Our standards for over 40 years are stylish
design, impressive technical advantages
and cost-effective production methods. We
combine filigree optics with extreme stability

are almost all major automotive brands and
we provide original equipment to many
manufacturers. In addition, we can look back
on many years of experience as a partner and
supplier to many motor sports racing series.

As part of UNIWHEELS Group we focus on
innovation. Thus, we have also introduced our
own method of weight reduction in addition
to the proven FlowForming technology.
In surface technology we use modern coating
and processing methods. An example is
UV-resistant coatings for which we provide
warranty of up to five years. Preliminary milestone: introducing forging technology in our
factory in Fußgönheim.

Niederdruckguss
Low pressure casting
Hochmoderne Schmelzöfen, effiziente Gießmaschinen, HochleistungsCNC-Bearbeitungszentren und eine abschließende Röntgenprüfung
jedes einzelnen Rades garantieren das hohe Qualitätsniveau der ATS
Leichtmetallräder.
Mit chromfreier Vorbehandlung, dem Einsatz von wasserbasierten
Lacken ohne Lösungsmittel und der Pulver-Beschichtung im LiegendVerfahren wird die Fertigung allen Standards der Automobilindustrie
gerecht.
Die Produktion im bewährten Niederdruckgussverfahren erfolgt in
Europa auf einer Produktionsgesamtfläche von über 260.000 m².
Ultra-modern melting furnaces, efficient casting machines, heavy
duty CNC processing centers and the final X-ray test of each individual
wheel guarantee high quality standards of the ATS alloy wheels.
All standards of the automotive industry are met with chrome-free
pre-treatment, the use of water-based paints without solvent and the
powder coating in an horizontally set process.
The production in established low-pressure casting process is
carried out in Europe on a total production area of over 260,000
square meters.
FlowForming Technologie
FlowForming technology
Weniger Gewicht pro Rad ohne Einbußen bei der Stabilität – FlowForming macht’s möglich. Bei diesem Verfahren werden Teile des
gegossenen Felgenrohlings ausgewalzt und verdichtet. Somit kann
auf eine spanabhebende Bearbeitung verzichtet werden. Das spart
nicht nur Rohstoffe, sondern ermöglicht auch geringere Wandstärken
bei hoher Stabilität – ein entscheidender fahrdynamischer Vorteil im
Bereich der ungefederten Masse. Das geringere Gewicht von bis zu 16
kg pro Fahrzeug senkt außerdem die Emissionen.
Weight reduction of each wheel without sacrificing stability - FlowForming makes it possible. In this process, parts of the cast wheel
rim are rolled out and compacted. Thus the chip removing process
is being omitted. This not only saves raw material, but also allows for
thinner walls with extreme stability - a crucial advantage in the field of
vehicle dynamics of the unsprung mass. The low weight of up to 16 kg
per vehicle also reduces emissions.
Schmiedetechnologie
Forging technology
Deutlich leichter und stabiler als herkömmlich gegossene Felgen
– die Schmiedetechnologie bringt die nächste Generation der
Leichtmetall-räder auf die Straße. Und das zu attraktiven Preisen.
Das Schmieden erlaubt eine höhere Dichte der Leichtmetalllegierung
und damit eine höhere Festigkeit. Somit sind noch geringere Materialstärken ohne Stabilitätseinbußen möglich. Diese Reduzierung der
ungefederten Massen trägt maßgeblich zur Steigerung der Fahrdynamik bei.
Am Abschluss der Highend-Produktion stehen ein von Hand ausgeführtes Finishing und die Zuteilung einer eigenen Seriennummer pro
Felge.
Significantly lighter and stronger than conventional cast wheels - the
forging technology brings the next generation of light-alloy wheels on
the road at attractive prices.
Forging allows a higher density of light metal alloy, increasing
strength. Thus, a lower thickness without a loss of stability becomes
possible. This reduction in unsprung masses contributes significantly
to an enhanced driving performance.
On completion of the high-end production, the finishing is carried out
manually and each wheel is assigned an individual serial number
