 For those staying at the Crowne Plaza, breakfast is included with your room reservation.
 Our office is a short walk from the Crowne Plaza, they will also provide transportation to our office, please arrange with the
front desk if you need an alternate departure time.
 Registration for the meeting will take place on the 5th Floor Conference Center. Please take the elevator to the 5th floor
where signs will be posted. Upon exiting the elevator the conference center will be on your left, Suite 500.
 The Crowne Plaza will be on standby for trips to the Cleveland Hopkins upon completion of the Board of Directors Meeting.

Cleveland Overview
Cleveland, Ohio is the county seat of Cuyahoga County, the most populous county in the state. The city is located in
northeastern Ohio on the southern shore of Lake Erie. It was founded in 1796 and became a manufacturing center
owing to its location on the lake shore, as well as being connected to numerous canals and railroad lines. The
Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, owned by the National Park Service, operates a depot located in Independence, Ohio.
Cleveland's economy has diversified sectors that include manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and biomedical.
Cleveland is home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2016 Cleveland will host the National Republic Convention.

The Crowne Plaza is a full service hotel, with a premier location next to our offices. The
hotel amenities include complimentary shuttle to and from Cleveland Hopkins airport and
surrounding areas within a five mile radius. The front desk will coordinate any
transportation needs they you may have to the airport, our offices or to any area restaurants. Weather permitting, our
offices are just a short walk from the hotel. They also have wireless high-speed Internet, a full service restaurant, and a
fitness center with an indoor pool.

ReliabilityFirst Corporation (RF) monitors and enforces rules to safeguard the
reliability of the bulk electric system. On July 20, 2006, the North American
Electric Reliability Corporation was certified as the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) in the United States, pursuant
to Section 215 of the Federal Power Act and the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Included in this certification was a provision
for the ERO to delegate authority for the purpose of proposing and enforcing reliability standards by entering into
delegation agreements with regional entities. ReliabilityFirst is one of the eight approved Regional Entities in North
America. RF’s mission is to preserve and enhance Bulk Electric System reliability and security across 13 states and the
District of Columbia.
Our offices are located on the fifth and sixth floors of the Summit Three
building. The ReliabilityFirst conference center is located on the 5th
floor and our corporate offices are located on the 6th floor. When we
are hosting a meeting appropriate signage will be displayed in the lobby
as well as the elevators to guide you to the appropriate location.
There is adequate parking available in the parking lots surrounding our
building and there is handicap parking located in front of the Summit
Three building. If you should require other special assistance, please
let us know prior to your arrival.
We have guest wireless access available for your use; password and
log-on access will be provided on sight. Directions and maps to our
office are also located on our website.
