurred in
replacement of already installed material. The products misuse, their
tampering or incorrect installation, the failure to comply with the “user
manual” directions or with the local safety regulations, the failure to
observe the terms of payment will lead to the warranty decay.
Sofern nicht anders angegeben, gilt für die Intenda Produkte eine
5-jährige Garantie ab Verkaufsdatum. Zur Höhe der möglichen
Garantieleistungen beachten Sie bitte die Tabelle. Garantieprüfungen
kann Intenda nur gegen Rechnungsvorlage durchführen, ohne die
grundsätzlich kein Anspruch besteht. Die Garantie umfasst die
Substitution des als fehlerhaft anerkannten Materials, nicht jedoch
Arbeits-und Transportkosten.
Von der Garantie ebenso ausgeschlossen sind Kosten, die bei der
Beschaffung und ggfs. Installation von Ersatzmaterial entstanden sind.
Produktmissbrauch oder -manipulation, fehlerhafte Installation,
Nichtbeachtung
der
Bedienungsanleitung
oder
örtlicher
Sicherheitsvorschriften, sowie nicht eingehaltene Zahlungsmodalitäten,
führen zum Verfall der Garantie.
Les Box Intenda, sauf autrement indiqué, sont garantis pour 5 ans à
partir de la date de la facture. La valeur de la garantie est indiqué
dans la tabelle.
En cas de réclamation, il sera nécessaire de fournir la facture à Intenda.
Réclamations sans facture entraîneront la caducité de la garantie.
La garantie comprend la substitution des pièces défectueux (sans maind’œuvre et de transport). Aucune compensation ne sera accordée pour
les dépenses encourues dans le remplacement du matériel déjà installé.
L’utilisation abusive des produits, leur manipulation ou une installation
incorrecte, le défaut de se conformer aux directives du “Manuel
d’utilisation” ou aux règlements de sécurité locaux, le non-respect des
termes de paiement entraînera la déchéance de garantie.

Comunemente detto anche Box a chiocciola, è la più classica delle
coperture per automobili. Entrambe le versioni – a 1 chiocciola e a
2 chiocciole – sono dotate di teli laterali in Tentmesh, un innovativo
tessuto a rete che permette una maggiore aerazione della struttura e
una limitazione della formazione di condensa.
Box Modulare, commonly called Snail Box, is the more classic car
covering structure. Both versions – 1 snail and 2 snails versions – are
equipped with right and left sides made of a new mesh fabric, which
grant more aeration and a condensed steam reduction.

Die Box Modulare, auch Schnecken Box genannt, ist für Autos
besonders geeignet. Die beiden Versionen (1 Schnecke und 2
Schnecken) sind mit Seiten aus Tentmesh ausgestattet, ein innovatives

Centina Scorrevole ist eine Überdachung für Anhänger, die einfach
und in wenigen Sekunden geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann. Sie
ermöglicht einen leichten Zugang zu dem Anhängerboden und die
transportierten Gegenständen werden vor den Witterungseinflüssen
geschützt.
Centina Scorrevole est une couverture pour remorques, qui peut être
facilement ouverte et fermée en quelques secondes, ce qui permet un
accès facile au plancher du remorque. Elle permet le transport d’objets

un pianale di lunghezza massima 6 m. La caratteristica esclusiva della
Centina Scorrevole Autocarro è quella di potersi aprire e chiudere
in pochi secondi, permettendo di accedere con facilità al pianale.
Consente il trasporto di oggetti al riparo dagli agenti atmosferici. E’
infatti una centina non a uso contenitivo, ma serve come riparo dalle
intemperie.

welche die 3,5 t Nutzlast und die 6 m Bodenlänge nicht überschreiten.
Ihre Sondermerkmal ist, dass man sie einfach und in wenigen Sekunden
öffnen und schließen kann. Sie ermöglicht einen leichten Zugang zu
dem LKW-Boden und die transportierten Gegenständen werden vor
