LES MEUBLÉS DE TOURISME
Seuls les meublés classés peuvent prétendre
à l'appellation « Meublés de tourisme ».
Ils sont classés de 1 à 5 étoiles en fonction
d’une grille de critères prenant en compte
l’équipement, les services au client, l’accessibilité
et le développement durable.
Chaque hébergement a fait l’objet d’une
visite par un organisme accrédité ou réputé
accrédité. Ce dernier décide du classement et
délivre au propriétaire un document justifiant
de ce classement. La validité est de 5 ans. La
décision est ensuite communiquée à l'agence de
développement touristique ATOUT France.
Le propriétaire s’engage à figurer dans le guide
des meublés édité par son office de tourisme,
contractualiser obligatoirement le séjour à la
réservation, assurer l’accueil personnalisé par sa
présence ou celle de son mandataire.

FURNISHED TOURIST ACCOMODATION
Furnished tourist accommodation: only classified furbished
accommodation may use this title. Such accommodation is
awarded between 1 and 5 stars bases on a set of criteria
taking into account equipment, customer service, accessibility
and sustainable development. Each address has been
visited by an accredited or deemed accredited organization,
granting a classification for 5 years and delivering the
proof of classification to the owner. The decision is then
communicated to the Tourism Development Agency ATOUT
FRANCE. The Landlord undertakes to: appear in the furnished
accommodation guide published by his Tourist Office,
necessarily draws up a contract concerning the rental when the
booking is made, ensure a personal welcome by being present
or sending a representative.

DIE MÖBLIERTEN TOURISTENZIMMER
"Die möblierten Touristenzimmer" (im Folgenden MT
genannt). Nur die als MT klassifizierten Beherbungen dürfen
diese Qualitätsbezeichnung benutzen. Sie sind von 1 bis 5
benotet entsprechend folgender Kriterie : die Ausstattung, die
Dienstleistungen am Kunden, der Zugangsmöglichkeit und
die Kriterien der langfristigen Entwicklung. Jede Herberge
von MT wurde inspiziert die Klassifizierung und übergibt
dem Eigentümer darüber eine entsprechende Bescheinigung
mit eine Gültigkeit von 5 Jahren. Diese Entscheidung
der Klassifizierung wird der zuständigen Agentur für die
Entwicklung des Tourismus in Frankreich, ATOUT.
Der Eigentümer verpflichtet sich: zur Aufnahme in den Führer
der MT herausgegeben vom Touristenbüro, zur schriftlichen
Erstellung eines Vertrages bei Reservierung, zur Übergabe
beim Empfang einer Touristen Dokumentation und eines
Willkommengeschenkes.
