Vom Schachtplan zum visuellen Schacht in wenigen
Schritten:
1. Eingabe der Kundendaten, wie
Firmenname, Bauvorhaben, Schachtnummer etc.
2. Eingabe der Grunddaten des Schachtunterteiles wie
Nenndurchmesser, Anzahl der Zuläufe, Schachtfutter
(PVC, Steinzeug, Beton, etc.), Durchmesser Auslauf
und Einlauf, Gefälle Auslauf und Einlauf, Winkel des
Hauptgerinnes
3. Eingabe der Zuläufe
Schachtfutter (PVC, Steinzeug, Beton, etc.), Durchmesser Zulauf, Gefälle Zulauf, Winkel Zulauf, Absturzhöhe
Zulauf, Verschiebung Zulauf
Die Schachtabmessungen wie Wandstärke und Schachthöhe
werden automatisch vom „BFS-Produktkonfigurator“
berechnet und in Massenangaben ausgeworfen.
Dies sorgt für eine bedarfsgerechte Produktionsplanung
und eine optimale Formenbelegung.
Ein weiterer Klick und der visuelle Schacht wird erzeugt
und zur Kontrolle auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Nach
Kontrolle und Bestätigung wird die Schachtzeichnung für
die Produktion erzeugt und die Daten automatisch an
die Fräsmaschine übertragen.
From the manhole drawing to the visual manhole base in
a few steps:
1. Enter the customer details,
Company name, Construction project, Manhole number,
etc.
2. Enter the basic data of the manhole base
Diameter, Number of inlets, Material of inlet (PVC,
stoneware, concrete, etc.), Diameter outlet and inlet,
Gap outlet and inlet, Angle of the main channel
3. Entering the inflow

Inlet diameter, Supply gap, Angle inlet, Falling height
inlet, Displacement feed
The manhole dimensions such as wall thickness and height
of the shaft is automatically calculated by „BFS product
configurator“ and weight data ejected. This provides an
optimal production planning and demand assignment
of the mould equipment.
Another click and the visual manhole is generated and
displayed for checking on the screen. After checking and
confirming the manhole drawing for the production will be
created and the data are transfered automatically to the
milling machine.
