All three lines are configured identically: conveying system, RS 840 double-stream trimming line and RS 36S compensating stackers
with automatic format adjustment, direct-coupled blocking units, optional strapping and RS 400 palletizing robot for two stackers.

Space-saving configuration with high-speed conveyors and double-stream trimming lines RS 840. The stacked configuration makes the
installation behind each press easily accessible and the printers can operate the installation from one side.

Symmetrical and well organized configuration: all compensating stackers are equipped with straight-out deliveries.
This allowed to setup an optimized workflow with four parallel and easily accessible lines.

Behind each compensating stacker the stacks will be mechanically compressed and electrostatically charged. The stable stacks (loose or
optionally strapped) are then palletized by the RS 400 robot.

Each of the three rotogravure presses is configured with two trimming & stacking lines. Three RS 400 palletizing robots pick up the stacks from
a total of six stacking lines and palletize them on six pallets.
Through the Post Press Management System each robot automatically “executes” the pallet list determined for the actual order. The pallet list
is defined from production planning and includes all pallets for this job with their specific amount. Once the specific amount of a pallet is
reached it is automatically ejected and a new empty pallet is loaded.
