Supplier Inbound Routing Guide Effective: February 15, 2016 (version 3) Applicable PLP Destinations: Rogers, AR; Albemarle, NC; Mayfield Village, OH Route Via UPS- Small Package When: All packages are less than or equal to: 150 lbs each, OR 108 inches in length, OR 165 inches in length+girth (L+(2xH)+(2xW)) Less Than Truckload When: (see LTL matrix on pg 2) Any package is more than: 150 lbs, and less than12,000lbs 108 inches in length, OR 165 inches in length+girth (L+(2xH)+(2xW)) Less than 12 linear feet Partial Load When: Shipment is between 12,000 - 19,999lbs OR Greater than 12 linear feet Truckload International Guidelines: 'Ground' will be the service level You must reference PLP PO number in Reference Field 1 Do NOT request extra services ie. Please submit COC or a COA on material supplied using our Advance Shipping Notice (ASN). In addition, attach a copy of the ASN to the packing list with shipment. Supplier will be charged 100% of the freight costs from supplier’s failure to follow these instructions. Suppliers are NOT to prepay and add freight to product/material invoice (unless authorized by PLP to do so). Subject to change.
