We cordially invite you to attend the Symposium “German Technology for Food Processing
and Packaging, Food Safety and Energy Efficiency”.
With the Symposium the German Engineering Federation VDMA and some of its member
companies want to give an overview about the contributions of machinery and equipment for
the hygienic, safe and flexible processing and packaging of food. The symposium starts with a
general introduction about hygienic aspects of food processing and packaging: from general
requirements to hygienic design of machinery and equipment.
Furthermore the VDMA –Symposium will grant information on suitable technology for the
improvement of product quality, sustainable processing and packaging, extension of shelf-life
and product variety: Several internationally leading German companies will introduce their
technical solutions for the production and packaging of selected food products. For details
